Гони  Харьковский национальный медицинский университет МОЗ Украины, кафедра хирургии №2 РезюмеПредставлен анализ результатов лечения 29 больных поздними лучевыми повреждениями покровных тканей. Изучена эффективность различных видов кожной пластики при различных локализациях лучевых язв. Больные, получившие оперативное лечение (n=10) были разделены по типу пластики на две группы: пластика местными тканями (3 больных, 30%), и пластика кожным лоскутом: свободная кожная пластика (2 больных, 20%) и кожная пластика полнослойным лоскутом с осевым кровообращением (5 больных, 50%). Локализация лучевых язв – грудная клетка, голова, голень и крестцовая область. Modelling the effect of education-based intervention in the control of malaria

In this study, we propose a mathematical model for the transmission dynamics of malaria by incorporating behavioural change via education as a control strategy against the spread of malaria. Analytical study is carried out to investigate the local stability of the system, given a threshold parameter known as the basic reproduction number R0, which is obtained using the next generation matrix method. Result showed that disease-free equilibrium of the system is locally asymptotically stable if R0 < 1 . Numerical simulation carried out on the system shows that behavioural change significantly alters the dynamics of malaria infection towards achieving a malaria-free society in finite time.Keywords: Education, behavioural change, Disease-Free Equilibrium, Basic reproduction number, Local stabilit

Kajian Kualitas Pelayanan Tera Ulang Meter Taksi Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Metrologi Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara

The aim of this study is to determine and describe the quality of service of taxi meter re-calibration in Metrology technical service unit North Sulawesi Province. So far, there is no success parameters that can be used as a reference service that the service has been provided by either or even vice-versa. Method used in this study was a qualitative method using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation obtained from the informants in this study, namely the five informants as a taxi driver and data was synchronized with the chief executive office of metrology unit, taxi manager, and executive officers re- calibration. Results and discussion showed total of armada taxi meter re- calibration in UPTD Metrologi as much as 315 unist. Total re-calibration in 2011 that qualified for the test on re-calibration statue valid and legal based UU No. 2 tahun 1981 about metrologi legal as much as 268 units, and not qualified as much as 47 units, among 20 armadas deviate from the technical provision, ie mileage shown over allowed toleranted is 4 % of mileage that had been tested so that could harm the consumen taxi users. 17 armadas damaged and in garage. Conclusions in this research is taxi meter company that operating in North Sulawesi Province not obey yet the rule that on law\u27s requirement except the Blue Bird company as national company that had been applied trade and nexus law. Otherwise the company not applied a tight rules against taxi meter USAge so that transaction the drivers between the pasengers use agreement (mouth argo). ON THE DYNAMIC RESPONSE OF ROLLING BASE ISOLATION SYSTEMS

SUMMARY In the present paper, the dynamic behavior of a rolling isolation device composed of cylinders moving in between two rubber layers is studied from a theoretical point of view. The device reduces the seismic energy both by decoupling the motion of the structure from the base and through the visco-elastic behavior of the rubber (or neoprene). The behavior and the efficacy of this device is explained by relations obtained for the rolling friction coefficient versus the rolling velocity and for the horizontal force versus the vertical load acting on the device. Future studies will aim to determine the appropriate dimensions of the elements composing the isolator that most reduce seismic vibrations in structures. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd

Pengaruh Pelatihan, Penempatan Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bank Sulutgo Kantor Pusat Manado

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peran penting bagi Perusahaan, karena sumber daya manusia merupakan kombinasi antara tenaga, fisik, ide, bakat, pengetahuan, kreatifitas dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk menggerakan Perusahaan. Kinerja seorang karyawan merupakan awal yang penting bagi terciptanya kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, penempatan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Sulutgo Kantor Pusat Manado. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 103 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dengan teknis analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan, penempatan kerja, dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pimpinan PT. Bank Sulutgo Kantor Pusat Manado sebaiknya mempertahankan dan mengembangkan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya dan juga memperhatikan penempatan kerja dan kompensasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya

For media information, radio playing a significant role in conveying the values of Islam which is very important in the formation of a true Muslim personalities in accordance with the demands of the Prophet Muhammad. The existence of an Islam-based radio is felt to be very important because Islam should be spread widely and truth telling is the responsibility of the Muslims as a whole. As word of Allah in Surah al-Imran: 104.`Dari permaslahan above authors take the title essay propaganda through radio (program analysis consultancy Islam in Mesra radio FM) as the research object because the writer wanted to know how the production process of consultation Islam, what enabling and inhibiting factors Islam consultation program and analyze descriptively Islam consultation program. This research is using the case study method with the aim to explain the phenomenon through data collection techniques. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach and used the theory of critical theory and the theory of mechanics.Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah program konsultasi agama Islam merupakan program mingguan yang mengudara mulai pukul 10.30-11.30 disetiap hari Jum\u27at. The program has a dialog format or interactive manner. Factors supporting the consultation program of Islam, namely: Supported by the government and people of the city of Pare Pare while the limiting factor is the lack of public interest in consulting the religion of Islam, the lack of infrastructure in implementing the program, bad weather at the time of the program which affects not maximal broadcasting. Islam consultation program is very useful for people, especially in the town of Pare Pare, for answering complaints or problems faced by the people in the religious practice of Islam

Green Corrosion Inhibitors

Corrosion is an unavoidable fact in everyday life but always receive attention to control due to its technical, economical, and esthetical importance. Corrosion inhibitors are one of the most widely used and economically viable methods protecting metals and alloys against corrosion. Typical corrosion inhibitors are bio-toxic organic compounds, which have serious issue on toxicity. Considering the toxicity of the inhibitors, there is a tremendous interest in searching for an eco-friendly, and non-toxic green corrosion inhibitor. This chapter briefly discusses the importance and different methods of corrosion inhibitors with a particular emphasis given to the discussion on the different characteristic feature of the green corrosion inhibitors reported in the literature as a comparative view of organic inhibitors
