Profil Fungsi Kognitif pada Lansia Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gambesi Tahun 2018

Penduduk lanjut usia yang berada di Indonesia di masa akan datang dapat membawa pengaruh positif jika mereka dalam keadaan sehat, produktif dan aktif. Lansia berusia 30-70 tahun akan terjadi penurunan berat otak sekitar 10 % , di samping itu meningen menebal, giri dan sulci otak berkurang kedalamannya. Hal tersebut akan memicu gangguan fungsi kognitif. Pemeriksaan Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) merupakan salah satu tes yang digunakan untuk menilai ada atau tidaknya gangguan kognitif (cognitive impairment) untuk pasien dengan usia lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil fungsi kognitif pada lansia di puskesmas Gambesi Ternate sertahubungan gangguan fungsi kognitif dengan hipertensi dan Diabetes Melitus dilakukan selama bulan Juli Sampel yang diperiksa sebanyak 40 orang didapatkan 10 orang kemungkinan mengalami gangguan / gangguan ringan (25%) dan 3 orang mengalami gangguan fungsi kognitif /gangguan berat (7,5 %

As for intention of this research is to know Body performance of counterneasures Disaster and fire company of Area Sub-Province of Pelalawan ( Case Study Disaster Forest Fire and Farm) Year 2014 and to know factor - factor resistor of performance ( Good study of Case Disaster Forest Fire and Farm) Year 2014.This research is done/conducted by in Body of counterneasures Disaster and Fire Company Of Area Sub-Province of Pelalawan, taken by officer of body of counterneasures Disaster and Fire Company Of Area Sub-Province of Pelalawan made by informan by method of snowball sampling. In line with research which have been mentioned by above, hence needed data, for example primary data and data of sekunder. Penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta terhadap Publikasi Skripsi pada UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh

Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 Tentang Hak Cipta Terhadap Publikasi Skripsi di UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh”. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kebijakan dan prosedur operasional ETD di UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala. Untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanan publikasi skripsi di UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala. Untuk mengetahui penerapan Undang-undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta terhadap publikasi penelitian ini untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap publikasi skripsi di ETD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan angket, dengan 40 orang mahasiswa yang menjadi responden, responden yang diambil yaitu mahasiswa Universitas Syiah Kuala yang sudah melakukan upload file karya ilmiah di ETD dan meminta pengesahan pada surat bebas perpustakaan. Publikasi Skripsi yang dilakukan oleh UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala sudah mampu menjaga karya ilmiah mahasiswa dari tindakan plagiat dengan menerapkan sistem pengamanan berdasarkan hukum Hak Cipta, hal ini diketahui berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala dalam mempublikasikan skripsi secara open access atau terbuka untuk publik memberikan batasan-batasan terhadap hak akses seperti teks hanya dapat dibaca saja, tidak dapat di copy-paste, didownload dan di print. Sebelum melakukan publikasi UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala menyediakan surat persetujuan publikasi dan embargo yang ditanda tangan oleh mahasiswa yang bersangkutan, dosen pembimbing dan ketua prodi, hal ini dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya gugatan dari penulis karya ilmiah. UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala tetap mencantumkan identitas penulis skripsi dalam mempublikasikan skripsi mereka, karena identitas penulis adalah hal yang sangat penting

Analisis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Kantor Kelurahan Malanu Kota Sorong

This study aims to determine the community satisfaction index in the Malanu Village referring to KEMENPAN Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Community Satisfaction Survey. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, referring to the community satisfaction survey method. The community satisfaction index is based on the assessment element, so the results of community service are obtained, namely not good, not good, good and very good. The interval 88.31 - 100.00 obtains a very good service quality value, obtained from the elements of the system, mechanism and procedure (U1), has a conversion value of 89.3. The interval 76.71 – 88.30 obtains a good service quality score, obtained from the requirements element (U2), has a conversion value of 87.5; while the interval 65.00 - 76.60 obtained a poor service quality score obtained from the elements of completion time (U3), costs/tariffs (U4), implementing competence (U6) and infrastructure (U9), followed by intervals 25.00 - 64.99 obtaining a service quality value that is not good is obtained from product elements, service specifications, implementing behavior, handling complaints, suggestions and input. Overall, the performance of service units in the Malanu Sub-District includes poor service quality

Human-robot interaction for improving fuselage assembly tasks: A case study

In current industrial systems, automation is a very important aspect for assessing manufacturing production performance related to working times, accuracy of operations and quality. In particular, the introduction of a robotic system in the working area should guarantee some improvements, such as risks reduction for human operators, better quality results and a speed increase for production processes. In this context, human action remains still necessary to carry out part of the subtasks, as in the case of composites assembly processes. This study aims at presenting a case study regarding the reorganization of the working activity carried out in workstation in which a composite fuselage panel is assembled in order to demonstrate, by means of simulation tool, that some of the advantages previously listed can be achieved also in aerospace industry. In particular, an entire working process for composite fuselage panel assembling will be simulated and analyzed in order to demonstrate and verify the applicability and effectiveness of human-robot interaction (HRI), focusing on working times and ergonomics and respecting the constraints imposed by standards ISO 10218 and ISO TS 15066. Results show the effectiveness of HRI both in terms of assembly performance, by reducing working times and ergonomics-for which the simulation provides a very low risk index

The Punitive Laboratory of Neoliberalism: A Cross-national Examination

A large body of research has been produced to explain global punitive trends in recent decades. Neoliberalism, an economic philosophy expressed by market deregulation, privatization, and the retrenchment of social supports, has been offered as an explanation for increases in cross-national punitiveness. According to neoliberal penality theory, neoliberalism has shifted principles guiding punishment practices and the treatment of offenders, which has resulted in harsher national responses to crime. However, many tenets of this theory have not yet been tested empirically. Drawing heavily on propositions from neoliberal penality, group-threat, and penal populism literature, this dissertation examines the relationship between economic shifts, cultural ideologies, and political arrangements to explain variations in punitiveness cross-nationally
