    Combining Student-based Learning Activities with Teacher's Encouragements to Foster Learner Autonomy in Elt

    Teacher's domination and authority used to prevail the traditional language teaching is now left and replaced by more acceptable concept of teaching. This concept emphasizes on developing the sense of learners' responsibility, independence, or autonomy, for better learning outcome. Autonomous language learners are those assumed to have greater responsibility on their own learning for their own needs. A series of guided practice through a step-by-step manner is needed in order that students can be possibly trained to be autonomous, independent learners. This paper discusses learning activities created and designed by the students combined with teacher's encouragements to foster learner autonomy. Some theories and previous studies on learner autonomy are analyzed to support the discussion. It is believed that the combination between the two important aspects in autonomous language learning will strengthen the efforts of promoting learner autonomy in ELT.     There are many values which an artist wants to express through a shadow puppet show in order to attract the attention of the audience. Malangan shadow puppet show acts not only as an entertainment but also as a guidance for character education. In the story of Kalakerna Gugat, ethical and aesthetic values in the story are in the form of etiquette in the dialogues or the characters. The value of having rights after completing duties becomes guidance for nobleness. Equality between rights and duties demanded by Kalakerna and propriety of characters are expressed straight to the point and they are easy to understand as well as entertaining. Impropriety in the world is critically corrected. Bethara Guru Dewa, the tritagonist, felt that he made a mistake by arranging life unjustly so that he was reminded by Kalakerna and had to agree with his request to keep the justice and preserve the world

    Peningkatan efektivitas pengajaran kimia di masa pandemi dengan media screencast o matic

    The purpose of this classroom action research (CAR) is to improve learning outcomes through Screencast O Matic (SoM) learning media. The subjects in the action research were the students in class XI MIPA-1, SMA Negeri 2 Tarakan; there were 35 students (17 male and 18 female students). The class was chosen because the researcher identified that they were the ones adapting quiet hard to the online learnng in pandemic times. The data collection was carried out through observation, action and documentation. This research was conducted in two cycles, each of which with three meetings. Based on the analysis, it is known that the Google Classroom (GC) platform with a screen recording media of SoM has been proven to improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the learning outcomes at each meeting and cycle. The learning outcomes in the first cycle showed an increase of 11.4%, and at the second cycle it had increased to 77.1%. There were 6 students (17.1%) who failed to get the minimum completeness and 2 students  (5.7%) did not attend the last meeting.Thus, it can be concluded that the two learning media, GC with SoM, are proven to improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers provide appropriate learning media, among of which are GC and SoM. The goal is that learning during this pandemic will still present an interesting and easy to follow learning, which should appropriate to  the student needs

    Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimanakah peningkatan prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris dalam dialog transaksiona or interpersonal melalui Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping pada siswa,  Di SMP Negeri 4 Ngawi, Kabupaten Ngawi Tahun Pelajaran  2019/2020? Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Ingin mengetahui peningkatan peningkatan prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris dalam dialog transaksiona or interpersonal  melalui  Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping pada siswa Kelas VII F Di SMP Negeri 4 Ngawi, Kabupaten Ngawi Tahun Pelajaran  2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VII F di SMP Negeri 4 Ngawi, Kabupaten Ngawi, hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin mantapnya rata-rata hasil belajar siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan guru (rata-rata hasil evaluasi belajar siswa meningkat dari siklus I, II, dan III) yaitu masing-masing (70,31), (81,41), dan (87,97), sedangkan prosentase ketuntasan secara klasikal belajar siswa meningkat dari siklus I, II, dan III) yaitu masing-masing (68,75 %), (81,25 %), dan (90,63 %). Pada siklus III ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal tercapai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran dengan Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi dan motivasi belajar Siswa Kelas VII F di SMP Negeri 4 Ngawi, Kabupaten Ngawi, serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran Bahasa Inggri

    Abstrak: Systematic Literature Review: Big Data Dan Artificial Neural Networks Dalam Kerangka Strategi Digital Marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan memahami big data dan artificial neural networks dalam kerangka strategi pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis desk research dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review. Dengan bantuan aplikasi Pulish or Perish dan VOSviewer data dikumpulkan dari Google Scholar, CrossReff, OpenAlex dan PubMed melalui kata kunci big data, artificial neural networks dan digital marketing sejumlah 168 artikel dari hasil penelusuran dan lolos screening yang dilakukan berdasarkan relevansi topik yang diangkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya data yang terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur dan memungkinkan untuk dijadikan sebegai referensi dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian secara digital terbagi dalam dua jenis big data yakni big data negatif dan big data positif. Big data tersebut menjadi rujukan bagi pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan artificial neural networks dalam aktifitas pemasaran yang dilakukan. Artificial neural networks memungkinkan bagi pelaku usaha untuk memberikan layanan secara customization pada setiap konsumennya karena dengan adanya artificial neural networks, memungkinkan bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi serta melakukan penelusuran terhadap aktifitas konsumen di internet. The purpose of this research is to identify and understand big data and artificial neural networks within the framework of a digital marketing strategy. This study uses a desk research basis with the research method used is a systematic literature review. Using the Pulish or Perish and VOSviewer applications, data was collected from Google Scholar, CrossReff, OpenAlex and PubMed through the keywords big data, artificial neural network and digital marketing, a total of 168 articles from search results and passed the screening which was carried out based on the relevance of the topics raised. The results of the study show that there is structured and unstructured data that allows it to be used as a reference in making digital purchasing decisions divided into two types of big data, namely negative big data and positive big data. The big data is a reference for business actors to implement artificial neural networks in their marketing activities. Artificial neural networks make it possible for business actors to provide customized services to each of their customers because with the presence of artificial neural networks, it allows business actors to identify and identify and track consumer activities on the internet.     Pesantren lembaga pendidikan ke-islaman yang konsisten  mencetak generasi Islam yang saleh. Saleh individual dan  saleh sosial. Kesalehan individu dan sosial diharapkan memberi  manfaat terhadap dirinya serta masyarakat secara  luas. Karakter khas pesantren adalah berdampingan dan berbaur dengan masyarakat sekitar. Hal ini, disebabkan oleh banyak faktor yang melatarbelakangi. Seperti, kepemimpinan kiainya yang inklusif serta faktor sejarah pendirian pesantren. Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Buleleng Bali merupakan pesantren yang memiliki program pesantren hijau. Program yang diinisiasi oleh kiai berangkat dari nilai ke-islaman tentang menjaga kelestarian alam. Program tersebut, tidak hanya dilaksanakan oleh warga pesantren akan tetapi diikuti secara aktif oleh masyarakat beragama Hindu sekitar pesantren. Penelitian ini menggambarkan partisipasi masyarakat beragama Hindu sekitar pesantren pada program pesantren hijau di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Buleleng Bali, meliputi bagaimana upaya pesantren membangun hubungan dengan masyarakat beragama Hindu sekitar pesantren dan  bagaimana partisipasi  masyarakat beragama Hindu sekitar pesantren  dalam program pesantren hijau. Metode penelitian menggunakan  kualitatif . Metode ini sebagai upaya  mengekplorasi serta memahami makna. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa hubungan antara pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar pesantren yang beragama Hindu terbangun atas faktor pendiri pesantren yang awal memulai merintis pesantren sambil melayani konsultasi atas pelbagai problem masyarakt sekitar pesantren tanpa melihat latarbelakang agama. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat Hindu sekitar pesantren pada program pesantren hijau karena adanya nilai universal tentang menjaga kelestarian alam. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah, kedekatan hubungan antara pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar yang beragama Hindu dilandasi  faktor sejarah yang terus disosialisasikan.     Klimak alur ceritera lakon wayang versi Mahabarata adalah terjadinya perang besar baratayuda yang melibatkan Kurawa dan Pandawa. Sebelum perang berlangsung, Kresna menjadi duta Pandawa untuk melengkapi duta yang ketiga kalinya. Kresna mengendarai kereta Jaladara yang ditarik empat kuda yang berwarna merah, putih, hitam dan kuning, simbol kendaraan kebesaran sebagai kendaraan wisnu. Sebagai sais dipercayakan kepada Setiyaki. Ditengah perjalanan dihadang dewa Narada, Janaka, Kanwa dan Parasu. Para dewa diperintahkan Guru Dewa untuk menyaksikan Perundingan antara Kresna dengan Duryudana. Setelah sampai di Astina ternyata Duryudana telah mempersiapkan banyak prajurit untuk berperang. Dalam Perundingan Duryudana tidak bersedia memenuhi kewajibanya untuk mengembalikan hak bagian keluarga Pandawa tanpa diperjuangkan melalui adu kekuatan. Di Aloon-aloon Kresna telah dihadang prajurit untuk dibunuh, ternyata yang ada adalah Setiyaki. Terjadilah perang tanding antara Burisrawa melawan Setiyaki. Oleh karena gelagat akan adanya pengeroyokan, Setiyaki lari mencari Kresna. Di pendapa pasewakan terjadilah keelokan setelah Duryudana menolak permintaan Kresna. Munculah kekuatan mantram sakti Kresna yang menakutkan sehingga terjadi huru hara. Melihat gelagat yang kurang baik Narada menenteramkan Wisnu agar segera berubah kembali menjadi Kresna. Sebagai duta berarti gagal, Kresna segera kembali ke Wiratha bersama Setiyaki. Kresna melaporkan bahwa Astina sudah bersiap berperang melawan Pandawa. Story plot climax of puppet play of Mahabharata version is the great war involving Baratayuda Kurawas and Pandawas. Before the war, the Pandawas Krishna became ambassador to complement the third time. Krishna ride Jaladara fulled by four red, white, black and yellow horses vehicle , a symbol of the greatness of the vehicle as a vehicle of Vishnu. The gods instructed Guru Dewa to witness the talks between Krishna and Duryudana. After reaching Astina Duryudana apparently many soldiers have been preparing for battle. In talks Duryudana not willing to fulfill its obligations to return the part without the Pandavas fought through a power struggle. In Aloon-aloon and sisters, Krishna had been ambushed soldiers to  be killed, it turns out that there is Setiyaki. Duel ensued between Burisrawa against Setiyaki. Therefore, the existence of signs beatings, Setiyaki run for Krishna. Krishna comes the power of magic spells daunting resulting riots. Seeing unfavorable Vishnu Narada reassuring to immediately turn back into Krishna. As ambassador he felt fail, Krishna soon returned to Wiratha with Setiyaki. Krishna report that Higashi was ready to fight against the Pandawas

    Al-Quran is the revelation of Allah S.W.T which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad as a guide for the whole life of mankind, not only Muslims in particular. For this reason, the Koran is an oasis in human life that is used as a guide in life. The originality of the Koran as a holy book is very guaranteed unlike other books, which until now have not been authentic and original, due to human behavior that dares to change and distort and there is no guarantee of originality certainty. Whereas in the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet discuss the issue of Immortality or servitude to God is one of the responsibilities of man and Jin, naturally created by Allah. So that all the dynamics of human life on earth should be based on ubudiyah principles and values, both activities that are political, educational, economic, social, and so on. According to Imam al-Tabari in his interpretation; that the purpose of Allah creating man and jinn is to serve Him, if they do good they will be rewarded with reward, but if they do bad, then they will be rewarded with punishment later on the Day of Judgment. This, is not based on the needs of God, humans worship, but for the sake of benefit and the benefits also return to humans themselves

    Responses of Soybean Mutant Lines to Aluminium under In Vitro and In Vivo Condition

    The main limited factors of soybean plants expansion in acid soil are Aluminium (Al) toxicity and low pH. The best approach to solve this problem is by using Al tolerance variety. In vitro or in vivo selections using selective media containing AlCl3 and induced callus embryonic of mutant lines are reliable methods to develop a new variety. The objectives of this research are to evaluate response of soybean genotypes against AlCl3 under in vitro and in vivo condition. Addition of 15 part per million (ppm) AlCl3 into in vitro and in vivo media severely affected plant growth. G3 soybean mutant line was identified as more tolerant than the control soybean cultivar Tanggamus. This mutant line was able to survive under more severe AlCl3 concentrations (15 ppm) under in vitro conditions. Under in vivo conditions, G1 and G4 mutants were also identified as more tolerant than Tanggamus since they produced more pods and higher dry seed weigh per plant. Moreover, G4 mutant line also produced more dry seed weight per plant than Tanggamus when they were grown on soil containing high Al concentration 8.1 me/100gr = 81 ppm.
