    Abstract : Recently studies islamic low had been discussing and getting attantion from practical low, with the result that it appeared several methodes for study in depth such as social approach, low itself , history, language, psychology and other. Such other desipline knowledge, approach of studies islamic low was needed to make more comprehend. One of ulama consideration about approach which related to studies islamis low is the birth of maqasid al-syariah. It was appreared because of mufti’s consideration as respons for developing and relevant to studies islamic low. So, in this research would confront maqasid al-syari’ah concept as an approach to studies islamic low.     New students who live in Islamic boarding schools experience various kinds of problems, one of which is adjustment. The problem of lack of adjustment is a problem that is often experienced by students in Islamic boarding schools that only study the yellow book and Islamic boarding schools that provide formal educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to find out whether peer social support and self-confidence can affect the adjustment of new students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 33 class VII-F students of SMPI SGJ. the selection of subjects in this study was based on recommendations from the school and counseling teachers. As for the scale of peer social support and self-confidence used as a data collection method, to test the hypothesis using multiple regression tests. From data management it is known that the regression coefficients obtained are: self-adjustment 34,136 + 0,332 peer social support + 0,537 self-confidence. F (2.30) = 32.328, p<0.01 with an R-squared of0.683 shows that peer social support and self-confidence have an influence of 68.3% on self-adjustment, and the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other factors. So the results of this study indicate that the self-confidence variable has a greater influence than the peer social support variable on the adjustment of new students. so it is necessary to increase the confidence of new students so that it is easier in the adjustment proces

    This article discusses organizational communication strategies in improving the quality of Islamic education. Concepts and theories of organizational communication, including organizational communication models, communication in organizations, and the role of leadership in communication have been explained as a basis for understanding communication strategies. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a literature study method, researchers use several books, journals, and the results of recent observations as references. The findings reveal that a good communication strategy begins with determining goals and objectives in accordance with the vision of Islamic education institutions. Understanding the audience, such as students, lecturers, and staff, is key in delivering relevant messages. The use of appropriate communication channels, sensitive crisis and conflict management, continuous evaluation and feedback, as well as the involvement of the entire educational community, are important elements in achieving optimal educational quality. This article proves that effective communication is the key to achieving an optimal and relevant quality of Islamic education in facing the challenges of the times.Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi komunikasi organisasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam. Konsep dan teori komunikasi organisasi, termasuk model komunikasi organisasi, komunikasi dalam organisasi, dan peran kepemimpinan dalam komunikasi telah dijelaskan sebagai dasar dalam pemahaman strategi komunikasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, peneliti menggunakan beberapa buku, jurnal, dan hasil obserasi terbaru sebagai rujukan. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang baik dimulai dengan penentuan tujuan dan sasaran yang sesuai dengan visi pendidikan Islam lembaga. Pemahaman audiens, seperti siswa, dosen, dan staf, menjadi kunci dalam menyampaikan pesan yang relevan. Penggunaan saluran komunikasi yang tepat, pengelolaan krisis dan konflik yang sensitif, evaluasi dan umpan balik yang terus-menerus, serta keterlibatan seluruh komunitas pendidikan, adalah elemen penting dalam mencapai mutu pendidikan yang optimal.     Latar belakang penyusunan skripsi ini adalah melihat dari beberapa kasus yang terjadi pada hampir semua negara khususnya di Indonesia tentang penyebaran virus, hal tersebut menjadi perhatian lebih bagi penulis untuk mengangkat tema yang berhubungan dengan virus yang dikomparasikan dengan pengetahuan sains serta al-Qur’an. Dari pemaparan di atas, kemudian penulis meneliti menggunakan kajian kepustakaan (Library Reseach) dengan menghimpun data-data tentang penanggulangan penyakit menurut ilmu kedokteran dan mereduksi data-data tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan, kemudian menyajikan al-Quran surah al-Maidah ayat 6 dan menjelaskan penafsiran ulama tentang ayat tersebut, dan yang terakhir menganalisis surah al-Maidah ayat 6 menurut pandangan sains dan mengkorelasikannya dengan teori sains dalam pencegahan virus. Adapun rumusan masalah yang diambil adalah a) bagaimana penafsiran surah al-Maidah ayat 6 perspektif sains, b) bagaimana korelasi pencegahan penularan virus dengan ayat al-Qur’an surah al-Maidah ayat 6. Hasil penelitian yang dapat diambil adalah a) penafsiran Q.S. al-Maidah ayat 6 prespektif sains lebih menekankan pada pentingnya menjaga kebersihan terutama kebersihan tubuh yang dilakukan dengan wudu, hal tersebut dapat mencegah adanya infeksi pada beberapa bagian tubuh yang sering berinteraksi dengan lingkungan seperti wajah, tangan, kepala, kaki, dan anggota lainnya, b) sedangkan korelasi yang dapat diambil dari penelitian tersebut adalah dengan praktik wudu yang dilakukan sesuai panduan syariat akan memberikan efek positif bagi tubuh, dari praktik wudu terdapat banyak pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan serta memiliki titik-titik akupuntur pada bagian anggota wudu yang berfungsi sebagai pengobatan bagi tubuh

    Building Harmony In Diversity: Exploring Masnun Tahir's Perspective on Multicultural Fiqh

    The primary purpose of this study is to explore the views and thoughts of Muslim scholar Masnun Tahir on how to develop a fiqh framework that supports harmony in culturally and religiously diverse societies. This study carries a qualitative approach by analyzing Masnun Tahir's writings, especially in multicultural fiqh and understanding religious pluralism. The research method involves the analysis of texts and critical content of works relevant to the theme of multiculturalism and harmony in the view of Masnun Tahir. The findings of this study indicate that Masnun Tahir's views on multicultural fiqh inherently carry the values of inclusiveness and respect for the rights of individuals regardless of religious and cultural background. Through this perspective, Masnun Tahir seeks to build bridges between diverse groups of people to maintain harmony and diversity. The concept of multicultural fiqh Masnun Tahir's social and humanitarian perspective has illustrated that multicultural fiqh goes beyond the application of Islamic law in diverse societies. It is a vision of how religion can be a source of inspiration in creating inclusive, tolerant, and just societies. Multicultural fiqh contains universal human values that transcend religious and cultural boundaries, potentially shaping harmonious societies and global peace.     Leadership as part of management has a strategic and dominant role and position in managing an organization. Ibn Qayyim al Jauziyyah in his work explains that the main object of Islamic education activities is human beings with all the elements that complement them, namely their spirit, mind and body, these three things should be given development according to their respective abilities. This study aims to find out about the leadership management model of Ibn Qayyim al Jauziyyah's Islamic Education and its relation to Islamic Education. This research uses library research methods (Library Research). Ibn Qayyim Al Jauziyyah's leadership model is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah which are relevant and can be adapted from time to time. In leadership model theory, it is in line with the transformational leadership model.Kepemimpinan sebagai bagian dari manajemen memiliki peranan dan kedudukan yang strategis dan dominan dalam mengelola suatu organisasi. Ibnu Qayyim al Jauziyyah dalam karyanya menjelaskan bahwa objek utama dari kegiatan Pendidikan Islam adalah manusia dengan semua unsur yang melengkapinya yaitu ruh, akal, dan jasadnya, ketiga hal tersebut sepatutnya diberikan pengembangan sesuai dengan daya masing-masing.     The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of students Islamic Religious Education learning achievement when the STAD method was applied. The research approach used is class action research. Data collection techniques used with observation sheets, and written test sheets. The result of the research is that the application of STAD method learning can improve students' learning achievement, especially in Islamic Education subjects. The teaching and learning process in PAI learning by using the STAD Method has improved. The conclusion in this study is that student learning outcomes after using the STAD Method in PAI subjects of students in class I SDN 87 Bengkulu City have increased this can be seen from the test scores before the action (pretest) 15 students who scored < 65 and 9 people who scored > 65 and student test scores after treatment using the STAD Method, cycle 1 post-test scores. 10 students who scored > 65, there were 6 people who had a score of 65 and 8 students who scored < 65. While the post-test score of cycle 11, 20 students who scored> 65 and 4 people who scored < 65. By using the STAD method, it can improve student learning outcomes seen from the pre-cycle, cycle 1, cycle II successively 38%, 67%, 83%. This indicates that the actions that have been taken are in accordance with the previously prepared planning and have achieved the expected learning process and results

    ABSTRACT This paper raises and explains whether one of the non-bank financial institutions, namely Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Sangkapura Bawean Branch, has contributed to improving the economy of creditor customers or not. And if there is indeed a contribution, the researchers will re-measure how much the Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Sangkapura Bawean Branch contributes to improving the economy of creditor customers.In this study, the researcher chose Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Sangkapura Bawean Branch because BMT is a non-bank and sharia-based financial institution located on the island of Bawean. In addition, BMT Sidogiri Sangkapura also makes it easier for researchers to obtain the data needed for the purposes of this research.The research method that the researchers used in this study was a survey method with the Chi Square analysis technique. Survey research is research that takes samples from the population and uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool.In this study the technique was used to find out about the contribution of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) to the economy of creditor customers at BMT Sidogiri Sangkapura.     Isbat Nikah Poligami Dan Kawin Belum Tercatat Pada Kartu Keluarga Perspektif Tujuan Hukum Gustav Radbruch

    SEMA 3 2018 menyebutkan bahwa isbat nikah poligami tidak dapat diterima meskipun dengan tujuan untuk kepentingan anak, dengan kata lain telah menolak adanya isbat nikah poligami sehingga kecil kemungkinan dikabulkannya isbat nikah poligami. Sedangkan SE Kemendagri dan Dirjen Dukcapil Nomor 472.2/15145/DUKCAPIL telah membuka status baru di dalam KK yaitu status kawin belum tercatat bagi mereka yang pernikahannya belum terdaftar. Kedua surat edaran di atas membuka peluang bagi mereka yang isbat nikah poligaminya ditolak pengadilan kemudian mengambil langkah lain dengan mendaftarkan ke KK dengan status kawin belum tercatat, sehingga secara tidak langsung pernikahan poligaminya diakui secara administratif. Hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji lebih lanjut dengan melihat dari pandangan tujuan hukum masing-masing surat edaran tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif. Menggunakan teori tujuan hukum Gustav Radbruch sebagai pisau analisisnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ketentuan isbat nikah poligami pada SEMA 3 2018 dan status kawin belum tercatat pada KK di SE Kemendagri dan Dirjen Dukcapil Nomor 472.2/15145/DUKCAPIL memiliki tujuan hukum masing-masing, dimana SEMA 3 2018 lebih mengutamakan unsur kepastian hukum untuk mengurangi terjadinya isbat nikah poligami di masa yang akan datang, sedangkan SE Kemendagri dan Dirjen Dukcapil Nomor 472.2/15145/DUKCAPIL lebih mengutamakan unsur kemanfaatan bagi mereka yang terikat pada aturan adat, jauh dari KUA dan memudahkan urusan administratif

    This research identifies several important factors to consider in planning sustainable student programs in the digital age. These factors include the integration of technology in learning, the development of digital competencies for teachers and students, equitable accessibility of technology, protection of student data, the development of relevant curricula, collaboration with external parties, and the maintenance of a balance between technology use and healthy social interaction. Through a literature study approach, this study also identifies several recommendations for the development of sustainable student program planning in the digital era. The recommendations include training and developing digital competencies for teachers, increased access to technology for all students, protection of student data, integration of technology in the curriculum, collaboration between schools and external partners, and emphasis on fundamental educational values.Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor penting yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan program kesiswaan yang berkelanjutan dalam era digital. Faktor-faktor tersebut mencakup integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan kompetensi digital bagi guru dan siswa, aksesibilitas teknologi yang merata, perlindungan data siswa, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan, kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal, dan pemeliharaan keseimbangan antara penggunaan teknologi dan interaksi sosial yang sehat. Melalui pendekatan studi pustaka, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa rekomendasi untuk pengembangan perencanaan program kesiswaan berkelanjutan dalam era digital. Rekomendasi tersebut meliputi pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi digital bagi guru, peningkatan akses teknologi bagi semua siswa, perlindungan data siswa, integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum, kolaborasi antara sekolah dan mitra eksternal, dan penekanan pada nilai-nilai pendidikan yang fundamental
