    Royal jelly dapat meningkatkan vitalitas dianggap manusia dan kesuburan. Penelitian terhadaphewan telah membuktikan bahwa royal jelly makan untuk ayam, burung puyuh dan kelinci dapatmeningkatkan kesuburan. Nurmiati studi (2002) juga membuktikan bahwa royal jelly dapat meningkatkankesuburan tikus betina. Penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh royal jelly untukspermatogenesis dengan mengukur berat testis dan proporsi berat testis terhadap berat badan tikus padatikus putih jantanPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorium dengan menggunakan TestPosting Hanya Kontrol Grup Desain murah maka data dianalisis statistik menggunakan Anova dengantingkat signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Penelitian sampel 32 orang dewasa tikus putih jantan yang dibagimenjadi 4 kelompok secara acak, dan masing-masing kelompok dirawat selama 52 hari. K1: kelompokkontrol mendapatkan aquadest 3 ml / hari makan lisan, P1: kelompok perlakuan dengan makan jellykerajaan lisan 15 mg / kgBB / hari, P2: kelompok perlakuan dengan makan jelly kerajaan lisan 30 mg /kgBB / hari dan P3: kelompok perlakuan dengan makan royal jelly 45 mg lisan / kgBB / hari. Semuadata-data dianalisis menggunakan Anova menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara semuaperlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Untuk mengidentifikasi kelompok mana yang memiliki perbedaan yangsignifikan dalam setiap variabel, analisis dilanjutkan dengan uji LSD.Kesimpulannya, makan royal jelly oral tidak berubah berat testis dan proporsi berat testisterhadap berat badan tikus pada tikus putih janta

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (2) pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (3) interaksi yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran dan minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas VIII semester 2 MTs Muhammadiyah 6 Sambi tahun pelajaran 2009/2010. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MTs Muhammadiyah 6 Sambi yang terdiri dari kelas VII, VIII, IX. Sebagai sampel diambil kelas VIII A dan B sebanyak 80 siswa yang terbagi dalam dua kelas yaitu sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes, metode angket dan metode dokumentasi. Pengujian prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, sedangkan teknik analisis datanya adalah analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh: (1) Fhitung = 11,699 > Ftabel = 3,97 sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (2) Fhitung = 1,075 Ftabel = 3,12 sehinga ada interaksi yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran dan minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan humanis dan minat belajar siswa yang tinggi memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada pokok bahasan bangun ruang sisi datar

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture on job satisfaction. This writing is quantitative using path analysis method using Smarth PLS 2.0. The results showed that the work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance, work environment on job satisfaction based on the path coefficient of the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of 0.485 with a t-count value of 5.146 partial test, the t-value is greater than 1.96. Organizational culture on job satisfaction, obtained a path coefficient of 0.332 with a t-value of 4.543, where the t-value is greater than 1.96. Work environment on employee performance obtained path coefficient of 0.433 with a value of t-count 7.023> 1.96. Organizational culture on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.206 and partially the t-count value is 3.204 which is more than 1.96. Job satisfaction on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.431, while the partial test results obtained a t-count value of 6.329 which is greater than 1.96. The direct effect of the work environment on employee performance amounting to 0.433. Work environment through job satisfaction on employee performance is 0.209.ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan ini, untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penulisan ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur  menggunakan Smarth PLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berdasarkan koefisien jalur pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,485 dengan nilai t-hitung 5,146 uji parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari 1,96. Budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,332 dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,543, dimana dengan nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari 1,96. lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,433 dengan nilai t-hitung 7,023 > 1,96. Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,206 dan secara parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,204 yang lebih dari 1,96. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,431 Sedangkan dari hasil uji parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,329 yang lebih besar dari 1,96.  Pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,433, pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,209

    Keputusan pembelian konsumen merupakan tujuan dari perusahan dalam melakukan segala aktivitas usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone Samsung di Makassar baik secara langsung dan pengaruh secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh citra merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data primer yang didapatkan melalui metode penyebaran kuesioner di kota Makassar. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dapat diartikan sebagai metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat kualitas produk berpengaruh posisitf dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, harga berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap citra merek, promosi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap citra merek, kualitas produk berpengaruh posisit tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Adapun pengaruh tidak langsung atau mediasi dari citra merek menemukan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek berpengaruh masing-masing berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan jika dimediasi oleh citra merek

    The physical condition profile of rock-climbing athletes in Bogor Regency

    This study aims to determine the physical condition of rock-climbing athletes in Bogor Regency. Besides, it is also to make the basis for providing training proportions and finding the right solution to overcome the physical condition problems of rock-climbing athletes in Bogor Regency. This study uses a descriptive method approach using tests and measurements. The sample in this study were 15 rock climbing athletes in Bogor Regency. The instrument used in retrieving the data is a test instrument that has been arranged in the test and manual measurement and is following the physical conditions used in the sport of rock climbing. The results showed that athletes in the very good category was 13.34%, then in the good category was 13.34%, then in the moderate category was 66.66%, also in the poor category was 6.66%, and then 0.00% in the poor category. Furthermore, for researchers who will develop this research they ought to cover a wider range of materials, because this research is limited to athletes in Bogor Regency only

    Improving the quality of education is a national education goal and is an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian students as a whole. All children have the right to get education and learn according to their rights, of course not all also in schools get adequate facilities because of the lack of infrastructure, especially at the field of sports in physical education learning. Each Student used improvised infrastructure from the school which makes students in physical education lessons limited abd tends to be monotounsin physical education subjects. Therefore the purpose of this research is to develop an RTB (Rescue The Ball) game model for learning physical education, soccer game desaigned to make students move actively and make learning physical education fun. This development involves 3 experts, namely physical education experts, game experts, and soccer experts. The method used Research Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) The results of the validation test by experts using the content validity index (CVI) and content Validity Ratio (CVR) test which show and average CVR value of 0,8 in other words of RTB (Rescue The Ball) Development model is appropriate or relevant, or good and also has high content validity in improving basic technical. RTB (Rescue The Ball) game model for physical education learning soccer games, this game is feasible to continue in elementary schools as a follow-up recommendation from this research. RTB is an alternative for elementary school physical education teachers when they want to teach soccer material. It is unique because it combines traditional games and soccer using a field that is not too wide

    Moderation Effect of Interest in Purchase of Non-Subsidy Fertilizer

    Purpose: Companies distributing non-subsidized fertilizers should pay attention to farmers' buying interest to optimize the variables influencing purchasing decisions.   Theoretical framework: Efforts to market non-subsidized fertilizer products require the right strategy, including those related to price, product quality, and promotion, to attract potential buyers and purchase products as consumers from the company.   Design/methodology/approach: This study analyses the direct effect of price, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions at the Mega Eltra Makassar branch company and the moderating effect of the purchase intention variable. This quantitative research uses questionnaires to 200 respondents whose data were processed using SmartPLS 4.   Findings: The results showed that price and promotion directly or moderated by purchase intention could not significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions for non-subsidized fertilizers. Product quality directly affects the decision to buy non-subsidized fertilizers; however, it is not significant if buying interest is a moderating variable.   Research, Practical & Social implications: Consumers of non-subsidized fertilizer Mega Eltra Makassar company Branch is the population in this study whose details cannot be known with certainty because the records at the company only include the number of products sold and their turnover.   Originality/value: This study concludes that the quality of the fertilizer influences the decision to purchase non-subsidized fertilizer from farmers compared to the offer or promotion price. Interest in buying non-subsidized fertilizers still needs to guarantee the purchase decision-making process

    The Development of V2 Playmat Game to Increase Movement Skill Children with Intellectual Disability (ID)

    Children with mild ID are also referred to as debilitating or able to educate. Children with a mild ID can receive education like other normal children. Most of the Children with mild ID experience delays in physical development that have an impact on basic movement skills problems such as locomotor movements of running, jumping and jumping, as well as manipulative throwing and catching an object. The purpose of this study is to develop a learning model through V2 playmat games which are designed and developed to stimulate basic movement skills in children with mild ID in the Adaptive Physical Education learning process. The subjects of this study were children with mild ID aged 8-12 years totaling 10 people in the narrow-scale trial and 25 people in the wide-scale trial. Involving 3 experts consisting of learning media experts, learning material experts and Physical Education practitioners. The method used in this research is the Lee and Owens Analysis, Design, Development Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) research and development method. The results of the validation test by experts using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR) tests which show an average CVR value of 0.27 in other words the Playmatt game model developed is appropriate or relevant, or good and also has high content validity. in improving basic movement skills, cognitive, and mild ATG pleasure

    PENGARUH LATIHAN SELF TALK DAN IMAGERY RELAXATION TERHADAP KONSENTRASI DAN AKURASI TEMBAKAN 3 ANGKA CABANG OLAHRAGA BOLABASKET

    Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of self-talk and Imagery relaxation exercises on the concentration and accuracy of 3point shoot in basketball. The method used in this study was an experimental design with two groups pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were 12 young basketball athletes with 6 male and 6 female with purposive sampling, who were divided into two groups of experimental groups with match subject ordinal pairing (MSOP) based on the ranking of tembakan 3 angka accuracy. The instrument used is a modification of the AAHPRED basketball skill test speed spot shoot (3 point accuracy shot) and concentration grid. The data analysis technique used is  paired t test with significance level ? = 0.05. The results of this study showed (1) there is  a significant difference in the effect of exercise between self talk and Imagery relaxation exercises on concentration with each having an increase of 27.71% (self talk) and 10.97% (imagery relaxation), (2) there os significant differences  effect between self-talk and Imagery relaxation exercises in increase of  the accuracy of  tembakan 3 angka with each increase 38.61% (self talk) and 20.88% (imagery relaxation). Exercise using self talk has better benefits in increasing concentration and accuracy of tembakan 3 angka accuracy.Keyword :Self talk, imagery relaxation, concentration, tembakan 3 angk
