     富山大学教育学部附属特別支援学校では,教育ICT環境を活用することで情報活用能力の育成を目指す実践とその効果検証を行っている.文字を修正できる機能を活用することで,書き間違いへの抵抗感が軽減したり,次の日の学校の準備を行い,それをカメラ機能で撮影し,クラウドを介して教師に画像を送ることで忘れ物がないかを確認する習慣が身に付いたりするなど,児童生徒の実態に合わせた学習や日常生活の支援を行った.その結果,自分が使いやすいように機能を活用したり,学習活動で使った機能を余暇活動に般化して使用したりするといった情報活用能力の向上が推察された

    Based upon information obtained from the literature and internet sites, the state of preservation of weeping type Japanese chestnut (Castanea crenata Sieb. et Zucc. var. pendula Makino) germplasm in Japan was investigated. As of the year 2003, 22 sites had been found where weeping type chestnut trees are still growing alone or in groups. Most of them are designated as natural monuments by the nation, prefecture, city, town or village. However, some of them have been damaged and become weak, mainly because of aging. The stands of weeping type Japanese chestnut considered to be natural are found in Koriyama and Iwaki (Fukushima), Maruko and Tatsuno (Nagano), and Gero (Gifu). Many trees standing alone are protected on the grounds of shrines or temples. Among 22 sites investigated, only Shinjo (Okayama) is far geographically from others

    高知県におけるナシ属遺伝資源の収集

    An exploration for collecting Pyrus spp. in Kochi prefecture was conducted from November 14th to 16th, 2000. A total of 27 samples were collected from three areas in east part of Kochi prefecture. They are grown on slope land along side the valleys or in fanners gardens. They are not forming colony but growing separately. Ages of the trees are estimated more than 70 years old. Branch and leaf samples were colJected from each of the accessions. Mature fruits were also collected from 22 out of 27 plants. The fruit of almost all the accessions were russet type except one. The fruit shape of the accessions were varied from round type to spindle type. The brix values of the fruits were ranged from 6.8 to 14.8 and the pH were ranged from 3.23 to 5.00 among the accessions. The collected plants will be grafted and assessed for the agronomic characters

    偶発的に検出された低カリウム血症が診断の契機となったGitelman症候群の兄弟例

    Gitelman症候群は,遠位尿細管上皮細胞膜に発現するNa+-Cl-共輸送体をコードするSLC12A3遺伝子の変異により発症し,低カリウム血症,代謝性アルカローシス,高レニン・アルドステロン血症,低身長,痙攣,テタニーなどを呈する.今回,肺炎を契機にGitelman症候群の診断に至った兄弟例を経験したので報告する.[症例1(兄)] 生来健康な10歳の男児である.咳嗽を近医で加療され,改善しないため,検査を施行された.肺炎のほか,低カリウム血症,心電図でQT延長が認められ,入院した.高血圧はなく,レニン活性の亢進とアルドステロン値の上昇を認めた.カリウムの補充により低カリウム血症とQT延長は改善した.[症例2(弟)] 生来健康な9歳の男児である.咳嗽と発熱のために当院を受診し,マイコプラズマ肺炎の診断で抗菌薬を投与された.血液検査で低カリウム血症を認め,悪化したために入院した.カリウムの補充にて低カリウム血症が改善した.兄弟で低カリウム血症が認められたため,遺伝子検査を施行し,ともにSLC12A3遺伝子の2か所 (c.179C>Tとc.781C>T)にヘテロ接合性変異を認め,Gitelman症候群の診断に至った.Gitelman症候群は血液検査をきっかけに診断されることがあり,低カリウム血症を認める場合は鑑別診断に挙げる必要がある

    To develop novel environment-friendly fiber assemblies made from Konjac Glucomannan and Kenaf, we tried to produce regenerated fibers using Cuprammonium method.
