Quality Analysis of Goupi Ointment

目的对狗皮膏进行质量分析评价。方法针对高温提取药味进行TLC和显微特征鉴别;针对原粉入药的药味进行GC特征图谱研究和含量测定;应用AA测定家兔贴敷后血铅含量变化;应用UV法测定总羰基化合物含量。结果狗皮膏总体质量状况差,药品质量控制落后,产品质量问题棘手,个别企业未按工艺生产。结论建议:1研究大生产工艺迫在眉睫;2现行标准亟需提高;3限制膏药贴用时间。OBJECTIVE Analysis the quality of Goupi ointment. METHODS Aiming at the high extraction drugs TLC and microscopic characteristics identification; in the original powder medicine ingredients were determined the GC characteristic spectrum of research and content; AA was used to determine changes in blood lead levels after patching; Determination of total carbonyl compounds content by UV method. Skin cream quality analysis and evaluation. RESULTS The overall quality of the species is unsatisfactory due to the following reasons: serious problems were found in the drug production; drug quality control fell behind and some enterprises failed to produce drug according to technological standards. Research progress on the objectification, quantitation and standardization of tongue manifestation in traditional Chinese medicine

舌诊是中医诊断学的重要组成部分,舌象在中医临床治疗中具有重要的诊断意义与辨证价值。传统中医舌象易受主客观因素影响,难以客观化、定量化、标准化,严; 重制约舌象临床应用及发展。随着医学、计算机等现代技术的迅猛发展,中医舌象客观量化研究取得了长足进步,并被应用于基础及临床研究。文章对近几年中医舌; 象采集分析系统、舌象定量化研究、现代仪器应用与舌象基础研究进行概述,为舌象应用于临床治疗提供客观、科学的思路与方法。Tongue diagnosis is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine; (TCM), and the tongue manifestation is also important in the diagnosis; and syndrome differentiation in TCM clinical treatment. However, due to; the lack of objective, quantitative and standardized valuation, with it; being susceptible to subjective and objective factors, the application; and development of traditional tongue diagnosis is limited for a long; period. 我国通货膨胀对城乡收入差距的非线性影响——基于门限回归模型的分析

Effect of Inflation on Urban-rural Income Gap during the Transitional Period in China

本文利用我国31 个省市区1979~ 2009 年的面板数据, 在运用面板数据门限模型检验我国的通货膨胀率、预期到的通货膨胀率和未预期到的通货膨胀率对城乡收入差距的影响都不存在门限效应的基础上, 采用面板数据可行广义最小二乘进行估计。结果发现, 我国的通货膨胀率和未预期到的通货膨胀率都扩大了城乡收入差距且是稳健的, 但扩大的程度因所用数据的时间长短而异; 而预期到的通货膨胀率影响城乡收入差距系数的符号和大小都因数据的时间长短而变化。Based o n Chinaps 31 province- level panel data f rom 1978 to 2009,this paper first finds that there is not threshold effect of inflation, anticipated inflation and unanticipated inflat ion on the urban - rural income gap by using panel threshold model, then estimates panel data linear model by using Feasible Genera-lized Least Squares1 The result s indicate that: Chinaps inflation and unanticipated inflation both r obustly enlar ge the ur ban- rur al income gap, but the degree changes accor ding to time span of data1 However, the degree and size of influence coefficient of anticipated inflation on the urban- rural income gap change as time span of data
