随着我国代建制度的推行，越来越多的咨询单位或工程项目管理公司等企业转向代建制企业。代建制作为一种新生事物，与之相关的法律法规及配套措施不够完善，这势必对代建制的各个利益主体造成一定的风险，尤其是对于代建制的重要实施主体——代建制企业而言，其财务风险尤为重大。针对目前相关的财务风险管理理论研究不能满足当前代建制企业发展需要的情况，本研究着重对代建制企业经营过程中面临的财务风险进行全面、系统的辨识、量化分析和评价，并提出财务风险应对建议和财务风险监控措施。本研究的研究结论可以有效地弥补相关财务风险管理理论研究不足的缺陷，还可以帮助代建企业增强财务风险意识和财务风险管理能力，提高经济效益和社会地位，...With the implementation of the substitute construction system of Chinese project management, more and more consulting companies and project management corporations turn their steps to agent construction companies.
