中国では、近年、女性の社会進出により、社会的地位が上昇し、性別役割分業意識が弱まっていくはずである。しかし、女性が担っている家庭での責任は依然として大きい。本研究は、文献調査を通じて、経済政策及び生育政策の実施による中国女性の労働参加の変容を概観し、女性の労働参加の変容が性別役割分業意識にもたらす影響を明らかにすることを目的としている。政策の変化は女性の就労に大きな変化をもたらした。この就労変化は「女は家庭」という性別役割分業意識を改善していない。伝統的性別役割分業意識がいまだに女性を縛り付けており、むしろ 改めて強くなる傾向が現れる。In China, women's social status has increased in recent years as they enter the workforce, which should weaken the gender-role division of labor. However, the family responsibilities of women are still grave. Through a literature review, this study aims to provide an overview of the transformation of Chinese women's labor participation due to the implementation of economic policy and family planning policy, and to clarify the effects of changes in women's labor force participation on the gender division of labor. Although women's labor participation has changed significantly as a result of changes in policies, the traditional gender division of labor consciousness of "woman at home" has not changed significantly. アントラセン結晶における螢光の減衰時間の温度変化は,ダビドフ準位により説明できることが報告されている.しかし,常温以上の温度では,螢光の減衰時間の温度変化は,三つの領域に分けて説明でき300°K～450°Kでは,温度消光により,450°K～480°Kでは,再吸収効果の減少のため,螢光の量子効率は減少しないが,螢光の減衰時間は減少する.480°K以上では,結晶が溶融し,その状態での温度消光によるということがわかった
