    本文以2012台湾地区领导人大选电视辩论作为个案,以非言语传播中的身势语为切入点。通过内容分析法分析三位候选人在电视辩论中对手势、姿势、面部表情、眼神和服饰等方面的运用,同时结合通过实验法获得的观众对候选人身势语各方面及其整体形象的评价作为效果评价的标准。研究结果表明候选人电视辩论中手势、姿势、面部表情、眼神的表现及服饰的运用对其整体形象传播效果确实存在重要影响。本文针对上述身势语方面给出了相关建议,以期为候选人提供借鉴,从而有效地运用非言语交际手段辅助辩论发挥、避免消极的身势语。This pattern will choose 2012 Taiwan political leader election TV debate as a case, and the body language of the nonverbal communication as the entry point.The content analysis method is used to analyze the use of the three candidates' gestures, posture, facial expressions, eyes and clothing in the televised debate, combine with the experimental method to obtain evaluation of the candidates' body language of all aspects and the evaluation of its overall image as effect evaluation standards.The research results show that the performance of the candidates' body language in the TV debate does have important influence for its image dissemination, In this paper, we give recommendations on the aspects mentioned above, in order to provide a useful reference for candidates to use non-verbal communication means to asist the performance of their debate effectivelly , and to avoid negative body language .中央高校基本科研业务费专项资助项目(编号2010221085); 福建省社科规划项目“超越制度决定论:两岸互联网政治参与比较研究”(编号2012C103)系列成果之

    采用HP20大孔吸附树脂、ODS、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex; LH-20柱色谱和半制备HPLC等色谱分离手段对紫花前胡的化学成分进行研究。结合理化性质及MS,NMR等谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构,从紫花前胡80; %乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别是(9R,10R)-9-acetoxy-8,8-dimethyl-9,10-dihydro-2H,8; H-benzo[1,2-b: 3,4-b']dipyran-2-one-10-yl; ester(1)、补骨脂呋喃香豆精(2)、顺式-3',4'-二千里光酰基-3',4'-二氢邪蒿内酯(3)、(3'R,4'R)-3'-angelo; yloxy-4'-senecioyloxy-3',4'-dihydroseselicalipteryxin(4 )、(+; )-8,9-dihydro-8-(2-hydro-xypropan-2-yl)-2-oxo-2H-furo[2,3h]chromen-9-yl-; 3-methylbut-2-enoate(5)、libanoridin(6)、丝立尼亭(7)、花椒素(8)、crocatone(9)、peuja; ponisinol B(10)、peujaponisinol A(11)、ostenol(12)。其中,化合物1 ~; 5为首次从当归属植物中分离得到,化合物7 ~ 12为首次从紫花前胡中分离得到。The compounds were isolated and purified by HP20 macroporous adsorption; resin,ODS,silica gel,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,as well as; semi-preparative HPLC chromatography from the 80% ethanol extract of the; root of Angelica decursiva, and their structures were identified based; on their physiochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Twelve; compounds were structures were identified as; (9R,10R)-9-acetoxy-8,8-dimethyl-9,10-dihydro-2H,8H-benzo[1,2-b:; 3,4-b']dipyran-2-one-10-yl ester (1),bakuchicin; (2),(3',S,4'S)-disenecioyloxy-3',4'-dihydroseselin; (3),(3'R,4'R)-3'-angeloyloxy-4'-senecioyloxy-3',4'-dihydroseselincalipte; ryxin (4),(+; )-8,9-dihydro-8-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-2-oxo-2H-furo[2,3h]chromen-9-yl-3; -methylbut-2-enoate (5),libanoridin (6),selinidin (7),suberosin; (8),crocatone (9),peujaponisinol B (10),peujaponisinol A (11),and; ostenol (12),respectively.     Defect Detection of Solar Cells Based on Electroluminescence Imaging

    为了检测太阳能电池存在的缺陷,给太阳能电池施加一定的正向偏压,利用CCd相机在暗室中探测电池的发光。探测分别在3种状态下进行:无滤光探测、过滤800 nM以下波长后探测和过滤800 nM以上波长后探测。研究发现:只有在过滤800 nM以下波长的镜片下探测效果最好,表明电池主要发红外光,其波长范围为850~1 200 nM。控制光探测器的探测时间,发现不同探测时间下电池的发光强度不同,探测时间相同但偏压不同则光强也不同。该方法可以检测出正向偏压下电池存在的各种缺陷类型。在反向电压下,薄膜电池会出现小光点,这表示缺陷区域和密度,研究证明薄膜电池也能发红外光且薄膜中存在区域缺陷。对低功率的电池片进行光探测发现,电池存在严重缺陷。上述结果表明,红外光探测可以直观、快速、方便地检测太阳能电池存在的缺陷。In order to detect the hidden defects of the solar cells,the eletroluminescence image was obtained by applying a certain forward bias voltage to solar cell in the darkroom using the light sensor CCD camera.The experiments were carried out at three states: without optical filter,filtering the wavelength less than 800 nm,and filtering the wavelength greater than 800 nm.It is found that the detection effect is the best only under the lens of filtration of less than 800 nm wavelength.It proves that the cell mainly emits infrared light of 850 ~ 1 200 nm.By controlling the detecting time,it is found that the light intensity is varied with the detection time,and also varied with the forward bias voltage in the same detection time.This method can detect all kinds of hidden defect type of the solar cells.Under the reverse voltage,thin film cell appears small spots which show defect area and density,and the studies prove that thin film cell also can send infrared light and the defects exist in the cell.In detecting low power cell,it is found that there are serious defects in the cell.The results show that infrared detection has rapid and convenient intuitive features for solar cells defect detection.福建省教育厅科研项目(985)资助项

    广东湛江红树林自然保护区及附近海岸互花米草入侵与红树林保护

    对广东湛江红树林自然保护区范围内和周边区域的外来植物互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)的生长分布进行了实地调查。结果显示,雷州半岛东、西海岸均有互花米草的分布,总面积达12.6 hm~2,徐闻海安新港码头是互花米草在中国大陆分布的最南端。调查发现,互花米草和乡土红树植物的生态位重叠,虽然致密的红树林内未见互花米草的生长分布,但互花米草比乡土红树植物更耐淹水,表现为在光滩前沿低潮位仅有互花米草的分布。鉴于互花米草在雷州半岛分布范围广、生境类型多样、扩散增长迅速的现状,建议对互花米草应采取\"早发现,早清除\"的治理措施,并开展跟踪监测,及时掌握互花米草的扩散动态。国家自然科学基金项目(31770464

    Determination of Pseudostellarin B in Pseudostellaria heterophylla by HPCE and Study on Its Fingerprints Analysis

    建立了测定太子参中环肽Pseudostellarin B含量的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)分析方法,对10种不同产地太子参中环肽Pseudostellarin B的含量进行了测定。HPCE工作条件:采用未涂层熔融石英毛细管(内径75μm,有效长度50cm),分离电压为15kV,柱温20℃,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测波长为203nm,缓冲液为20mmol/L硼砂(pH=9.3)溶液。在选定的工作条件下,环肽Pseudostellarin B浓度与其响应信号值之间具有较好的线性相关性(Y=0.6357X+2.546,R=0.9985),加标回收率在93.8%~105.6%之间。在此基础上进行了太子参HPCE指纹图谱研究,采用中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件对不同太子参样品的HPCE指纹图谱进行相似度计算,以系统生成的对照指纹图谱为对照模板,10份样品中有8份的相似度在0.90以上,说明该方法可用于太子参质量控制。A modern HPCE analysis method was developed for determinating cyclic peptide Pseudostellarin B in Pseudostellaria heterophylla(Miq.) Pax.Separation and determination were carried out by HPCE under the following conditions: bared fused silica capillary (50 cm×75 μm i.d.),20 mmol/L borate (pH=9.3)as buffer,the run voltage is +15 kV,detection length of UV at 203 nm,and column temperature of 20 ℃.The results indicated that the developed method was simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of Pseudostellarin B with a good linearity(Y=0.6357X+2.546,R=0.9985),and the recovery ranges of 93.8%~105.6%.Based on this method,the HPCE fingerprints of Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.) Pax were established.The fingerprints were compared by the software of the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint.The fingerprint congruence coefficients of 8 electropherograms in 10 were above 0.90.The method of HPCE fingerprint is reliable and accurate.国家自然科学基金项目(20235020);; 国家科技部攻关项目(2003BA759C

    该文对小叶山葡萄地上部分化学成分进行了研究,运用硅胶柱色谱,OdS中低压柱色谱,SEPHAdEX lH-20凝胶柱色谱,分析型和制备型HPlC从小叶山葡萄60%乙醇提取物大孔树脂95%乙醇-水洗脱部位分离得到12个化合物,利用高分辨质谱,核磁共振等波谱手段鉴定其结构分别为:(1)bETulInIC ACId,(2)2,2,2'-bIS(4-HydrOXyPHEnyl)PrOPAnE bIS(2,3-EPOXyPrOPyl)ETHEr,(3)ErIOdICTyOl,(4)TrAnS-ε-VInIfErIn,(5)(+)-CIS-ε-VInIfErIn,(6)kObOPHEnOl A,(7)AMPElOPSIn A,(8)nEPAlEnHEnOl,(9)CIS-MIyAbEnOl C,(10)CIS-VITISIn b,(11)CIS-gnETIn H和(12)(+)-HOPEAPHEnOl。化合物2,5,6,8,9,10,11均为首次从为葡萄属中分离得到的化合物,化合物3,7,12为首次从小叶山葡萄中分离得到的化合物。在作用浓度为50μMOl·l-1下,化合物6,7和11对MCf-7(乳腺癌细胞株)具有较明显的体外生长抑制作用,其抑制率分别为66.58%,57.16%,52.84%。This article studied the chemical constituents from the aerial part of Vitis thunbergii var.taiwaniana.The 60% ethanol extract was eluted with 95% ethanol though HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin column.12 compounds,including( 1) betulinic acid,( 2) 2,2,2'-bis( 4-hydroxyphenyl) propane bis( 2,3-epoxypropyl) ether,( 3) eriodictyol,( 4) trans-ε-viniferin,( 5)( +)-cis-ε-viniferin,( 6) kobophenol A,( 7) ampelopsin A,( 8) nepalensinol B,( 9) cis-miyabenol C,( 10) cis-vitisin B,( 11) cis-gnetin H and( 12)( +)-hopeaphenol,were separated by using normal phase silica gel,ODS,Sephdadex LH-20 column chromatographies and semi-preparative or preparative HPLC.Compounds 2,5,6,8,9,10,11 were separated from the genus Vitis for the first time and compounds 3,7,12 were separated from Vitis thunbergii var.taiwaniana for the first time.At a concentration of 50 μmol·L-1,compound6,7 and 11 showed strong cytotoxicity against MCF-7 cell lines with the inhibition rate of 66.58%,57.16%,52.84%,respectively.国家自然科学基金青年基金项目(81202419
