    Analysis on 6 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Ammonium Chloride and Licoricl Oral Solution

    目的:探讨氯化铵甘草口服溶液不良反应的特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对本院2014年1月-2016年3月上报的6例氯化铵甘草口服溶液不良反应监测报告进行回顾性分析,对6例患者的年龄、性别、原患疾病,药物使用情况,ADR发生时间、临床表现、治疗与转归,ADR的类型与关联性评价等项目进行统计分析。结果:氯化铵甘草口服溶液不良反应多发生于老年患者;发生时间主要在用药8h内;以累及系统呼吸系统和皮肤为主;6例患者均痊愈,未出现后遗症或导致死亡。6例ADR中一般的ADR 2例,新的一般的ADR 2例,新的严重ADR 2例;关联性评价为可能4例,很可能2例。结论:临床上应重视氯化铵甘草口服溶液的不良反应,应密切观察患者,保证用药安全。Objective: To explore the characteristics of the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) induced by ammonium chloride and licoricl oral solution, to provide the reference for clinical safe medication and prevent adverse reaction. Methods:Restrospectively analysis were used on the ADRs reports of 6 cases of ammonium chloride and licoricl oral solution form January 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital. The application of drug, the age and gender distribution of patients ,occurrence time of ADRs, clinical manifestations ; treatment and outcome ; types and relevance evaluation of ADRs were analyzed respectively. Results:ADRs were mostly happened in the senile patients 8h after the medication. The clinical manifestations were respiratory and skins. 6 patients were all recovered, no occurrence sequel or lead to death. There were 4 cases of new ADR ,4 cases of commom ADR and 2 cases of severe ADR, 4 cases of possible relevance and 2 cases of probale relevance. Conclusion:The ADRs caused by ammonium chloride and licoricl oral solution should be pay more attention to, observed the changes closely to ensure clinical safe mediation

    Preparation and permeation characteristics of novel PVA/APTEOS hybrid membranes

    采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅氧烷(APTEOS)有机/无机杂化膜。用FTIR和XRD对杂化膜进行了表征。测定了膜在乙醇/水溶液中的溶胀行为。考察了杂化膜对85%(质量)的乙醇/水溶液的渗透蒸发分离性能。加入APTEOS降低了PVA的结晶度,有效控制了膜的溶胀,呈现出优良的分离性能。随着APTEOS含量的增加,杂化膜的选择性急剧增加,在5.0%(质量)时达到最大值;同时膜的渗透通量迅速增加。解决了PVA膜trade-off效应。Novel organic-inorganic hybrid membranes were prepared through sol-gel reaction of poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)with γ-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane(APTEOS).The resulting membranes were characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and wide-angle X-ray diffraction.The swelling degree of PVA and PVA/APTEOS hybrid membranes in water/ethanol mixture was determined.The pervaporation performance was investigated by separation of water/ethanol mixture at 50℃.The effect of APTEOS content on the pervaporation performance was studied.The decrease in swelling degree with increasing APTEOS content was due to the formation of hydrogen and covalent bonds in the membrane matrix.The crystalline region of PVA decreased with increasing APTEOS content.The separation factor for water increased,and then decreased when APTEOS content was more than 5.0%(mass).The hybrid membrane containing 5.0%(mass) APTEOS exhibited the highest separation factor.However the permeation rate increased remarkably with increasing APTEOS content.The trade-off relation of the PVA membrane was solved,and the PVA/APTEOS hybrid membranes showed high pervaporation properties.国家自然科学基金项目(50573063);; 高等学校博士点专项基金(20050384013)~

    Molecular Simulation of Polyamide-imide

    用COMPASS分子力场对一种具有特殊结构的聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI)分子体系进行了分子模拟。先运用密度泛函理论(dfT)方法(PW 91)研究了PAI单体的几何结构和电子结构,模拟结果表明,单体结构非平面。然后建立了非晶型的PAI周期性结构,运用分子动力学和分子力学法对其热性能、溶解性能和机械性能进行了研究。One polyamide-imide with typical structure was simulated using the COMPASS force field in this work.The geometry and electronic structure of the repeating unit of the polyamide-imide were first studied in terms of DFT theory.The results show that the polyamide-imide being studied is not in a plane.The amorphous model of polyamide-imide was then generated under periodic boundary conditions,its thermodynamic properties,solubility parameters and mechanic properties were thus studied.国家自然科学基金(50573063);高等学校博士点专项基金(20050384013

    电泳/质谱技术研究鲨鱼肝铁蛋白及亚基多聚体特性

    改良鲨鱼肝铁蛋白(liver ferritin ofsphyrna zygaena,SZLF)分离技术,并结合非变性梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(NGPAGE)制备质谱纯SZLF,以维系铁蛋白分子和它的亚基之间的作用类型,供研究铁蛋白结构与功能。实验结果表明,SZLF由分子量约为20kDa的单类型亚基组成。SZLF和它的亚基均组成不同的聚合体。聚合体类型和聚合数目与铁蛋白亚基和分离介质有关。MALDI-TO F质谱仪的激光和基质协同能有效解吸SZLF中的亚基成为准分子离子,并供质量分析,其亚基特征质谱峰m/z值分别为10889.35和22030.45,确定为带双电荷[M+2H]2+和单电荷[M+H]+的SZLF亚基分子量。SDS-PAGE和变性IEF技术研究指出,形成不同聚合态的SZLF,其分子之间的相互作用强度高于SZLF亚基自身,难以通过MALDI-TOF质谱技术测定其亚基的结构信息。尽管SZLF由单类型亚基组成,但它能通过聚合体和自身亚基之间的相互作用差异性发挥极其重要的生理功能
