    Prevalence of hepatitis B virus infection and phylogenetic analysis of HBV S gene among high school students

    目的了解江苏省海门市高中生乙型肝炎感染情况及其HbV S基因的变异情况。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取江苏省海门市职业中心校的407名高三学生进行乙肝血清学调查;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ElISA)和巢氏聚合酶链式反应(PCr)扩增方法检测血清样本的乙型肝炎表面抗原(HbSAg)、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体(抗-HbS)和乙型肝炎病毒(HbV)S基因并进行进化分析。结果 407名高中生中乙肝表面抗原(HbSAg)阳性率为6.39%;在家中、乡镇卫生院和县级及以上医院出生学生的HbSAg阳性率分别为11.76%、8.02%和2.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗-HbS滴度≥10u/l者占72.5%,且呈u形分布;不同乡镇、不同性别学生抗-HbS滴度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);407名高中生HbV S基因均为C基因型,主要变异在蛋白疏水区,抗原决定簇A区未发生免疫原性改变。结论出生时接受的医疗水平对HbV感染有影响;海门市高中生HbV S基因受到正选择作用而出现变异,但未发生免疫原性改变。Objective To understand the hepatitis B infection and HBV S gene variation among high school students in Haimen city,Jiangsu province.Methods A serological survey of hepatitis B was conducted in a high school with cluster sampling method.HBsAg and anti-HBs were detected with ELISA,and phylogenetic analysis for HBV S gene with nested PCR.Results HBsAg positive rate was 6.39% and the rate for the students born at home,township health centers,and hospital above the county level was 11.76%,8.02%,and 2.27%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The percentage of the students with anti-HBs titer ≥ 10U/l was 72.5%,and the titer distribution was U-shaped.The difference in anti-HBs titer between boys and girls,as well as different towns,was statistically significant(P<0.01).All genotype of HBV S gene was C-type,and the main variation was in protein hydrophobic area.The change of immunogenicity in antigenic determinant "a" zone was not observed.Conclusion The level of health care at birth can affect the HBV infection among high school students in Haimen.S gene variation occurs through positive selection,but not antigenicity.国家科技支撑计划(2006BAI02A03);传染病重大专项(2008ZX10002-012);上海市重点学科项目(B118

    水源因素与戊型肝炎病毒感染的关联性

    目的通过检测浙江省德清县水系上下游地区农村人群血清戊型肝炎病毒抗体水平,以评价非爆发状态下水源因素与戊型肝炎病毒感染的关联性。方法通过统一的调查表收集1 720人的一般资料及可能危险因素,并采用间接酶联免疫吸附法检测血清抗HEV-IgG抗体。结果总标化抗体阳性率为48.79%。其中,上游地区人群标化抗体阳性率为43.52%,下游标化阳性率为51.26%。将两地人群不同的构成特征调整后,下游抗体阳性率仍显著高于上游。同时发现,男性抗体阳性率高于女性;各年龄组阳性率随年龄升高而增加;家庭养猪、喜食猪肝、主要饲养动物和饮酒皆与戊肝感染有统计学关联。结论浙江农村地区戊型肝炎病毒感染情况与当地水源因素有较为显著的关联;猪可能是戊型肝炎病毒的自然宿主之一

    20 0 2年春季 ,在长江口附近海域典型赤潮高发区 2 8个大面站位采集了 5 3个样品 ,从中共鉴定出隶属于 31个硅藻属的 80个种和变种 ;其中种类多样性较高的属为圆筛藻属 (Coscinodiscus) ,有 17个种 ,斜纹藻属 (Pleurosigma) ,有 8个种和变种 ;数量上较优势的种为柔弱拟菱形藻 (Pseudo nitzschiadeli catissma) ,为 3.4 8× 10 3 cells·L-1,占 2 8.5 4 % ;具槽直链藻 (Melosirasulcata) ,为 1.4 3× 10 3 cells·L-1,占16 .98% ;尖刺拟菱形藻 (Pseudo nitzschiapungens) ,为 0 .71× 10 3 cells·L-1,占 9.85 % .它们在大部分站位中都有出现 ;柔弱拟菱形藻和尖刺拟菱形藻的高细胞密度区主要出现在 12 30E断面的站位 ,而具槽直链藻则主要出现在长江口的 31~ 32°N断面的站位 .浮游硅藻总细胞丰度变化于 0 .4 3× 10 3 ~ 2 3.3× 10 3 cells·L-1,平均 4 .6 1× 10 3 c... 【英文摘要】 water samples were collected from 28 stations in typical regions where redtide frequently occurred in the Changjiang River estuary during Spring, 2002. In total, 80 diatom species and varieties belonging to 31 genera were identified, among which, genera with high species biodiversity included Coscinodiscus which contained 17 species and Pleurosigma which contained 8 species and varieties.     The organic rich marine black shale of the upper Ordovician Wufeng Formation-lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation is widely developed in the upper Yangtze area. However, there are few studies on lithofacies types and on the response of the deposition process to the main geological events. From the Late Ordovician to the end of sedimentary filling period of the first member of Longmaxi Formation, the upper Yangtze area had experienced three major geological events. Based on the high resolution sequence stratigraphy study on the fine-grained sediments, two 3rd order sequences Wufeng (Sq1) and Long1(Sq2) including 12 para-sequences and 13 graptolite zones are identified during this interval. Within the isochronal stratigraphic framework which was constrained by the biostratigraphy, we have demonstrated the characteristics and genesis mechanism of different shale lithofacies. The siliceous shale of high TOC is likely attributed to volcanic eruption. The mixed shale of low TOC is likely attributed to the bottom flow intrusion and the argillaceous shale of low TOC is likely due to the enhanced terrigenous input though turbidity current. Thus a genetic model has been established. We suggest that the deposition of the Wufeng Formation and the first member of Longmaxi Formation heterogeneous shale is a sedimentary response to the altered paleo-climate and ocean environment which are attributed to three geological events: volcanic eruption (including glacial and biological extinction), bottom flow intrusion and terrigenous input

    Empirical Study on Resource Consumption, City Size and Economic Growth in Guangxi Based on Demand Perspective

    基于需求视角,利用广西2002—2017年14个地级市面板数据对广西资源消耗、城市规模与经济增长之间的关系进行实证,研究发现:广西资源消耗与经济增长呈正相关关系,即广西存在"资源福音",但城市规模的扩大抑制了资源消耗。进一步考察广西资源消耗与经济增长、资源消耗与城市规模之间的关系,发现均呈倒"U"型关系。为驱动广西经济新增长,需要适当控制城市规模扩张、合理勘探与开发新资源并开展国际合作。Based on demand perspective, by using Guangxi’s 14 cities panel data in 2002-2017, this research elaborates the relationship between resource consumption, city size and economic growth. The study found that: the relationship between resource consumption and economic growth in Guangxi is positive under the demand perspective, which is called “resource blessing” in Guangxi, but the expansion of city size would hinder the resource consumption. After further empirical study on resource consumption and economic growth, resource consumption and city size, all result showed that there is an inverted u-shaped relationship.     基于目标约束的NURBS方法凸轮曲线寻优创成设计

    针对凸轮机构的设计优化问题,提出了一种通用的NURBS(Non Uniform Rational B-Splines)凸轮曲线寻优创成设计方法,即采用NURBS曲线实现凸轮从动件位移、速度、以及加速度的表达。在约束条件及目标函数的双重限制下,通过数值迭代优化算法对NURBS曲线的控制顶点及权因子进行同步整定以实现凸轮曲线的优化设计与创成,使其满足设计所要求的运动学约束、几何约束、压力角约束、运动不失真条件等综合性能指标。特别地,此方法不仅能够实现优化水平的整体控制,还能够对凸轮运动曲线的局部形状实现自适应调整,使其具有最佳的性能特征。以一DRD(Dwell-RiseDwell)型直动从动件盘型凸轮机构的凸轮曲线设计为例,验证了NURBS凸轮曲线寻优创成设计方法的有效性。应用实例表明,与传统的凸轮曲线设计方法相比,基于目标约束的NURBS方法凸轮曲线寻优创成设计能够在强耦合的约束关系之间,获得目标设计参数最优的凸轮曲线形状表达
