    Toxic effect of typical polycyclic aromatics hydrocarbons on diatoms in mangrove area

    研究了2种典型多环芳烃对福建九龙江口红树林区优势藻的毒性效应。所选藻种为浮游藻中肋骨条藻和附着藻菱形藻,经分离、纯化和培养;所用的典型多环芳烃为菲和荧蒽。结果表明:丙酮对两种藻的不可见效应浓度值均为0.3%(v/v),菲对中肋骨条藻和菱形藻急性毒性试验的72 h半数生长抑制浓度(72-EC50)分别为0.95 mg/L和0.32 mg/L,而荧蒽对中肋骨条藻和菱形藻的72-EC50分别为0.17 mg/L和0.09 mg/L。中肋骨条藻对菲和荧蒽的耐受性比菱形藻强,菲对中肋骨条藻和菱形藻的毒性比荧蒽弱。This study focused on the toxic effect of two typical polycyclic aromatics hydrocarbons on diatoms in the mangrove area in Jiulongjiang river estuary,Fujian.After the separation,purification and culture,Skeletonema costatum and Nitzschia sp.were were exposed in different concentrations of phenanthrene and fluoranthene,respectively.The results showed that concentration of acetone,in which the toxic effect was not observed for two kinds of diatoms,was 0.3%(V/V.The values of EC50 of 72 h for phenanthrene to Skeletonema costatum and Nitzschia sp.were 0.95 mg/L and 0.32 mg/L,respectively.While those of 72 h-EC50 of fluoranthene on inhibition of the growths of Skeletonema costatum and Nitzschia sp.were calculated as 0.17 mg/L and 0.09 mg/L,respectively.The tolerance of Skeletonema costatum to phenanthrene and fluoranthene is better than Nitzschia sp.The toxic effect of fluoranthene on Skeletonema costatum and Nitzschia sp.is higher than phenanthrene.福建省自然科学基金重点项目(D002-0002

    Effect of catalytic de-NO_x device on the emission characteristics of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in flue gas

    通过对装有选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝装置的燃煤锅炉排放烟气中的多环芳烃(PAHs)进行测试,分析比较了工业锅炉排放的PAHs经过SCR脱硝装置前后的排放特性变化。实验结果表明,烟气催化脱硝装置促进了PAHs含量的增加,特别是低环多环芳烃含量的增加,并提高了其毒性当量,但对PAHs在气相与颗粒相的分布影响不大。The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in flue gas emitted from a coal-fired power plant equipped with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) de-NOx device were determined. The concentrations and distributions of phase and type of PAHs in the flue gas at the outlet and inlet of the SCR device were compared. The results show that the SCR de-NOx device leads to the increase of concentrations and toxic equivalent of PAHs, especially the low rings of PAHs in the flue gas. However, the device has no significant influence on the PAHs partition between particle and the gas phase

    The expression of TNFAIP8 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance

    目的通过检测胃癌组织中肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8(TnfAIP8)的表达,探讨其与胃癌临床病理参数的关系及与胃癌发生发展的关系,揭示胃癌的发病机制。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测50例胃癌以及50例正常胃粘膜中TnfAIP8的表达。结果 50例正常胃粘膜组织中TnfAIP8无表达,而在50例胃癌组织中TnfAIP8阳性表达13例,TnfAIP8阳性率为26%。低分化胃癌组TnfAIP8阳性表达率明显高于中分化腺癌组(P<0.05);Ⅲ期胃癌组TnfAIP8阳性表达率明显高于Ⅱ期胃癌组(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组TnfAIP8阳性表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组;TnfAIP8在不同性别和年龄的胃癌组织中无差异。结论 TnfAIP8的表达与患者的性别和年龄无关,而与胃癌的组织学分级、胃癌的TnM分期和淋巴结转移有相关性。TnfAIP8在胃癌组织中表达率较正常胃粘膜升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示TnfAIP8可能参与了胃癌的发生、发展。Tumor necrosis factor-α induced protein-8(TNFAIP8) is a recently discovered antiapoptotic molecule.Recent data have demonstrated that TNFAIP8 is involved in the regulation of apoptosis,cellular signaling cascade,tumor proliferation and invasion,as well as metastasis.In this study,we aimed to investigate the expression of TNFAIP8 in patients with gastric cancer and their relationships with clinicopathology.We detected the expression of TNFAIP8 in 50 cases of gastric cancer and 50 cases of normal gastric tissues with SP immunohistochemical.In gastric cancer,the expression of TNFAIP8 was located in cytoplasm and/or nucleolus of tumor cells;the expression of TNFAIP8 in patients with gastric cancer(26%) was higher than that in the normal gastric tissues(0%,P﹤0.05).And the expression of TNFAIP8 in poor differentiated adenocarcinoma of gastric was higher compared with that in well differentiated(P < 0.05),the same difference was fund between Ⅲ andⅡ stages of adenocarcinoma.However,the expression of TNFAIP8 was on significant difference among different person with different age and gender.The results suggest that the expression of TNFAIP8 is not related with patient gender or age,but related with the stage of disease.And the expression of TNFAIP8 may be involved in the generation and development of gastric cancer.福建省自然基金(2010D009

    Matrix effect and retention efficiency of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance cartridges in multi-residual determination of veterinary drugs in river water

    基质效应是液相色谱-质谱联用(lC-MS)定量分析中的重要干扰因素。以反渗透水为空白对照进行lC-MS/MS检测,在500倍浓缩条件下考察了33种兽药分别经WATErS、SuPElCO和CnW等3种亲水亲脂平衡(HydrOPHIlIC-lIPOPHIlIC bAlAnCE,Hlb)固相萃取柱富集后的基质效应及其保留效果。结果表明,以反渗透水为基质时3种Hlb柱均表现出外源性基质效应,对大部分喹诺酮类和四环素类兽药呈现促进效应,有两种Hlb柱对雌激素类兽药等呈现抑制效应,对磺胺类兽药的基质效应不显著,有一种Hlb柱对氯霉素类兽药呈现抑制效应;以河水为基质时,由于外源性杂质与内源性杂质共同作用,对大部分喹诺酮类和四环素类兽药呈现促进效应,对氯霉素类和雌激素类兽药呈现抑制效应,对磺胺类兽药基质效应不显著。与外标法相比较,基质匹配标准校正法可有效消除基质效应对检测结果的影响。在50 ng/l和200 ng/l两个加标水平下,WATErS、SuPElCO和CnW 3种Hlb柱对河水中33种目标兽药的校正后的回收率分别为40.3%~146.0%、37.8%~104.2%和52.9%~150.1%;rSd(n=4)为0.2%~14.6%。相同实验条件下3种Hlb柱的外源性基质效应不容忽视。而采用基质匹配标准校正法克服目标物基质效应,保留效果无显著差异,富集效果良好,为河水样品中兽药多残留分析方法中固相萃取柱的选择提供了科学依据。Matrix effect is an important interfering factor in LC-MS quantitative analysis.In this paper,matrix effects and retention efficiencies of 33 veterinary drugs spiked in river water were studied on hydrophilic-lipophilic balance( HLB) cartridges of 3 brands( Waters,Supelco,and CNW),using LC-MS /MS for detection and reverse osmosis( RO) water as the control under 500-fold concentration.In RO water,only the exogenous matrix effects were observed on three brands of HLB cartridges.Most quinolones and tetracyclines showed positive matrix effects.Estrogens showed negative matrix effects on two brands of HLB cartridges.Sulfonamides were not obviously affected by matrix effects.Chloramphenicols showed negative matrix effects on one brand of HLB cartridge.In river water,matrix effects were different from those of the RO water due to the combined exogenous and endogenous interfering substances.Sulfonamides showed slight matrix effects as those in RO water.Most quinolones and tetracyclines showed positive matrix effects.Chloramphenicols and estrogens showed negative matrix effects.Compared to the external standard method,matrix matched calibration method effectively overcame the matrix effects with better quantitative results.The recoveries of 33 target veterinary drugs spiked in river water at 50 ng / L and 200 ng / L levels were in the ranges of 40.3%- 146.0%( Waters),37.8%- 104.2%( Supelco),and 52.9%- 150.1%( CNW) with RSDs( n = 4) of 0.2%- 14.6%.The results indicated that there was no significant difference in the retention efficiency between the 3 HLB cartridges with the matrix matched calibration method.This study provided supporting data for the HLB cartridge selection in multiresidual determination of the veterinary drugs in river water samples.福建省自然科学基金项目(2012J01048); 中国科学院城市环境研究所开放基金项目(KLUEH201009

    Characteristics of PAHs in PM_(10) aerosols collected from different districts in Xiamen

    2004年冬季在厦门市4个不同功能区连续10d采集并分析了PM10中16种优控多环芳烃(PAHs).研究发现,各个功能区大气PM10中多环芳烃总浓度(ΣPAHs)存在明显差别工业区(湖里)10.87~27.54ng·m-3、旅游区(鼓浪屿)7.79~21.14ng·m-3、居民区(洪文)6.52~13·39ng·m-3、森林区(小坪)5.20~11.43ng·m-3;但各个功能区PM10中各种PAH化合物的相对组成趋于一致,所占比例最高的前4种化合物为菲、芘、和芴,表明冬季不同功能区PM10中PAHs的主要污染来源在很大程度上相似或相同.根据典型污染来源中特征化合物比值如苯并(a)蒽/、荧蒽/芘和芘/苯并(a)芘及其有机碳/元素碳的值,推断厦门市PM10中的PAHs主要来源于汽车尾气的排放. 【英文摘要】 An intensive sampling program has been undertaken in the absence of precipitation at four different sites, Xiamen, to characterize the atmospheric concentration of 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in PM_ 10 aerosols during 2004 winter.
