    Measurement and control software for vehicle cooling system based on 3-access architecture

    针对车辆冷却系统测控试验平台中的数据实时采集和电机控制问题,利用三层架构的开发思想,基于C#语言、Measurement Studio控件以及SQL Server数据库,在上位机中结合数据采集卡和传感器等硬件设计开发了车辆冷却系统的测控软件。详细介绍了三层架构的数据访问层、业务逻辑层、表示层在测控程序中的具体实现过程,完成了对测控数据的实时采集、存储与处理,绘制了测控数据实时曲线和历史曲线,以及实现了对风扇电机和水泵电机的控制等功能。同时,利用多次实验对测控程序的可靠性及稳定性进行了测试。实验结果表明,基于三层架构框架指导开发的软件具有更好的可读性、维护性和扩展性,满足车辆冷却系统试验平台的测控要求。Aiming at the problem of real-time data acquisition and motor control for vehicle cooling system test-bed,using the development thought of 3-access architecture,the measurement and control software of the vehicle cooling system was designed and developed by C #,Measurement Studio control and SQL Server database based on the hardware of data acquisition card and sensor in the host computer. The realization process of 3-access architecture of DAL,BLL and UI were introduced in detail in the measurement and control program,it finished real-time acquisition,storage and processing of measurement and control data,real-time curves and history curves,fan motor control and water pump motor control,and other functions.     退火处理对磁控溅射制备LaCoO3薄膜性能的影响

    采用磁控溅射法在硅衬底上制备了LaCoO3(LCO)薄膜,研究了退火温度对LCO薄膜组织结构、表面形貌及热电特性的影响,并利用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜(AFM)、激光导热仪等对LCO薄膜的晶体结构、表面形貌、热扩散系数等进行测量与表征.结果表明:退火温度对LCO薄膜的结晶度、晶粒尺寸和薄膜表面形貌都有较大影响;退火前后LCO薄膜的热扩散系数都随温度的升高而减小,且变化速率逐渐减缓; LCO薄膜的热扩散系数随退化温度的升高先增大后减小.LCO薄膜经过700℃退火后得到最佳的综合性能,其薄膜表面致密、平整,结晶质量最好,热扩散系数最小,热电性能最好.重庆市教委科技项目(KJ131319

    An Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Participation of Farmers in Forest Property Rights Mortgage Policy——Based on Survey Data from 26 Counties in 8 Provinces

    根据2012年在福建等8省26县抽样调查的数据,探讨了集体林权改革背景下林农参与林权抵押贷款的状况及影响因素。统计显示,仅有5.5%的受调查者办理了林权抵押贷款,相比之下,却有近40%的受调查者表示有抵押贷款需求。二元逻辑回归表明,林农是否参与林权抵押贷款除受其年龄和家庭年纯收入影响外,还受到承包林地分布、林地总面积、森林保险、林地资金投入等因素的显著影响。当前林权抵押贷款政策并不利于从事细碎化林地经营的小户林农融资造林,相反地,地方的林业大户和林业企业更能真正从中受益,有偏离政策设计初衷。Based on the 2012 survey data from 26 counties in 8 provinces, this paper illustrates the situation of farmers participating in the policy of forest property rights mortgage and its influencing factors.Current statistics indicates that only 5.5% of all respondents have mortgaged before; however, almost 40 % of these individuals require mortgage loans.Binary logistic regression determined that whether farmers participated or not depended on their age and annual family income, but was also significantly impacted by the numbers and the area of their forest land, forestry policy insurance and farmers' investment in their forest land.Besides, the qualitative data indicates that it is the huge forestry farmers or companies, but not the small forestry farmers who benefit from the current financial policy, which has been counter to the original intention of the policy.国家社会科学基金项目“集体林权制度改革中的金融支持制度研究”(编号:11CJL027

    Study on secondary production of macrobenthos in shellfish-farming mudflat in Meizhou Bay

    根据2005年6、9、12月和2006年3月在湄洲湾灵川贝类养殖滩涂6个取样站采集的大型底栖动物四个季度的定量样品,运用b rEy的经验公式进行了大型底栖动物栖息丰度、生物量、次级生产力和P/b值的研究计算。整个研究区域大型底栖动物年次级生产力平均值为34.70 g(AfdW)/(M2.A),年平均P/b值为1.32。秋季(9月)的大型底栖动物的次级生产力高于其它季节,而多贝类和寡贝类养殖断面大型底栖动物的次级生产力差异并不显著。Base on the macrobenthos samples taken at 6 stations in the Lingchuan shellfish-farming mudflat in Meizhou Bay in four surveys from 2005 to 2006,the knowledge of biomass and abundance of macrobenthos was obtained.Using the Brey's(1990) empirical formula,the secondary production and P/B ratio was calculated with the mean secondary production of macrobenthos in the studied area,and is 34.70 g(AFDW)/(m2·a).The mean P/B ratio of macrobenthos is 1.32.There was significant difference in Sep.compared with other seasons,and no significant differences were found for macrofaunal secondary production between section Y(more oyster and Ruditapes philippinarum farming) and F(few shellfish farming).福建省教育厅基金资助(JB04175

    Noise reduction of excavator cooling fan and wind scooper based on CFD

    针对某型挖掘机在工作过程中冷却风扇出口端噪声水平严重超标的问题,对风扇在旋转过程中的气动性能进行了研究。首先,建立了风扇与导风罩所形成的流体域有限元模型。基于Cfd理论,运用fluEnT软件对其流场进行了稳态数值模拟。分别探究了风扇与导风罩相关结构参数对其风量大小与噪声水平的影响。结合厂商提供的散热系统选型软件OPTIMISEr,兼顾风量与噪声要求,得到了最适合该挖掘机的风扇及导风罩型号。优化结果表明,在提供相同风量的前提下,优化后的风扇噪声比原风扇的噪声降低了1.5 d b左右。随后,对该流体域进行了瞬态仿真,分析了风扇噪声的频率特性。仿真结果表明,风扇旋转噪声主要集中在低频段,为企业有针对性地对该频段噪声采取降噪措施提供了指导。Aiming at the problem that the noise level on the outlet side of the cooling fan exceeded the national standard seriously during the working process of an excavator,researches on the aerodynamic performances of revolving fan were carried out.Firstly,the finite element model of the fluid domain which was formed by the fan and the wind scooper was established.Steady-state numerical simulations for the flow field were conducted by using Fluent based on CFD theory.The effects of relevant structural parameters of fan and wind scooper on their blowing rate and noise level were explored respectively.Taking account of both wind and noise requirements,the most suitable type of fan and wind scooper for the excavator were obtained by using Optimiser,a cooling system selection software provided by the manufacturer.The optimization results indicate that the noise of optimized fan reduced 1.5 d B compared to that of original one under the premise that it can provide the same wind as before.Then,transient simulations for the flow field were done to analyze the frequency performances of fan noise.The simulation results indicate that the rotation fan noise concentrates mainly on low frequency stage which guided the company to take noise reduction measures for this frequency band noise specifically.国家科技支撑计划资助项目(2013BAF07B04); 福建省自然科学基金计划资助项目(2014J01210

    Complicated reactive muffler design on wheel excavator

    针对某型轮式挖掘机发动机排气噪声的频率组成分布在低中高全频段的特点,根据共振腔消声器和扩张室消声器这两种基本消声单元结构特性,提出了一种恰当结合两种基本消声单元结构进行复杂结构抗性消声器设计的方法,使得消声器在全频段具有良好的消声效果,运用gT-POWEr仿真软件对挖掘机发动机和消声器进行了耦合仿真,预测了复杂结构抗性消声器的性能,利用正交实验的方法对消声器内部结构参数进行了优化,最后通过实车测试进行了验证。实验及研究结果表明,所设计的复杂结构抗性消声器声学性能和空气动力性能良好,发动机排气噪声在全频段均有所下降,消声器插入损失平均达到18 d b(A),压力损失在许可范围内。Aiming at the analysis of wheel excavator engine exhaust noise that has a wide frequency,based on the structural characteristics of resonant cavity muffler and expansion chamber muffler,appropriately combine these two basic anechoic unit structure to design complex structure muffler,ensure the muffler has a good silencing effect in all frequency.GT-power simulation software was used to realize the coupling simulation of engine and muffler,and predict the performance of complex structure muffler.Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the structure parameters of muffler.In the end,achieve expected results through vehicle tests.The results indicate that the muffler has a great acoustic performance and aerodynamic performance with the insertion loss 18 d B(A)in average.国家科技支撑计划资助项目(2013BAF07B04); 福建省自然科学基金计划资助项目(2014J01210); 深圳市知识创新计划资助项目(JCYJ20140417162429675
