    退火处理对磁控溅射制备LaCoO3薄膜性能的影响

    采用磁控溅射法在硅衬底上制备了LaCoO3(LCO)薄膜,研究了退火温度对LCO薄膜组织结构、表面形貌及热电特性的影响,并利用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜(AFM)、激光导热仪等对LCO薄膜的晶体结构、表面形貌、热扩散系数等进行测量与表征.结果表明:退火温度对LCO薄膜的结晶度、晶粒尺寸和薄膜表面形貌都有较大影响;退火前后LCO薄膜的热扩散系数都随温度的升高而减小,且变化速率逐渐减缓; LCO薄膜的热扩散系数随退化温度的升高先增大后减小.LCO薄膜经过700℃退火后得到最佳的综合性能,其薄膜表面致密、平整,结晶质量最好,热扩散系数最小,热电性能最好.重庆市教委科技项目(KJ131319

    The Circuit Design of Piezoelectric Jetting Dispensing Control System

    基于新型压电式点胶头采用的双压电陶瓷的推挽驱动作为胶体喷射的作用机制,设计并搭建了压电式喷射点胶控制系统,完成了硬件与软件模块的组装调试,实现对下压电陶瓷信号的频率、占空比、幅值、上压电陶瓷信号幅值的连续可调,具备人机交互、清洗、喷射点数可调等功能。经测试,系统各参数达到预定指标,频率显示误差:±1.2 Hz;占空比显示误差:±1%;幅值显示误差:±8 MV。在驱动方波电压200 V、频率65 Hz、占空比20%、喷嘴直径250μM、供料压力4 bAr、喷射高度3.5 MM的条件下,得到平均直径为1.07 MM左右的喷射胶滴,一致性误差为±2%。According to the working principle of newly piezoelectric dispensing head,which using the pushed driving of double piezoelectric ceramic for colloform jetting,we design and establish this piezoelectric jetting dispensing control system.Meanwhile,package the hardware and debug the software,achieve the goal that frequency,duty cycle and amplitude of the lower piezoelectric ceramic signal,amplitude of the upper piezoelectric ceramic signal can be continuously adjusted.The system has the function of man-machine interaction,cleaning,regulating injection points,and so on.After tested,all of the system parameters can meet the presupposed index,with the frequency display error: ±1.2 Hz,duty cycle display error: ±1%,amplitude display error: ±8 mV.Under the condition that voltage of the driving squarewave 200 V,frequency 65 Hz,duty cycle 20%,diameter of nozzle 250 μm,pressure 4 bar,height of jetting 3.5 mm,we get the jetting drops with an average diameter of 1.07 mm,and its conformity error ±2%.中央高校基金科研业务费专项资金资助项目(2010121039

    The study on Moisture Suction in Soil under Shed Protection

    主要研究了黑龙江省哈尔滨市一定点大棚内,其土壤水吸力的动态变化.研究表明:0~30CM层次大棚土壤水吸力底层大于表层,表明土壤水分运动方向是从底层流向表层.水吸力在100~400x102PA时,土壤水分处于田间持水量到毛管断裂含水量之间,水分有效性最大.但受人工灌水方式的影响,这种情况只占水分状况的41.8%,其余水分状况或多或少,表明大棚土壤的水分状况不理想.水吸力在4~10月份的生长期内呈周期性变化.This study dealt mainly with the dynamic variation of moisture suction in soil under shed protection in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that the bottom moisture suction in 0 ̄30cm was more than upper, which indicated that the movement of water was from bottom to upper.When moisture suction was 100 ̄400cm,the water was between field moisture capacity and capillary disrupting moisture, and the water was the most efficient.But this was affected by irrigation, which was only 41.8% of total water regime, and the rest was more or less, indicating that the water regime in soil under shed protection was not very well

    选取使用多年10个大棚土壤剖面测定。结果表明,90%的大棚土壤全盐量>1g/kg,出现盐渍化,但其上蔬菜生长良好;EC25℃则80%<1.0MS/CM。全盐量及各离子含量与EC25℃呈显著和极显著正相关关系。定点定期测定,EC25℃以0~10CM土层变化最大,土层愈深,变化愈小。一年中,4~5月份较高,6月份下降,7~8月份又增高,这和施肥、灌溉及蔬菜生长有关

    Electroless Plating Silver without Pd Activation on Polyamide Fabrics and Its Properties

    应用无钯活化化学镀方法在预制聚苯胺层的锦纶织物上沉积金属银,研究了化学镀条件(主盐硝酸银、还原剂葡萄糖、络合剂氨水、氢氧化钠用量、温度和时间)对金属沉积速率和织物方阻的影响,优化化学镀的最佳工艺为:硝酸银12g/L,葡萄糖 2.8g/L,氨水100ml/L,氢氧化钠8g/L,温度30℃,时间 50min。同时讨论了聚苯胺中间层对金属银晶粒尺寸、织构系数和耐腐蚀等性能影响,结果表明,以聚苯胺作锦纶织物施镀中间层可有效提高金属化织物的导电、耐腐蚀以及耐洗等性能。Silver was deposited on the surface of polyaniline coated polyamide fabrics by electroless plating without using conventional palladium chloride solution as activator.Effects of electroless plating conditions such as the concentrations of silver nitrate, reducing agent glucose, complexing agent ammonium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide in the bath, as well as the depositing time and bath temperature on the rate of metal deposition and the square resistance were studied. Optimum electroless plating conditions were: 30℃, 50 min, with silver nitrate 12 g/L, ammonium hydroxide 100 ml/L, glucose 2.8 g/L, sodium hydroxide 8 g/L. Meanwhile, effects of the intermediate polyaniline layer on the metal crystallite size, texture and corrosion resistance of composite conducting fabrics were discussed.     研究异戊烯和甲醇在反应蒸馏柱中以苯磺酸阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,在 40~ 80℃醚化的转化率随反应条件的变化。结果表明 ,在 6 9℃、n(异戊烯 ) /n(甲醇 ) =1/1.2时 ,异戊烯醚化反应的转化率最高 ;反应压力对异戊烯醚化反应的转化率影响不大The change of etherification conversions against reaction conditions has been studied in reactive distillation columns at temperatures of 40~80 ℃.A benzene sulfonate cationexchange resin was used as catalyst.Results show that the conversion is the highest at a temperature of 69 ℃ and a molar ratio of methanol to isoamylenes of 1.2. The etherification conversion of isoamylenes is less dependent on the reaction pressure.These results are of significant importance in the comprehensive utilization of isoamylenes in FCC factory

    Physical health care monitoring for people with serious mental illness

    Background Current guidance suggests that we should monitor the physical health of people with serious mental illness and there has been a significant financial investment over recent years to provide this. Objectives To assess the effectiveness of physical health monitoring as a means of reducing morbidity, mortality and reduction in quality of life in people with serious mental illness. Search methods We searched the Cochrane Schizophrenia Group Trials Register (October 2009) which is based on regular searches of CINAHL, EMBASE, MEDLINE and PsycINFO. Selection criteria All randomised or quasi-randomised clinical trials focusing on physical health monitoring versus standard care or comparing i) self monitoring vs monitoring by health care professional; ii) simple vs complex monitoring; iii) specific vs non-specific checks iv) once only vs regular checks or v) comparison of different guidance. Data collection and analysis The authors (GT, AC, SM) independently screened search results and identified three studies as possibly fulfilling the review's criteria. On examination, however, all three were subsequently excluded. Main results We did not identify any randomised trials which assessed the effectiveness of physical health monitoring in people with serious mental illness. Authors' conclusions There is no evidence from randomised trials to support current guidance and practice. Guidance and practice are based on expert consensus, clinical experience and good intentions rather than high quality evidenc
