Conversation Drawing as an Exercise for Self-reflection : Becoming Reflexively Aware of Pre-reflexive Experiences

ユージン・ジェンドリンは、生は“前概念的”に生きられるとしているとしており、この発想を引き継いでいる池見陽は、生のほとんどは“前反省的”に生きられるとしている。本稿では“前反省的”に感じられていることを“反省的”に振り返るという動きを二律的運動と捉えた上で、カンバセーション・ドローイング（以下Conv-Dとする）を用いたワークの実施とワーク後のインタビューの2つに取り組み、参加者がどのような自分への“気づき”に至るかを考察した。その結果、対象者のほとんどはワーク後のインタビューにおいて何らかの自分の特徴に関する“気づき”を得ることができ、また、その“気づき”の多くは元々対象者自身がなんとなく心の内にあったような暗在的な部分であることが明らかとなった。本研究において参加者は、Conv-Dを用いた二律的運動の中で“前反省的”に気づいていた自身の特徴を“反省的”に覚知することができたと考えられる。また、Conv-Dを含むアートセラピーを二律的運動と捉えることの意義について論及した。Eugene Gendlin\u27s view that most of living is "pre-conceptual" is carried on by Akira Ikemi, who asserts that most of living is "pre-reflexive." The author approached Conversation Drawing (Conv-D) as an interplay of the pre-reflexive and reflexive modes of awareness and asked participants to do Conv-D in pairs. They were then interviewed about how they reflected on themselves during the Conv-D activity. As a result, most participants were able to enhance their understanding of their Own characteristics. Moreover, these characteristics were already "implicit" in their awareness. This study showed that participants can gain new understandings about themselves through the interplay of the pre-reflexive and reflexive modes of awareness in Conv-D. Art therapy, including Conv-D, may be enhanced when the effects of such an interplay are recognized

育児期女性の日常生活における時間の使い方・育児支援活用と 育児ストレスの関係

母親の育児ストレスを軽減するのに有効な支援を明らかにする目的で、1歳6か月児を養育する母親を対象として質問紙調査を行い、日常生活における時間の使い方、及び親族や社会からの育児支援の活用頻度と満足度が育児ストレスに与える影響について検討した。育児ストレス尺度には日本語版Parenting Stress Index Short Form を用いた。有効回答数（有効回答率）は107（30.9％）で、育児ストレス得点と有意な正の相関を示す項目は経済的不安、病児保育の活用頻度などで、有意な負の相関を示す項目は実母からの支援の満足度、実父からの支援の満足度などであった。育児期女性の育児ストレスを軽減するためには子育て支援の確保とともに、経済的負担軽減の重要性が示唆された。We conducted a questionnaire survey on mothers who nurture 1-year-6-month-old children in order to clarify effective supports to reduce the mother\u27s parenting stress. The effects of the use of daily time and of the frequency and satisfaction with the use of childcare support from relatives and society on the parenting stress were analyzed. The Japanese Parenting Stress Index-Short Form was used as a parenting stress scale. The number of effective responses (effective response rate) was 107 (30.9%), and items showing a significant positive correlation with parenting stress scores include financial anxiety and utilization of childcare for sick children. In addition, items showing a significant negative correlation include the satisfaction of support from the mother and the satisfaction of support from the father. These results suggest the importance of reducing the financial burden as well as securing parenting support in order to reduce the stress of parenting mothers
