    Comparison of Polypeptide Synthesis in Leaf of Panicum repens Grown in Different Habitats

    The polypeptide synthesis in leaf of Panicum repens L.grown naturally in different habitats was analyzed using SDS_PAGE.Preliminary experiment indicates that the overall changes in polypeptide synthesis were relatively small, but the synthesis of a 30.6 kD polypeptide was enhanced in P.repens grown in sandy beach (salinity 1.5%~3.0 %) and that of a 130 kD polypeptide markedly decreased.However, the content of the 130 kD protein increased in P.repens grown in sandy farmlands (salinity 0.1%~0.3%), especially in water marsh (salinity 0.3%~0.5%)

    Source apportionment of water-soluble ions in spring TSP of Pengjia Islet, Taiwan

    于2010年春季,在台湾省北部东海海域彭佳屿岛采集了60个总悬浮颗粒(TSP)样品,用离子色谱测定了8种水溶性离子(Na~+、Mg~(2+)、; Ca~(2+)、K~+、NH_4~+、Cl~-、SO_4~(2-)和NO_3~-)浓度.结合HYSPLIT气团后向轨迹模型、离子化学计量学关系、; 离子相关性分析和主成分分析,探讨了彭佳屿岛春季TSP中水溶性离子的主要来源.结果表明:彭佳屿岛春季TSP中水溶性离子质量浓度顺序依次为SO_4~; (2-)(7.704.53)mug/m~3> Cl~-(6.17 3.85)mug/m~3>Na~+(4.59 ; 2.28)mug/m~3>NO_3~-(4.24 3.07)mug/m~3>NH_4~+(1.53 ; 1.20)mug/m~3>Ca~(2+)(0.95 1.47)mug/m~3>Mg~(2+)(0.59 ; 0.30)mug/m~3>K~+(0.310.17)mug/m~3.其中Cl~-、Na~+和Mg~(2+)全部来源于海洋源;K~+来源较多,除了; 海洋源外,煤和生物质燃烧以及陆源矿物等都可能是彭佳屿岛春季TSP中K~+的来源;60%的Ca~(2+)来源于当地的建筑粉尘;77%的SO_4~(; 2-)源于煤和生物质燃烧释放;NO_3~-主要源于汽车尾气、煤和生物质燃烧等释放;NH_4~+主要来源于二次气溶胶和生物质燃烧等.通过整合本研究; 与前人的观测,发现在春季从中国东北至西北太平洋开阔海域,TSP中Cl~-、Na~+和Mg~(2+)的浓度在空间上呈现逐渐升高趋势,而Ca~(2+; )、K~+、NH_4~+、SO_4~(2-)和NO_3~-的浓度在空间上呈现逐渐下降趋势,显示了TSP中不同水溶性离子在海洋大气传输过程中的空间; 变化特征.In spring of 2010, sixty total suspended particulate (TSP) samples we; collected in Pengjia Islet, northern sea of Taiwan, China. The; concentrations of water-soluble ions (Na~+, Mg~(2+), Ca~(2+), K~+,; NH_4~+, Cl~-, SO_4~(2-) and NO_3~-) in the TSP samples were extracted; and then determined using an Ion Chromatography. Using these data, we; investigated the sources of water-soluble ions by a multiple-technique; analysis combining with the HYSPLIT model, ion stoichiometry,; correlation analysis of water-soluble ions and primary component; analysis. According to a decreasing order in the average mass; concentration, these ions ranked as SO_4~(2-)(7.704.53)mug/m~3,; Cl~-(6.173.85)mug/m~3, Na~+(4.592.28)mug/m~3, NO_3~-(4.24 3.07)mug/m~3,; NH_4~+(1.531.20)mug/m~3, Ca~(2+)(0.951.47)mug/m~3,; Mg~(2+)(0.590.30)mug/m~3 and K~+(0.310.17)mug/m~3. The sea water was; identified as the dominant source for Cl~-, Na~+ and Mg~(2+). Besides; the contribution from the sea salt, the K~+ had other sources, such as; coal and biomass burning, and mineral etc. 60% Ca~(2+) came from the; local construction dust, while 77% SO_4~(2-) originated from coal and; biomass burning. The NO_3~- dominantly sourced from the vehicle exhaust,; coal and biomass burning, while NH_4~+ totally originated from the; second inorganic aerosol and biomass burning. By combining our results; with previous findings, in spring, the concentrations of Cl~-, Na~+ and; Mg~(2+) in TSP increased gradually from the Northeast of China to the; Northwest Pacific Ocean; on the contrary, the Ca~(2+), K~+, NH_4~+,; SO_4~(2-) and NO_3~- in TSP decreased gradually.     Characteristics of PAHs in PM_(10) aerosols collected from different districts in Xiamen

    2004年冬季在厦门市4个不同功能区连续10d采集并分析了PM10中16种优控多环芳烃(PAHs).研究发现,各个功能区大气PM10中多环芳烃总浓度(ΣPAHs)存在明显差别工业区(湖里)10.87~27.54ng·m-3、旅游区(鼓浪屿)7.79~21.14ng·m-3、居民区(洪文)6.52~13·39ng·m-3、森林区(小坪)5.20~11.43ng·m-3;但各个功能区PM10中各种PAH化合物的相对组成趋于一致,所占比例最高的前4种化合物为菲、芘、和芴,表明冬季不同功能区PM10中PAHs的主要污染来源在很大程度上相似或相同.根据典型污染来源中特征化合物比值如苯并(a)蒽/、荧蒽/芘和芘/苯并(a)芘及其有机碳/元素碳的值,推断厦门市PM10中的PAHs主要来源于汽车尾气的排放. 【英文摘要】 An intensive sampling program has been undertaken in the absence of precipitation at four different sites, Xiamen, to characterize the atmospheric concentration of 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in PM_ 10 aerosols during 2004 winter.     Culture medium optimization for algicidal strain Y35 and preparation of algicidal bacterial agents

    塔玛亚历山大藻是一种有毒甲藻,常引发赤潮,严重威胁海洋生态的稳定和人类的健康,细菌Deinococcus sp.Y35表现出对塔玛亚历山大藻的杀藻能力,为促进菌株生长、提高杀藻效果并方便保存,对菌株Y35培养条件进行优化,并制备杀藻菌剂.分别确定菌株Y35生长所需的最适氮源、碳源、无机盐,并确定其最适添加量,在优化的基础上完成冻干菌剂的制备和最适冻干保护剂的选择.菌株Y35生长的最适培养基成分是1.0%胰蛋白胨和0.5%酵母粉.在优化的培养基基础上对菌株Y35进行发酵,培养至对数期后进行冷冻干燥,制备杀藻菌剂.菌株Y35需要添加1.0 g/L的蔗糖作为冻干保护剂.杀藻菌剂的杀藻添加量为2.0 mg/m L.本研究可为下一步将细菌应用于赤潮治理奠定基础.Alexandrium tamarense is a toxic dinoflagellate,which causes harmful algal blooms(HABs),posing a serious threat on marine ecology and human health.Deinococcus sp.Y35 shows algicidal activity on A.tamarense.This research aimed to optimize its culture medium and improve the preparation of bacterial agents.We determined the optimum nitrogen source,carbon source and inorganic salts of strain Y35,then decided the optimum adding amount,prepared the freeze drying bacterial agents,and chose the optimum freeze-drying protective agent.The optimum culture medium composition of strain Y35 was found to be 1% tryptone and 0.5% yeast extracts.We needed to add 1.0 g/L sucrose as a protective agent for bacterial culture of strain Y35 before freeze-drying.The optimum amount of algicidal agent was 2.0 mg/m L.The optimization of culture conditions could ensure the bacterial growth and algicidal activity.The results of this research provide some foundation for HABs control in the future.国家自然科学基金项目(41576109,31500095);; 河南师范大学博士科研启动基金(5101049170160)资助~

    束缚和异氟烷麻醉对大鼠心率变异性及HPA轴影响的比较

    目的为了观察束缚固定和异氟烷(流量:0.8 L,浓度:1.5%)麻醉状态中大鼠的心率变异性的变化;并通过比较9天每天30 min束缚干预和异氟烷麻醉对大鼠的体重、痛阈以及与HPA轴相关激素的影响,来评估长期使用异氟烷麻醉和束缚固定对大鼠应激程度的影响,选择更适宜的大鼠固定方法,为基础医学的实验方法提供重要的参考。方法 SD大鼠随机分为3组:空白组,束缚组,异氟烷麻醉组。急性实验通过记录大鼠心电图15 min,观察束缚固定和异氟烷麻醉情况下大鼠心率,心率变异性的变化。慢性实验中比较连续干预9天(30 min/d)前后3组大鼠体重、痛阈变化以及与应激状态相关激素含量的变化。结果 1)急性试验:与空白组大鼠相比,束缚干预和异氟烷麻醉均造成大鼠心率显著增加,具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论以上结果提示:低浓度的异氟烷造成麻醉中大鼠心率增加,心率变异性下降,产生以交感兴奋为主的自主神经功能状态改变。多次束缚固定易造成大鼠HPA轴激活,产生慢性应激的效应。在长期需要固定动物的实验中,与束缚固定相比异氟烷麻醉是更好的固定方法。国家自然科学基金(81674083

    Environmental Behavior and Risk Assessment of Organic Phosphorus Pesticides at Water from Jiulong River Estuary

    利用SPE GC FPD测定了九龙江口水体中 1 7种有机磷农药的浓度 ,总有机磷农药 (1 7种 )的含量范围是1 3 4 8~ 3 5 4 6ng/L ,平均 2 2 7 2ng/L .对其各组分的含量与行为特征进行分析表明 ,5种有机磷农药 (甲胺磷、敌敌畏、马拉硫磷、氧乐果、乐果 )在各站位均占主要部分 ,其行为受复杂的来源输入及河口的水动力影响 .对九龙江口水体中的有机磷农药的含量与其他地区进行比较 ,评价了该河口水体中有机磷农药的污染水平及风险概率Organic phosphorus pesticides (OPPs) were determined by SPE-GC-FPD. The contents of the total seventeen OPPs ranged from 134.8ng/L to 354.6ng/L (the mean was 227.2ng/L) at water in Jiulong River Estuary (JLRE). The distribution and behavior characteristics of OPPs indicated that five main OPPs (Methamidophos, Dichlorvos, Malathion, Omethoate, Dimethoate) were predominant of the total OPPs, which were affected by the complicated hydrological kinetics. When compared with other areas, the OPPs concentration level in JLRE was some moderate.     目的 :比较辅酶Q10 、苯那普利以及辅酶Q10 +苯那普利三组药物治疗原发性高血压疗效。方法 :采用随机、单盲的方法 ,运用 2 4小时动态血压监测。结果 :两药均能显著降低血压 ,但组间比较无显著性差异 ;两药联合治疗优于任一单一用药治疗 (P <0 0 5 )。各组均有较高的谷 /峰比值。结论 :辅酶Q10 是一疗效确实、安全的降压药物 ,与苯那普利合用有更强的降压作用
