Relationships between nurses\u27 maintenance of intimate relationships in interpersonal relationships and their internal attributions

看護職者の人間関係能力のうちの他者との関係維持スキルと, 個人の内的属性であるコンピテンス, 自己概念, セルフモニタリング, 自己効力感, 自己受容, 自己意識等との関係を調べた.調査対象は, 3つの総合病院に就労する看護師410名とした.関係維持スキルの測定には, 和田のソーシャルスキル尺度を, コンピテンスの測定には青年のコンピテンス評価尺度を, 自己概念の測定にはSelf-Esteem尺度を, セルフモニタリングの測定にはセルフモニタリング尺度を, 自己効力感の測定には一般性セルフエフィカシー尺度を, 自己受容の測定には自己受容測定尺度を, 自己意識の測定には自己意識尺度を使用した.その結果, 看護職者の関係維持スキルと「コンピテンス」「自己意識」「セルフモニタリング」との間に有意な相関があった.また, 関係維持スキルに最も影響していたのは「コンピテンス」であり, 続いて「自己意識」「セルフモニタリング」等が影響していた.The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among maintenance of intimate relationship of sub-concepts of social skill scale and their competence, self esteem, self monitoring, generaliy self efficacy, self acceptance and self consciousness. The instruments used were Intimate Relationships scale of sub-concept of social skill scale by Wada, competence scale by Kurimoto, Self-Esteem scale of Japanese Version by Suga, Self Monitoring Scale by Iwabuchi et al, Generality Self Efficacy scale by Sakamoto et al, Self Acceptance Scale by Sawazaki et al, and Self Consciousness Scale by Omi. The scores of competence and self consciousness showed partial correlation coefficient with significant level of 0.1% to those of maintenance of intimate relationship. The scores of self monitoring showed partial correlation coefficient with significant level of 5& to those of maintenance of intimate relationship. Relationships between nurses\u27 initiation of new relationships and their interpersonal attributions

看護職者の関係開始スキルと個人の内的属性との関係について調べた.内的属性を自我同一性, 自己没入, 共感的配慮, 孤独感, 対人不安とした.調査対象は2つの総合病院に就労する看護職者332名とした.測定用具には和田の社会的スキル尺度の下位尺度である関係開始スキル尺度, 谷の多次元自我同一性尺度, 坂本の自己没入尺度, ディヴィスの対人的反応性指標の下位尺度である共感的配慮尺度, 落合の孤独感の類型判別尺度, 林・小川の対人不安意識尺度を用いた.その結果, 対人不安と関係開始スキルとは負の有意な相関が認められた.また自己没入と関係開始スキルとは正の有意な相関を示した.自我同一性においては関係開始スキルと年齢, 経験年数, 兄弟数, 友人数別で有意な正の相関がみられた.さらに共感的配慮と関係開始スキルとは友人数別において有意な正の相関を示した.孤独感と関係開始スキルとは職位, 友人数別で有意な相関がみられた.また, 関係開始スキルに最も影響する個人の内的属性は対人不安であり, 次に自己没入であった.以上のことから看護職者の内的属性は関係開始スキルに影響を与えていることが示唆された.The purpose of this study was to examine relationships between nurses\u27 initiation of new relationships of social skills and their internal attributions. A sample consisted of 332 nurses was examined. The instruments used were Initiation of new relationships skill scale of the sub=concepts of social skill scale by Wada. Multidimensional ego identity scale by Tani, Self-preoccupation scale by Sakamoto, Japanese version of Empathy consideration scale of the sub-concepts of Interpersonal Reactivity Index by Davis, Loneliness scale by Ochiai and Negative self-awareness in Interpersonal relationships scale by Hayashi and Ogawa. The scores of self-preoccupation showed partial correlation coefficient with significant level of 1% to those of initiation of new relationships. The scores of negative self-awareness in interpersonal relationships showed partial correlation coefficient with significant level of 0.1% to those of initiation of new relationships. The scores of ego identity showed positively correlation with those of initiation of new relationships in difference of age, experience, brother and sister number and friends\u27 number. The scores of empathy consideration showed positively correlation with those of initiation of new relationships in difference of friends\u27 number. The scores of loneliness showed correlation with those of initiation of new relationships in difference of career ladder and friends\u27 number. Relationships between nurses\u27 empathy consideration and internal attribution

看護職者の共感的配慮と個人の内的属性の関係について調べた.内的属性を自我同一性, 自己没入, 孤独感, 抑うつ性, 関係維持スキルとした.対象者は2つの公立総合病院に勤務する看護職者332名であった.共感的配慮の測定にはディビスの対人反応性指標の下位尺度である共感的配慮尺度, 自我同一性の測定には谷の多次元自我同一性尺度, 自己没入の測定には坂本の自己没入尺度, 孤独感の測定には落合の孤独感の類型判別尺度, 抑うつ性の測定にはツァンの自己評価式抑うつ性尺度の日本版, 関係維持スキルの測定には和田のソーシャルスキルの下位尺度である関係維持スキル尺度を使用した.その結果, 共感的配慮と関係維持スキル, 及び自己没入等との間で正の有意な相関が見られ, 孤独感との間で負の有意な相関があった。また, 共感的配慮に最も影響するのは関係維持スキルであり, 続いて孤独感, 自己没入の順で影響していた.A sample consisted of 332 nurses working in General Public Hospital was examined. Nurses\u27 internal attribution were Identity, Self-preoccupation, Loneliness, Depression, Maintenance of intimate relationship.
