    Studies on H-ZSM-5 Catalyst for Direct Conversion of Ethene to Propylene

    Optimization for astaxanthin extraction from Haematococcus pluvialis with ethanol using response surface methodology

    采用安全无毒的乙醇为溶剂,研究了超声时间、料液比、搅拌速度等因素对虾青素提取效率的影响。在此基础上,采用响应面设计对以上3个因素的交互关系进行探究。结果表明,3个因素对虾青素提取率的影响顺序为:超声时间〉料液比〉搅拌速度;最佳提取条件为:超声时间20min、料液比1:150、搅拌速度1000 r/min,在此条件下虾青素提取率可达48.42%。Ethanol, an environmentally friendly solvent, was used to extract astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis. The effect of several conditions, including ultrasound time, the ratio of solid to liquid (S/L) and stirring rate, on astaxanthin extraction rate was investigated. Response surface methodology was applied to study the interaction in these factors. The effects of three factors on the extraction of astaxanthin were in order of ultrasound time, S/L, and stirring rate.     Determination of bisphenol A in environmental water samples by stir bar sorptive extraction based on molecularly imprinted polymer

    以双酚A(bPA)为单体,利用整体材料“原位“聚合技术制备以分子印迹聚合物为涂层的吸附萃取搅拌棒(MIP-SbSE),然后与高效液相色谱(HPlC)-二极管阵列检测器联用,探讨其对环境水样bPA的选择萃取性能。优化萃取过程中吸附和解吸时间、解吸液种类以及基底PH值和离子强度对目标化合物的选择吸附性能。在最佳条件下,MIP-SbSE可对模板分子进行有效的选择吸附,线性范围为1.0~200μg/l,检出限(S/n=3)和定量限(S/n=10)分别为0.28μg/l和0.94μg/l。在实际水样分析中,具有良好的加标回收率,其值为96.0%~108.7%。研究结果表明,所建立的方法具有简便、灵敏和环境友好等特点。A new stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) based on molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with bisphenol A as template was prepared.Based on it,a simple,selective and sensitive method for the determination of bisphenol A (BPA) was developed combined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode array detection.To achieve the optimum extraction performance,several main parameters,including extraction and desorption time,the nature of desorption solvent,pH value and contents of inorganic salt in the sample matrix,were investigated.The optimized parameters for the extraction of BPA from water matrix with the MIP-SBSE are as follows: extraction and desorption time were 120 min and 10 min,respectively; the pH value of matrix was 10.0; using acetonitrile (including 1% acetic acid) as desorption solvent; no salt was added in the matrix.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the method showed good linearity between 1.0-200 μg/L.The detection limit (S/N=3) and quantification limit (S/N=10) of the proposed method for the BPA was 0.28 μg/L and 0.94 μg/L,respectively.The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of the target compound in water samples.The recoveries of spiked target compound in real samples ranged from 96.0%-108.7%.The results indicated that the developed method possessed the advantages such as high sensitivity,simplicity,low cost and environmental friendliness.国家自然科学基金项目(No.20805039);福建省青年科技人才创新项目(No.2006F3117

    Process technology on recovery of sulphur from copper-bearing gold concentrate by using kerosene method

    某含铜金精矿尾矿浸铜渣中含有质量分数约15%的单质硫,严重影响后续提金过程的氰化效果。实验进行了以煤油为溶剂的提硫过程研究,考察溶硫时间、温度、液固质量比等因素。实验表明:采用煤油二段浸取法,当工艺条件为液固质量比2—3,温度140℃,加热40MIn,单质硫的回收率为98.4%,纯度达99%以上。对硫化矿处理过程尾矿中硫的回收,采用煤油为溶媒,是一种有效、环保的清洁生产过程,可以提高贵金属及伴生硫的综合回收率,易于工业应用。In the residues of copper-bearing gold concentrate there is mass fraction 15% sulfur which influences the effect of latish cyanogenation.The experiment was carried out with kerosene as solvent in sulfur removal process and the effect of leaching temperature and time,the mass ratio of kerosene to residue (liquid to solid) on the experiment was investigated.The results show that when the mass ratio of kerosene to residue is 2-3,heating temperature is 140 ℃,heating time is 40 min,the recovery efficiency of sulfur can be more than 98.4%,the purity of sulfur can be more than 99%.The new hydrometallurgical method which uses kerosene as solvent is an effective and clean process.It can improve comprehensive recovery efficiency of precious metals and sulfur,and is easy for industrialization without pollution

    SBA-15 supported vanadium oxide catalyst for selective oxidation of methane

    The VOx/SBA-15 has been found to be a better catalyst for the selective oxidation of methane to formaldehyde than SBA-15-supported Mo and W oxides. The influences of catalyst support and vanadium source on catalytic performances have been studied. The results show that SBA-15 is a better support than MCM-41 and Cab-O-Sil, and the catalyst with NH4VO3 as the precursor exhibits higher performances. The addition of phosphorus has been found to enhance slightly the selectivity to HCHO. Characterizations by XRD, N-2 physical adsorption, Raman spectroscopy and H-2-TPR suggest that the supported VOx species with loading amounts lower than 3 wt% be highly dispersed (probably as monomer) and contribute to the selective oxidation of methane to formaldehyde

    SBA-15 Supported Vanadium Oxide Catalyst for Selective Oxidation of Methane

    对SBA 15负载的钒、钼、钨氧化物催化的甲烷选择氧化反应性能进行了比较 ,发现VOx/SBA 15催化剂优于MoOx/SBA 15和WOx/SBA 15催化剂 .针对钒氧化物催化剂 ,考察了不同钒源、不同载体以及少量P元素的添加对催化性能的影响 ,结果表明以SBA 15为载体的催化剂的性能好于MCM 41和Cab O Sil为载体的催化剂 ;与V2 O5,VO(C2 O4)相比 ,NH4VO3是制备性能良好的VOx/SBA 15的钒源 ;在VOx/SBA 15中 ,添加少量P元素后 ,HCHO的选择性有一定程度的提高 .XRD ,N2 物理吸附、UV Raman和H2 TPR表征结果表明 ,负载量低于 3wt%时 ,钒组分可能主要以高分散的单核的VOx 物种存在 ,我们推测该物种对甲烷选择氧化制甲醛起关键作用 .The VO x/SBA-15 has been found to be a better catalyst for the selective oxidation of methane to formaldehyde than SBA-15-supported Mo and W oxides.
