    腫瘍内浸潤リンパ球の機能的解析

    Subcutaneous injection of 10? syngeneic gliosarcoma (T-9) cells is enough to kill Fisher rats within 2 months. Fisher rats can be induced to have a resistance to T-9 cells by surgical removal of the tumor and repeated immunization of MMC-treated T-9 cells. Histopathological analysis of implanted T-9 tumor tissue revealed a massive accumulation of mononuclear cells in the tumor tissues of immune rats which were rejecting syngeneic T-9 tumors, whereas very few mononuclear cells were found in the tumor tissues of non-immune rats. Mononuclear cells found within the regressing tumor of immune rats were identified mostly to be T cells and two-thirds of these T cells were Ly2 positive and very few macrophages, B cells and T cells with the helper phenotype were found. In contrast, only a few mononuclear cells were found within the growing tumor in nonimmune rats. They were identified to be a mixture of macrophages and T cells and a few Ly2 positive cells. Cytofluorographic analysis of infiltrating mononuclear cells demonstrated that a subpopulation of separated cells reflected histopathological patterns of various cell populations in situ. These mononuclear cells were found to be cytotoxic against T-9cells, whereas splenocytes and PBL from the same immune rats did not show cytotoxicity against T-9 cells in terms of ??Cr release assay. The results in in vitro ??Cr release assay was comfirmed by Winn assay showing that the tumor was rejected only when T-9 cells were implanted into normal Fisher rats along with lympho cytes from a regressing tumor of immune rats. Cell depletion studies revealed that Ly2 positive cells were important for rejecting tumor cells

    绳牵引并联机构(WDPR)能够有效调整飞行器模型的位姿,为扩展风洞试验能力提供了一种新型支撑手段,具有很大的应用潜力。本文将对其在高超声速风洞中; 应用所涉及的稳定性与气动干扰问题进行研究。以10°尖锥标椎模型为例,设计了8绳牵引的并联支撑系统,可以通过调整绳长控制模型的位置和姿态。模拟了气; 动载荷作用下支撑系统的稳定性,优化牵引绳直径。基于构建的三维模型,借助CFD软件进行气动计算,包括马赫数为7.8时,不同迎角下绳牵引并联支撑锥体; 模型的气动力系数,通过与无绳支撑结果以及文献试验数据进行比较,表明在小迎角情况下,绳系支撑引起的气动干扰相对误差较小,但会随迎角的增大而增加。此; 外,分别对弯刀支撑和绳牵引并联支撑进行了模态分析,对比了2种支撑的固有频率。结果显示绳系支撑固有频率较高,系统刚度较大。本文的理论研究成果可为绳; 牵引并联支撑技术在高超声速风洞中的应用提供一定的技术支持。Wire-driven parallel robot (WDPR) provides a new support method for wind; tunnel tests due to its effective simulation of the aircraft model's; pose, and has a great application potential. This paper gives details of; an investigation of stability and aerodynamic interference referring to; the application of WDPR in hypersonic wind tunnel. The parallel support; system with 8 wires was constructed, and the 10° cone model was selected; as the test model whose position and pose can be adjusted through the; wire length. The support system's stability under the action of; aerodynamic force is simulated, and the wire diameter is optimized.; Based on the constructed three-dimensional model, under the condition of; Mach numuber is 7.8, the aerodynamic coefficient of the model suspended; with WDPR at different angles of attack is calculated in CFD. The; comparison of the simulation result with the result of the same model; without wires and the experimental data in reference indicates that, at; small angle of attack, the relative error of the aerodynamic; interference caused by the wires is small, and the interference; increases with the increase of angle of attack. In addition, modal; characteristics of the WDPR and the crescent shape support system are; analyzed and the natural frequencies of the two support systems are; compared. The comparison result shows that the natural frequency and the; stiffness of the WDPR are higher than those of the crescent shape; support system.     The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristic of primary pupils & junior high school students with the LD tendency inJapan. By the investigation that Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology carried out the standard of the LDin 2002. "B groups"(the group with the LD tendency) were 23 primary pupil (the number of respondents were 108 primary pupils),and 83 junior high student (the number of respondents were 108 junior high students). The characteristics of the B group are asfollows.(1) Few primary pupils think a school to be fun, and many junior high students think a school not to be clogged up.(2) Many primary pupils & junior high school students get tired of that they go to school.(3) When junior high students got tired of that they go to school,many junior high students have not gone to school.(4) Primary pupils & junior high school students tend to estimate the school record as an lower middle (2) and low (1), and atendency becomes strong in a junior high student.(5) There are many primary pupils which oneself likes, but a tendency to come strongly to dislike in junior high students.(6) Many primary pupils & junior high school students think "easy", "making people laugh well" and "kind" but on the other handthink "egocentric" and "type of mukatsuku (that is angry or irritating)". Furthermore,many primary pupils think "usually"oneself, but decreases in junior high student.(7) Becouse Many primary pupils & junior high school students are that "a thought do not be unified", "irritated", "perseverancedisappearing", "are not a feeling to continue one for a long time", that "do not have any motivation" and "constipation and having loose bowels", they are a state of the stress.The junior high students tend to worsen this in particular

    滑轮对绳拉力损耗影响的分析研究

    针对滑轮—绳索系统处于平衡和非平衡两种情况,从理论上分析并计算出滑轮两端的绳索拉力,研究滑轮对绳索拉力损耗的影响规律。以绳牵引机器人的动平台做单自由度振荡为例,采用MATlAb软件计算出动平台在不同振幅、不同振动频率的情况时,牵引动平台运动的绳索在滑轮两端的拉力差值,并分析在滑轮后测量绳索拉力以预测滑轮前绳索拉力的误差程度。文章所做研究为预测滑轮对绳索拉力的影响,以及滑轮后测量绳索拉力带来的误差提供了参考。国家自然科学基金项目(11472234
