Strategy Analysis for Crisis Management of Air Transport Enterprises
如何对危机进行管理是航空运输企业十分困惑又亟待解决的问题。究其原因主要有以下两点:首先,民航业是危机高发的行业,我国航空运输企业由于传统体制及竞争环境等原因,长久以来缺乏危机意识,也没有建立起相对健全的危机管理机制,这使得航空运输企业在处理危机时无章可循,随意性大,既不能让乘客满意,又浪费企业资源,最终损害了企业的形象。其次,航空运输企业面临的竞争环境日益加剧,竞争成本不断攀升,只有对有限的运力进行高质量的调配和管理,才可能取胜于市场,而频发的危机干扰了企业正常运营。本文通过分析航空运输企业常见危机的特性,研究航空运输企业面对危机时策略选择,探讨如何通过危机管理建立企业的竞争优势和提升企业形象...For air transport enterprises, crisis management is one of the most baffling issues that require urgent solution. Novel approach to SVD-based image filtering improvement
提出一种提高SVd滤波性能的新方法。基于奇异值分解滤波可以有效地分析水平(垂直)方向的图像特性。根据图像的局部方向,自适应地调整待滤波区域的形状,使重采样后局部区域中的边缘垂直或水平,再对局部区域进行奇异值分解滤波;所得的结果加权平均,得到信号估计值。将这一算法应用于图像去噪,实验结果表明,新方法可以有效地提高SVd的滤波性能。A novel approach to improve the filtering efficiency of a noisy image is proposed.Image filtering based on SVD favors the denoising in the line(horizontal)and column(vertical)direction.Based on this property,the new denoising method adapts shape and size of block to local orientation before performing SVD filtering.Through over-complete representation in overlap regions,the proposed method performs well in denoising and preserving image details.国家重点基础研究发展规划(973)(No.2007CB311005);福建省自然科学基金计划资助项目(No.A0710020);厦门大学985二期信息创新平台项目(No.2004-2008)---
Dendronized Carbohydrates Ⅱ——Liquid Crystallinity Study
E-mail: [email protected]; [email protected][中文文摘]以基于单糖为内核,楔形液晶基元DOBOB酸(3,4,5-三[对-(十二烷氧基)苄氧基]苯甲酸)为分枝的树状碳水化合物液晶为研究对象,利用DSC、热台偏光显微镜、XRD和CD/UV光谱等手段研究该类化合物的液晶性.研究发现分枝的数目对该类化合物的液晶性有显著影响,以2-乙酰氨基葡萄糖为内核的包含四个分枝的树状分子具有最高的液晶结构有序性,清亮点也显著高于另两种单糖内核(含五个分枝)的树状分子.此外,该类碳水化合物液晶形成的液晶相都具备超分子手性,为探索碳水化合物手性液晶相提供了一条新的思路.[英文文摘]Liquid crystallinity of dendronized carbohydrate liquid crystals, which contain carbohydrate core
and mesogen branches DOBOB (3,4,5-tris(p-dodecyloxybenzyloxy) benzoic acid), was studied by DSC,thermal polarized optical microscopy, XRD and CD/UV spectrum. The number of branches affects the liquid crystallinity significantly. Dendrimer that contains four branches has the highest liquid crystal structure order, and the clearing point is also higher than the other two dendrimers which contain five branches. Otherwise,

Method for generation of painting-like artistic effect
图像的绘画效果由平滑纹理,保持并加强边角获得。给出一种鲁棒的由真实图像自动生成相应绘画效果的算法。算法根据图像的局部结构,自适应地调节滤波器的带宽与形状,来模拟画笔宽度和绘画技法。实验结果表明,算法的处理结果在视觉效果上接近绘画,并且对低质量的输入图像同样有效。Painting-like artistic effects can be achieved from photographic images by filters that smooth out texture details,while preserving or enhancing edges and corners.A novel image filter is proposed in this paper to generate painting-like effects.By adaptively changing its bandwidth and shape to image features,this filter can simulate the size of brush and painting skills.A large variety of experimental results show that the output of the proposed operator is visually similar to a painting.The proposed operator is robust to degradations of the input image such as blurring and noise contamination.国家重点基础研究发展规划(973)No.2007CB311005;福建省自然科学基金No.A0710020---
Expression of recombinant hARRG cDNA in E.coli and purification of hARRG protein
目的 构建含重组人类抗砷相关基因 (humanarsenicresistencerelatedgene ,hARRG)的表达载体 ,诱导其在转化菌表达 ,分离纯化表达蛋白 ,研究该蛋白质的理化性质、抗砷功能和免疫活性 ,深入研究人类对砷化物的抵抗作用。方法 将hARRGcDNA开放阅读框亚克隆到原核表达载体Pet11C中 ,用异丙基 - β -D -硫代半乳糖苷 (IPTG)诱导表达蛋白质 ,利用阴离子交换柱Sepharose纯化蛋白质 ,SDS -PAGE胶电泳观察结果。 结果 将hARRGcDNA成功亚克隆到原核表达载体Pet11C中 ,并成功在大肠杆菌中表达 ,表达的hARRG蛋白占菌体蛋白的 5 %左右 ,该蛋白质被分离纯化。结论 原核表达载体Pet11C可以在大肠杆菌中表达hARRGcDNA ,可用阴离子交换柱Sepharose纯化抗砷相关蛋白质Objective To construct expression vector of the recombinant human arsenic resistance related gene (hARRG),induce its expression in DE\-3 and isolate and purify expression product,for studying the physiochemistry characteristic,function and immune activity of the protein,and further researching the arsenic resistant effects of human.Methods hARRG cDNA was subcloned into prokaryotic expression vector Pet11C.The recombinant protein expression was induced by IPTG,then,the protein was purified by anions Ion-exchange column Sepharose and examined by SDS-PAGE gel.Results hARRG cDNA was successfully subcloned into prokaryotic expression vector Pet11C and expressed in E.coli and the protein was purified by anions Ion-exchange column successfully.Conclusion Pet11C excpression vector containing hARRG cDNA wassuccessfully constructed,the cell DE\-3 transformed with expression vector capable of expression the gene and a hARRG protein could be purified by anions Ion-exchange column Sepharose.国家自然科学基金资助项目 (30 0 60 0 74
全球海洋次表层温度异常遥感反演的季节时空变化特征
卫星遥感反演海洋内部多时相、大尺度热力结构信息对于了解海洋内部复杂、多维的动力过程有重要意义。本文采用随机森林回归模型,利用卫星遥感观测的海表参量(海表高度异常(SSHA)、海表温度异常(SSTA)、海表盐度异常(SSSA)和海表风场异常(SSWA)),反演不同季节、不同深度层位(1000 m深度以上)的海洋次表层温度异常(STA),并用Argo实测数据作精度验证,采用均方根误差(RMSE)、归一化均方根误差(NRMSE)以及决定系数(R2)评价模型在全球及洋盆尺度上的反演精度。结果显示,全球海洋16个深度层位的平均R2在春、夏、秋、冬四季分别为0.53、0.60、0.54、0.66,NRMSE分别为0.051、0.031、0.043、0.044。随着季节的变化,模型反演性能有所波动。模型在印度洋的反演效果最佳,不同季节、不同深度层位上的平均R2和RMSE分别为0.71和0.18℃,而大西洋的反演精度最低,平均R2和RMSE分别为0.46和0.25℃。研究表明随机森林模型适用于全球不同季节的STA遥感反演,且在不同洋盆上均有较好的反演效果;不同季节上,上层STA有明显变化信号,空间异质性显著,但300 m以深,STA信号较弱且基本不随季节变化。本研究可为长时序、大尺度海洋内部参量信息遥感反演与重建提供依据,有助于进一步发展深海遥感方法。国家自然科学基金(编号:41971384,41601444,41630963)福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划(编号:KJ2017-17)福建省自然科学基金(编号:2017J01657)海西政务大数据应用协同创新中心资助(编号:2015750401)中央引导地方科技发展专项(编号:2017L3012)~
高显色指数LED光谱配比与色度参数的关系
为了提高LED光源的显色性一般需要改变不同的荧光粉成分,理论上利用不同峰值的荧光粉配比可以实现类似的色温和显色指数。我们采用典型的蓝光LED、3种不同峰值波长的绿色/黄绿色荧光材料与典型红色荧光材料进行5种基本光谱的组合,对每种组合的色度学参数包括色坐标、相关色温、显色指数等进行了仿真计算,并对相近色温下的技术方案和显色性的关系进行了统计和分析。结果表明,在这一技术方案下色温和显色指数在可以较好地确定白光LED光谱的整体形态,同时更高的显色指数可以更好地约束所能采用的配比。国家重点研发计划(批准号:2017YFB0403705
