Plant Regeneration in vitro of Cuscuta chinensis Lam.
选取萌发3~5d、长度3~5cm的中国菟丝子(Cuscuta chinensis Lam.)幼苗,将其分为上、中、下3部分并作为外植体进行离体培养与植株再生研究。结果表明,其上、中部片段更适宜愈伤组织诱导;诱导培养基以添加1mgL-1NAA和1mgL-1BA的MMS培养基效果最好,此培养基也可用于愈伤组织的继代培养,愈伤组织在上述培养基中已生长一年之久。分化培养基为添加1mgL-1BA的MMS培养基,平均每块愈伤组织可以产生2.8株植株。An efficient method of callus induction and plant regeneration of Cuscuta chinensis was established.The seedlings germinated for 3~5 d and about 3~5 cm length were selected as explants,and then divided into three parts,upper,middle and lower.Callus were inducted from upper or middle parts of seedlings on a modified Murashige and Skoog(MMS)medium supplemented with 1 mg L-1 NAA and 1 mg L-1 BA.The calli have been subcultured on such medium for over a year.Shoot regeneration from callus was achieved on MMS medium containing 1 mg L-1 BA and could obtain 2.8 shoots per callus
Preliminary Study on Regulation of XIOsPR10 Gene Expression in Rice
为探索水稻Pr10蛋白在水稻抗细菌性条斑病中的作用,构建了XIOSPr10基因的植物过量表达载体P1301-XIOSPr10及rnAI表达载体PdS1301-XIOSPr10,通过农杆菌介导分别转化水稻愈伤组织,获得了相应的再生植株。经guS检测和PCr分析,证实XIOSPr10基因以及rnAI片段分别整合到水稻再生植株基因组中;半定量rT-PCr分析显示,过量表达植株中XIOSPr10基因的表达量高于对照,而rnAI转基因植株中XIO-SPr10基因的表达被抑制。In order to study the function of rice XIOsPR10 gene which is related to the plant disease resistant reaction,we constructed plant over expression and RNAi expression vector and integrated into the genome of rice via Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105,respectively.The transgenic cultivars were identified by PCR and GUS gene expression detection.The analysis result showed that the transcription level of XIOsPR10 of over-expression transgenic rice was higher than that of control.In construct,XIOsPR10 gene expression was blocked in RNAi transgenic rice.科技部863专题(2007AA10Z132);国家重大科技专项(2008ZX08001-001;2009ZX08009-045B);教育部重点项目(01102
高显色指数LED光谱配比与色度参数的关系
为了提高LED光源的显色性一般需要改变不同的荧光粉成分,理论上利用不同峰值的荧光粉配比可以实现类似的色温和显色指数。我们采用典型的蓝光LED、3种不同峰值波长的绿色/黄绿色荧光材料与典型红色荧光材料进行5种基本光谱的组合,对每种组合的色度学参数包括色坐标、相关色温、显色指数等进行了仿真计算,并对相近色温下的技术方案和显色性的关系进行了统计和分析。结果表明,在这一技术方案下色温和显色指数在可以较好地确定白光LED光谱的整体形态,同时更高的显色指数可以更好地约束所能采用的配比。国家重点研发计划(批准号:2017YFB0403705

电子邮件地址: [email protected]; [email protected] monoxide can adsorb specifically on Pd(111) to induce the formation of unique Pd nanostructures. In the copresence of CO and H-2 single-crystalline Pd tetrapod nanocrystals have now been successfully prepared. The Pd tetrapods are enclosed by (111) surfaces and are yielded through hydride formation. Density functional theory calculations revealed that the formation of PdHx in the presence of H, reduces the binding energy of CO on Pd and thus helps to decrease the CO coverage during the synthesis, which is essential to the formation of the PdHx tetrapod nanocrystals. In addition to tetrapod nanocrystals, tetrahedral nanocrystals were also produced in the copresence of CO and H-2 when the reaction temperature was ramped to further lower the CO coverage. Upon aging in air, the as-prepared PdHx nanocrystals exhibited a shape-dependent hydrogen releasing behavior. The conversion rate of PdHx tetrapod nanocrystals into metallic Pd was faster than that of tetrahedral nanocrystals.MOST of China 2011CB932403

Metal films containing just a few layers of atoms can be fabricated on substrates using deposition techniques(7), but the production of freestanding ultrathin structures remains a significant challenge. Here we report the facile synthesis of freestanding hexagonal palladium nanosheets that are less than 10 atomic layers thick, using carbon monoxide as a surface confining agent. The as-prepared nanosheets are blue in colour and exhibit a well-defined but tunable surface plasmon resonance peak in the near-infrared region. The combination of photothermal stability and biocompatibility makes palladium nanosheets promising candidates for photothermal therapy. The nanosheets also exhibit electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of formic acid that is 2.5 times greater than that of commercial palladium black catalyst.NSF of China 20925103
