    Medium Optimization of Astaxanthin by Oceanic Red Yeast

    为了提高海洋红酵母发酵虾青素的产量水平,对海洋红酵母的培养基成分进行了初步研究。试验结果表明,海洋红酵母能利用葡萄糖、淀粉水解糖、糖蜜等多种碳源,用淀粉水解糖为碳源培养海洋红酵母所获得的虾青素体积产率最大;用牛肉膏为氮源有利于提高海洋红酵母的生物量,以(NH4)2SO4、NH4Cl和蛋白胨为氮源有利于提高海洋红酵母的虾青素体积产率,用KNO3、草酸铵、蛋白胨、尿素有利于提高海洋红酵母的虾青素细胞产率;在海洋红酵母的培养基中添加Mn2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Fe2+能增加生物量,添加Zn2+、Fe3+、Mn2+能增加海洋红酵母的虾青素体积产率,添加Fe3+能提高海洋红酵母的虾青素细胞产率。In order to improve the production level of astaxanthin by oceanic red yeast(ORY),the ingredients of medium for it were studied.The results of experiment showed that ORY could utilize many kinds of carbon sources such as glucose,starch hydrolyzed sugar(SHS),and molasses etc.However,volume productivity of astaxanthin was the biggest among these sugars when using SHS.Using beef extract as nitrogen source is helpful to enhance biomass of ORY, while(NH4)2SO4,NH4Cl and peptone were conducive to improve the ORY volume productivity of astaxanthin.In addition,KNO3,ammonium oxalate,peptone,and urea were conducive to improve the cellular productivity of astaxanthin.Adding Mn2+,Cd2+,Zn2+,and Fe2+ to the ORY medium,could increase the biomass.Adding Zn2+,Fe2+,and Mn2+ could increase the ORY volume productivity of astaxanthin.And adding Fe2+ could increase the ORY cellular productivity of the astaxanthin.福建省重点科技项目(2006H0033);; 厦门市科技项目(B04066

    Expression and significance of Fabp4 in FGR PIH GDM women′s placenta

    目的探讨脂肪酸结合蛋白(fAbP4)基因及其蛋白在胎儿生长受限(fgr)、妊娠期糖尿病(gdM)、妊娠期高血压疾病(PIH)这3种病理性妊娠患者胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测fAbP4蛋白在3种病理性妊娠患者胎盘组织中的表达差异,采用荧光实施定量PCr的方法对fAbP4的MrnA在3种病理性妊娠患者胎盘组织中的表达进行相关性分析。结果免疫细胞化学检测发现在这3种病理性妊娠患者的胎盘中,fAbP4的蛋白表达明显高于正常组的胎盘。而通过实时定量检测发现fAbP4的MrnA表达水平在3种病理性妊娠患者胎盘中也高于正常组,其中胎儿生长受限组的MrnA表达水平明显高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 fAbP4蛋白和MrnA在fgr、gdM、PIH这3种病理性妊娠患者胎盘中的表达均升高,提示fAbP4可能与这3种病理性妊娠有重要关系。Objective To elucidate the expression and significance of Fabp4 in the placenta of Fetal growth restriction(FGR),Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy(PIH).Methods The difference of protein of Fabp4 detected by immunohistochemically and analysis the differently expression of Fabp4 mRNA using the method of real-time PCR in the placenta of FGR,PIH and GDM.Results The expression of protein and Fabp4 mRNA in the placenta of FGR,PIH and GDM were higher than that in normal,especially the disparity in the placenta of FGR was obvious,having the statistical significance.Conclusion The higher expression of protein and mRNA of Fabp4 in the placenta of FGR,PIH and GDM suggest that Fabp4 has a relationship with FGR,GDM and PIH.南京军区医药卫生重点科研项目(2007Z018);厦门市社会发展科技项目(3502Z20074030

    福建武夷山黄山松群落的钾、钠累积与循环

    本文主要讨论武夷山黄山松群落的钾、钠累积和循环。测定结果表明:(1)群落现存量中钾、钠的库量分别为35.876g/m~2和2.637g/m~2,其中地上部分为19.944g/m~2(占总库量的55.59%)和1.817g/m~2(占68.90%);地下部分别为15.932g/m~2(占44.41%)和0.820g/m~2(占31.10%);(2)在钾、钠的生物循环中,年吸收量分别为2.230g/m~2·a和0.136g/m~2·a;年存留量分别为2.230g/m~2·a和0.036g/m~2·a;(3)钾的周转期55年,钠的周转期75年,钾的周转比钠快;(4)钾的富集率为1.160,说明该群落中林木仍在对钾吸收累积;而钠的富集率为0.929,说明了在该群落中林木对钠不再累积

    The Seismic Detecting Technique on Gas Hydrates Based on Wave Impedance Inversion

    天然气水合物作为特殊的地质体,可以有效地粘结碎屑颗粒,降低沉积物孔隙度,它的存在改变了地层沉积物的物理性质,造成天然气水合物与围岩速度反差较大,从而与围岩之间存在明显的波阻抗差。为了对地层中是否有天然气水合物赋存进行地震检测,对南海北部神狐海域的天然气水合物赋存区域的地震资料进行波阻抗反演分析,结果显示波阻抗反演方法能够作为探测天然气水合物的一种技术手段,研究区天然气水合物矿体的波阻抗呈高值分布特征,波阻抗值约为3 850--3 960 g/CM3.M/S。综合分析认为,波阻抗反演方法能够用于天然气水合物的地震探测、储层分析和综合研究工作中,反演结果可以为天然气水合物储量计算提供比较准确的矿体面积和厚度参数。As specific geologic body,gas hydrate can cement effectively clastic particles and reduce porosity of deposition,so its presence changes physical property of the sedimentary strata and results in the difference of seismic-wave velocity between gas hydrate and the surrounding rock,and there exists obviously wave impedance difference.In order to detect the presence of sediments with gas hydrate,seismic data of gas hydrate zone in the Shenhu area of the northern South China Sea were used in the wave impedance inversion through practice,testing and summary.Wave impedance inversion method is considered as a kind of good seismic detection technique for identification of gas hydrates,meanwhile,the wave impedance of gas hydrate zone shows high value in the study area,and the wave impedance value is about 3,850-3,960 g/cm3·m/s.All the results suggested that wave impedance inversion can be used for detection,reservoir analysis and comprehensive research of gas hydrates.The wave impedance inversion results can provide comparatively accurate area and thickness parameters of gas hydrate zone for reserves calculation.国家高技术研究发展计划项目(2006AA09A202);国土资源部公益性行业科研专项项目(200811014);国土资源部海洋油气资源与环境地质重点实验室资助项目(MRE200911);国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(2009CB219502

    猪圆环病毒2型抗体免疫金标检测试纸的研制

    应用酶联免疫原理和胶体金层析技术,采用特殊的生产工艺,在玻璃纤维膜包被胶体金标记PCV-2抗原,在硝酸纤维素膜上检测线和对照线处分别包被PCV-2抗原和兔抗PCV-2抗体,制成猪圆环病毒2型抗体免疫金标检测试纸。当待检样品阳性时,在检测线处形成抗原抗体的免疫复合物而凝聚显色;当待检样品阴性时,检测线处不形成抗原抗体免疫复合物不显色。整个试验过程只需15min。试纸与ELISA试剂比较,两者都具有微量、特异、准确的优点,且金标试纸独具操作方便、快速和结果直观、容易判定的优点

    作者简介: 杜希萍女,讲师。现从事天然产物化学方面的研究。E-mail: xipingdu@ jmu.edu.cn 通讯作者。E-mail: wjsu@ jmu.edu.cn[中文文摘]用滤纸片琼脂扩散法研究不同海水浓度和培养时间对海洋真菌抗菌活性的影响,旨在为大规模培养海洋真菌和提高获得抗菌物质的几率提供理论依据。结果显示:用不同海水浓度培养基发酵海洋真菌,在供试的10株海洋真菌中,5株海洋真菌的抗菌活性和抗菌谱有明显差异;培养时间不同,6株海洋真菌的抗菌活性差别较大。实验结果表明,不同海水浓度和培养时间对海洋真菌抗菌活性有显著影响。[英文文摘]The effects of different seawater concentration and culture time on antimicrobial activity of marine fungi were studied using agar diffusion method with filter paper diskettes,aiming at providing theoretical foundation for culturing marine fungi on a large scale and improving the probability of antimicrobial metabolites.The results showed that the differences of antimicrobial activities and antimicrobial spectrum of five among ten tested marine fungal strains cultured in different seawater concentration media were fairly obvious; antimicrobial activities of six marine fungal strains were significantly different at the different culture time.The study indicated different seawater concentration and culture time greatly affected the antimicrobial activity of marine fungi.集美大学博士启动基金(ZQ2011004);中央高校基本业务费(2010121092)资

    泛素家族包括泛素及类泛素蛋白,约20种成员蛋白.近年来,泛素家族领域取得了迅猛发展,并已与生物学及医学研究的各个领域相互交叉.泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬机制的发现分别于2004和2016年获得诺贝尔奖.但是,类泛素蛋白并没有统一规范的中文译名. 2018年4月9日在苏州召开的《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》专著的编委会上,部分作者讨论了类泛素蛋白的中文命名问题,并在随后的\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"(Ubiquitinfamily,autophagy anddiseases)苏州会议上提出了类泛素蛋白中文翻译草案,此草案在参加该会议的国内学者及海外华人学者间取得了高度共识.冷泉港亚洲\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"苏州会议是由美国冷泉港实验室主办、两年一度、面向全球的英文会议.该会议在海内外华人学者中具有广泛影响,因此,参会华人学者的意见具有一定的代表性.本文介绍了10个类别的类泛素蛋白的中文命名,系统总结了它们的结构特点,并比较了参与各种类泛素化修饰的酶和它们的生物学功能.文章由45名从事该领域研究的专家合作撰写,其中包括中国工程院院士1名,相关学者4名,长江学者3名,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者18名和美国知名高校华人教授4名.他们绝大多数是参加编写即将由科学出版社出版的专著《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》的专家
