Necessity of nursing staff to carry out first aid skill training

目的探讨护理人员开展急救技能培训的必要性。方法选取本院60名护理人员为研究对象,对所选护理人员开展急救技能培训,急救技能培训分2个阶段进行,首先将所选60名护理人员随机分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例),所有护理人员均接受第1阶段培训,再给予研究组第2阶段培训,培训后进行考核,比较2组护理人员考核状况。结果 2组护理人员接受培训后考核成绩,从口述、实践、理论3个方面来看,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护理人员开展急救技能培训存在一定必要性,可使护理人员急救能力得到提高,提高患者生命安全的保障度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the necessity of nursing staff to carry out first aid skill training. Methods In our hospital, 60 cases of nursing staff were selected as the research objects, and in the first stage, they all received the basic emergency skill training. Then they were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases) and study group(30 cases),and the latter received the further training in the second stage. After that, the effects were evaluated and the results were compared between the two groups. Results The achievements of oral, practice and theory in the study group were better than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion It is necessary for nursing staff to carry out emergency skill training, which can improve the ability of emergency care, improve the safety of patients' lives, and it is worth popularizing

政府监管在反洗钱中的主导作用及对策

本文曾入选2006年12月在厦门大学召开的反洗钱国际学术研讨会【中文文摘】洗钱是一项困扰世界各国的复杂而隐蔽的国际经济犯罪活动。在当今经济全球化、资本流动国际化的情况下，洗钱犯罪也出现新的发展趋势, 专业化、智能化和高度组织性成为其新的特征。洗钱范围越来越广，洗钱对于国际金融体系的安全和国际政治经济秩序的危害越来越大，反洗钱的重要性也日益突出。本文试图通过反洗钱的成本-收益理论分析，得到商业银行与监管者、洗钱者之间的博弈，并结合破窗理论，说明政府在反洗钱过程中应起到主导作用。同时，结合我国反洗钱实际操作中存在的问题，提出政府应采取的对策。 【英文文摘】The act of money laundering is one kind of emerging international economic crime bothering most countries in the world, owning to its complexity and invisibility. In the wake of economic globalization and with the internationalism of capital flow, the ways of money laundering in our country also turn to new tendency, with specialization, intelligentization, and well organized structure as its new feature. Nowadays, the area involved in money-laundering is becoming lager and lager, leading to greater and greater harm to the international financial system and international political and economic system. Thus anti-money laundering has been more and more important. In this article, we are trying to set up a theoretical analyze system-“ the economics essence of anti-money laundering-cost and benefit-the institutional choice ”，analyze the game between bank and government supervisor, as well as the one between bank and launderer, and also explain the broken-window theory. Through that we draw the conclusion that government plays a leading role in the campaign of anti-money laundering. 高管股权激励对公司债定价的影响研究

公司债券定价一直是影响公司债券市场发展的核心问题,随着越来越多的上市公司实施高管股权激励,股东、高管和债券人之间的关系和利益冲突变得更加复杂。以2007—2015年我国A股上市公司在沪深证券交易所发行的公司债作为样本,进行高管股权激励对公司债发行定价的影响研究。研究结果表明:我国上市公司高管股权激励水平与其发行的公司债信用利差显著正相关;产品市场竞争程度以及大股东控制权的增加显著提高高管股权激励水平对公司债信用利差的正向影响;面对较高的债务融资成本,上市公司会通过调整高管股权激励水平以避免债务融资条件恶化
