    Analysis of recombinant human endostatin injection off label use in 120 inpatients in our hospital

    目的:分析某院住院患者恩度用药医嘱的合理性,促进临床合理用药。方法:收集2016年1月-2016年12月期间出院的住院患者的恩度用药医嘱,将患者诊断、用法用量与恩度药品说明书进行对比分析,统计超药品说明书情况。结果:120例使用恩度的患者中,男性多于女性,超说明书适应证医嘱24条,占20.00%,超说明书用法用量医嘱117条,占97.50%;有1例发生不良反应,表现为发热。结论:恩度超药品说明书较为普遍,需要设计合理、大样本的随机对照双盲研究提供依据支持

    高显色指数LED光谱配比与色度参数的关系

    为了提高LED光源的显色性一般需要改变不同的荧光粉成分,理论上利用不同峰值的荧光粉配比可以实现类似的色温和显色指数。我们采用典型的蓝光LED、3种不同峰值波长的绿色/黄绿色荧光材料与典型红色荧光材料进行5种基本光谱的组合,对每种组合的色度学参数包括色坐标、相关色温、显色指数等进行了仿真计算,并对相近色温下的技术方案和显色性的关系进行了统计和分析。结果表明,在这一技术方案下色温和显色指数在可以较好地确定白光LED光谱的整体形态,同时更高的显色指数可以更好地约束所能采用的配比。国家重点研发计划(批准号:2017YFB0403705

    Investigation of Porous Silicon/Carbon Composite as Anodes for Lithium Ion Batteries

    以商业化多晶硅粉为原料,采用金属银催化剂诱导化学腐蚀的方法制得三维多孔硅材料。通过优化腐蚀条件,得到孔径约为130 nM,比表面为4.85 M2/g的多孔硅材料。将多孔硅和PAn溶液混合球磨并经高温烧结后在多孔硅表面包覆上一层致密的无定形碳膜,从而制得多孔硅/碳复合材料作为锂离子电池的负极材料。3d多孔硅结构可以缓解电化学嵌/脱锂过程中材料的体积效应,无定形碳膜层可有效改善复合材料的导电性能。电化学性能测试表明,该多孔硅/碳复合负极材料电池在0.4 A/g的恒电流下,首次放电容量3345 M AH/g,首次循环库伦效率85.8%,循环55次后容量仍保持有1645 M AH/g。并且在4 A/g的倍率下,容量仍维持有1174 M AH/g。该方法原料成本低廉,可规模化生产。3D porous silicon was synthesized by metal-assisted chemical etching process using commercially available polycrystalline silicon powders.After chemical etching in optimized solution, 3D porous silicon structures with pore size of about 130 nm and specific surface area of about 4.85 m2/g was obtained.Subsequently, the 3D porous silicon powders treated with ball milling and heat carbonization processes were coated with amorphous carbon and utilized as the anode electrode material for lithium ion battery.The combination of the 3D porous structure and a carbon coating layer can accommodate large mechanical strains by providing the empty space of the pores to alleviate the volume change, and by increasing the electrical conductivity with the carbon layer.The electrodes achieve an initial charge capacity of 3345 m Ah/g with coulombic efficiency of 85.8% as well as a high reversible capacity of 1645 m Ah/g after 55 cycles at 0.4 A/g.And it is capable to retain a capacity of 1174 m Ah/g even at 4 A/g.Thus, this work introduces a novel and easy potential industrial method for fabrication Si/C materials for high-performance lithium ion battery.国家自然科学基金(61176050;21233004)~

    Separation and purification of catalpol from Radix Rehmanniae

    An ultrasonic extraction technology of preparing catalpol from Radix Rehmanniae was optimized by a uniform experimental design.The optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction were thus established: 68% (vol) ethanol aqueous solution as extraction solvent,the volume(ml) to mass(g) ratio of extraction solvent to feed of 5∶1,the ultrasonic treatment time of 36 min.The crude catalpol obtained from the optimized ultrasonic extraction technology was further purified by selective adsorption with macroporous resin.The adsorption capacities and desorption yields of ten kinds of macroporous resins for catalpol were investigated.The results showed that H103 resin possessed the best performance.The properties of dynamic adsorption and desorption of H103 resin for catalpol were subsequently investigated on adsorption column.The optimum conditions for adsorption and desorption were determined.The concentration of catalpol in the loaded sample solution was 6.15 mg·ml-1,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,the volumetric percentage of ethanol in the eluting solvent was 75%,the elution flow rate was 0.5 ml·min-1 and the elution volume was 3.33 BV(bed volume).Under the above conditions,the purity of catalpol product eluted from the column packed with H103 resin reached 62.39% while that of the crude catalpol was only 10.01%

    Solvent effect on the synthesis of monodisperse amine-capped Au nanoparticles

Oleylamine-capped Au nanoparticles were prepared via the reduction of HAuCl4 by an amine-borane complex in the presence of oleylamine in an organic solvent. When linear or planar hydrocarbon (e.g., n-hexane, n-octane, 1-octadecylene, benzene, and toluene) was used as the solvent, high-quality monodisperse Au nanoparticles with tunable sizes were obtained. However, Au nanoparticles with poor size dispersity were obtained when tetralin, chloroform or cyclohexane was used as the solvent. The revealed solvent effect allows the controlled synthesis of monodisperse Au nanoparticles with tunable size of 3-10 nm. (C) 2013 Nan-Feng Zheng.
