    功能性规则约束下的三维点云道路设施语义标注

    Study on Tobacco- Leaf Inventory Management Strategy Based on Revenues Sharing Mechanism

    文中以福建省两烟物流一体化为背景,建立了基于收益共享机制的烟叶代管策略模型,然后采用SHAPlEy值法来确定收益共享比例,并引入了风险修正因子,修正了物流公司与复烤厂之间的收益分配,探讨了物流公司的整合能力、所承担的风险大小、复烤厂烟叶库存成本占总成本之比对收益共享比例的影响。在此基础上,通过数值分析论证了该方法的可行性。分析结果表明,收益共享比例与物流公司库存整合能力系数、承担风险大小、复烤厂烟叶库存成本占总成本之比成正比,采用带修正因子的SHAPlEy值法对于物流公司与复烤厂之间的收益分配更加合理。Based on the background of integrated- logistics of cigarette and tobacco leaf in Fujian province,this paper builds a model revealing revenue sharing mechanism on tobacco- leaf inventory management strategy.Then Shapley value method is adopted to determine the revenue sharing proportion,risk factor is introduced to fix distribution of profit between Tobacco Logistics Company and redrying factory,and this paper's discussion will show revenue sharing ratio is influenced by the coefficient of inventory integration ability,the risk of Logistics Company and inventory cost of tobacco leaf accounts for the ratio of the total cost of redrying factory.On this basis,using the numerical analysis demonstrates the feasibility of this method.The analysis results show that the coefficient,the risk and the ratio is proportional to the revenue- sharing ratio,Shapley value method with risk factors is more reasonable for distribution of profit between tobacco logistics company and redrying factory.中国烟草总公司福建省公司“两烟物流一体化运行模式研究与实践”项目; 国家自然科学基金项目(71371159); 浙江省科技厅软科学研究计划(2014C35018

    Establishment of in vitro biofilm model and characteristics of biofilm formation of Vibrio harveyi

    采用改良微孔板法建立哈维氏弧菌VIbrIO HArVEyI TS-628菌株生物被膜体外模型,并进一步研究环境因子对哈维氏弧菌体外形成生物被膜的影响。结果发现,哈维氏弧菌TS-628菌株可以在聚苯乙烯板中形成生物被膜,并且该菌生物被膜的形成受起始菌液浓度、温度、PH等理化因子的显著影响。温度为30℃、nACl质量分数为3%—6%、PH为7、孵育时间为36H是哈维氏弧菌形成生物被膜的最佳条件。此外哈维氏弧菌在分别经表皮黏液、鳃黏液、肠道黏液、肝脏提取液、脾脏提取液、肌肉提取液包被的基质上成膜效果显著,其中在经肝脏提取液包被的基质上形成的生物被膜量显著高于在其他生物基质上形成的生物被膜量(P<0.01)。Modified microtiter-plate test was used to establish an in vitro biofilm model of Vibrio harveyi TS-628 strain.Effect of environmental factors on bacterial biofilm formation in vitro was also studied.The results show that V.harveyi TS-628 strains could form biofilm in polystyrene plates,and biofilm formation of this bacterium was significantly affected by different environmental factors,such as temperature,initial bacterial concentration,pH,NaCl concentration,and so on.The optimum conditions for biofilm formation of V.harveyi TS-628 strain are at temperature of 30℃,pH=7,NaCl concentration of 3%?6%,and using 36h incubation time.Furthermore,V.harveyi TS-628 strain could form biofilm on the walls coated with skin mucus,gill mucus,intestinal mucus,liver extract,spleen extract,and muscle extract.The biofilm formation of V.harveyi on the walls coated with liver extract exhibited a remarkably higher value of D(590)(p<0.01)than that on the walls coated with other tissue extracts.国家高技术研究发展计划项目(2007AA09Z115

    Bio-Inspired Aggregation Control of Carbon Nanotubes for Ultra-Strong Composites

    High performance nanocomposites require well dispersion and high alignment of the nanometer-sized components, at a high mass or volume fraction as well. However, the road towards such composite structure is severely hindered due to the easy aggregation of these nanometer-sized components. Here we demonstrate a big step to approach the ideal composite structure for carbon nanotube (CNT) where all the CNTs were highly packed, aligned, and unaggregated, with the impregnated polymers acting as interfacial adhesions and mortars to build up the composite structure. The strategy was based on a bio-inspired aggregation control to limit the CNT aggregation to be sub 20--50 nm, a dimension determined by the CNT growth. After being stretched with full structural relaxation in a multi-step way, the CNT/polymer (bismaleimide) composite yielded super-high tensile strengths up to 6.27--6.94 GPa, more than 100% higher than those of carbon fiber/epoxy composites, and toughnesses up to 117--192 MPa. We anticipate that the present study can be generalized for developing multifunctional and smart nanocomposites where all the surfaces of nanometer-sized components can take part in shear transfer of mechanical, thermal, and electrical signals

    影响中晚期肝细胞肝癌手术切除预后的多因素分析

    探讨影响中晚期肝细胞肝癌手术切除预后的因素。方法对130例中晚期大肝癌随访1~7年,采用单因素、多因素分析统计不同预后因素对患者生存率的影响。结果手术后1,3 ,5年生存率分别81.7%,24.3%,18.4%。单因素分析提示影响预后的因素为肝癌大小、是否早期复发、肝硬化情况、输血量;多因素分析提示肝癌大小、肿瘤早期复发是影响肝癌术后的预后因素。结论:中晚期肝癌手术切除预后仍不理想,重视围手术期处理,预防术后早期复发有望提高手术疗效 [英文摘要]Objective To study the prognostic factors in patients who received hepatectomy for large hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods 130 patients operated for large HCC were followed up for 1~7 years. Twenty possible factors were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier Log rank estimate.
