    日本企業の新興国市場開拓における組織学習の効果と影響要因に関する研究:在タイ日系企業のアンケート調査に基づいて

     本研究の主たる目的は,タイに進出している日系企業へのアンケート調査に基づいて,日本企業の新興国市場開拓における組織学習,とりわけ探索的学習がもたらす効果及びその影響要因を明らかにすることである.在タイ日系企業56社から得られた調査結果に対する統計分析により以下のような結論が得られた.探索的学習の取り組み度合いは活用的学習よりかなり低いが,新興国現地経営資源獲得の目標達成にポジティブな影響をもたらすことが明らかにされた.一方で,活用的学習は新興国現地経営資源獲得の目標達成にネガティブな影響を及ぼしていることも示された.探索的学習を推進するためには,産業技術環境の変化がその緊急性と必要性を高めるが,本社の海外現地への配慮と柔軟な対応及び現地法人における自由闊達な組織風土が重要な要因であることが確認された.これらの結論は日本企業の新興国市場開拓ないし海外事業展開に有益な示唆を与えたといえよう.Based on the questionnaire survey to Japanese invested firms in Thailand, this paper aims to make clear the effect as well as influential factors of organization learning, especially exploratory learning, for Japanese business development in emerging markets. Statistics analysis on the data acquired from 56 Japanese firms in Thailand leads to conclusions as follows. Although exploratory learning was not implemented as much as exploitive learning, it shows positive effect on the achievement in acquiring the local management resources of emerging markets. However, exploitive learning shows negative effect on that achievement. The factors that exhibit significant influences on promoting exploratory learning are changes in industrial technological environment, flexible consideration and responses of headquarters management towards overseas businesses, as well as the open and free organization culture at the Japanese invested firms in Thailand. These conclusions provide valuable suggestions for Japanese companies to develop businesses in emerging markets as well as overseas markets in general

    新疆煤炭资源丰富,约占全国总储量的40%。活性炭是一种优良的吸附剂,原料来源广泛,其中以新疆煤炭为原料制备高性能的煤基活性炭可以增加煤炭的高效利用,提高其经济价值。但由于煤炭的灰分含量普遍较高且组成复杂,以物理活化法制得的煤基活性炭性能较低,因此本文采用kOH为活化剂,研究碱碳比、终温和升温速率对活性炭比表面积和孔结构的影响,最终确定煤基活性炭的最佳制备工艺条件为:碱碳比2:1、活化终温800℃、升温速率5℃/MIn,在此实验条件下制得比表面积为1560 M2g-1,孔容为0.622CM3g-1的煤基活性炭

    Expression and Localization of hnRNP A2/B1 during Differentiation of Human Osteosarcoma MG-63 Cells Induced by HMBA

    背景与目的:核基质蛋白的差异表达与细胞癌变和增殖分化调控关系密切。本研究观察了hnRNP A2/B1在诱导分化处理前后人成骨肉瘤MG-63细胞核基质中的存在和分布,及其与Actin、Prohibitin的共定位关系。方法:选择性抽提经环六亚甲基双乙酰胺(hexamethylene bisacetamide,HMBA)诱导处理前后的MG-63细胞核基质,并运用双向电泳、质谱分析、蛋白质印记杂交、免疫荧光、激光共聚焦等技术检测hnRNP A2/B1在核基质中的表达与定位变化,及其与相关蛋白的共定位关系。结果:双向电泳及蛋白质印迹杂交结果证实了hnRNP A2/B1存在于MG-63细胞核基质蛋白组分中,并在HMBA处理后细胞核基质中表达下调;免疫荧光显微镜观察显示hnRNP A2/B1定位在核基质上,经HMBA处理后hnRNP A2/B1表达减弱。激光共聚焦显微镜观察结果显示,hnRNP A2/B1与细胞核基质蛋白组分Actin、细胞增殖相关调控因子Prohibitin具有共定位关系,但在诱导处理后细胞内的共定位关系减弱。结论:hnRNP A2/B1在MG-63细胞诱导分化过程中的表达分布,及其与Actin、Prohibitin的共定位关系的改变对MG-63细胞分化具有重要影响,值得进一步探索和研究。BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: The differentially expressed nuclear matrix proteins have great effects on canceration and regulation of cell differentiation. This study was to explore the existence and distribution of ribonucleoprotein hnRNP A2/B1 in nuclear matrix and its co-localization with Actin and Prohibitin in human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells before and after hexamethylene bisacetamide (HMBA) treatment. METHODS: The nuclear matrix of MG-63 cells before and after treatment of HMBA were selectively extracted. The expression and localization of hnRNP A2/B1 in nuclear matrix were detected by 2-D PAGE, MALDI-TOF-MS, Western blot, and immunofluorescent staining. The co-localization of hnRNP A2/B1 with Actin and Prohibitin was observed under laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM). RESULTS: hnRNP A2/B1 was detected in the component of nuclear matrix proteins of MG-63 cells by Western blot and immunogold staining and its expression was decreased after treatment of HMBA. hnRNP A2/B1 was located in the nuclear matrix, and its expression was weakened after HMBA treatment. hnRNP A2/B1 was co-localized with Actin or Prohibitin in MG-63 cells, while the co-localization relationship was weakened during differentiation of MG-63 cells. CONCLUSIONS: hnRNP A2/B1 is a kind of nuclear matrix protein, and localizes in the nuclear matrix. The distribution and expression of hnRNP A2/B1 and its co-localization with Actin and Prohibitin play important roles during the differentiation of MG-63 cells.国家自然科学基金项目(No.30470877)~

    本文采用nd+3:yAg激光辐照柠檬酸生产菌黑曲霉孢子,辐照后进行培养和发酵试验、分析测定不同辐照时间黑曲霉孢子的存活率、黑曲霉菌丝体生长繁殖及代谢产酸的速度、主要代谢产物柠檬酸的产量及淀粉糖化酶活力等的变化。实验结果表明,nd+3:yAg激光辐照后各实验组发生了不同程度的变化,说明该激光能诱发黑曲霉细胞的遗传变异,可用于诱变选育柠檬酸生产的优良高产菌株In this paper, a Nd +3 :YAG laser was used to irradiate spores of the Aspergillus niger, a citric acid-producing strain.The spores irradiated were then cultured and Fermentated.Variations in a survival rates of the spores, rates of growth, propagation, and the metabolic production acid of the hyphae, yield of the main metabolite citric acid and vitality of the saccharidase, etc .were determined and analysed.The experimental results show that the various experimental groups, irradiated by the Nd:YAG laser, had changes in diFFerent degrees.This indicates that the laser can induce Aspergillus niger cells to mutate and may possibly be applied to selectively breed new good quality strains with high yield For production of the citric acid
