制度建设:大学学术同行评议利益冲突的治理
大学学术同行评议中的利益冲突问题是影响同行评议公正性与客观性的重要因素。从新制度经济学的视角来看,设计一个良性的制度框架是规避大学学术同行评议利益冲突的有效策略。借鉴新制度经济学的分析框架,大学学术同行评议利益冲突治理,应构建正式制度和非正式制度相结合的制度体系。正式制度包括利益冲突的披露与回避相结合,评议专家的遴选与轮换相结合,双盲评审与事后公开评审专家名单相结合,评审意见反馈与评审结果申诉相结合,对同行评议的反评估与奖惩机制相结合等五大制度。非正式制度包括培育以“学术为本“的大学文化,建设良好的学术规范,提升学者的学术道德品质等三大制度。国家社科基金“大学学术同行评议研究:利益冲突的视角”(项目编号:BIA110079); 教育部人文社会科学青年基金项目“基于同行专家评议的高校科研经费绩效拨款模式研究”(项目编号:13YJCZH098); 福建省教育厅人文社科A类项目“利益冲突视角下高校科研评价中的同行评议研究”(项目编号:JA12215S)的阶段性研究成
The Method of A-Harmonic Approximation and Optimal Interior Partial Regularity for Nonlinear Elliptic Systems Under Controllable Growth Conditions
考虑具有可控增长条件的非线性椭圆方程组弱解的部分正则性.利用Duzaar和Grotowski引进的弱解部分正则性证明的新方法,该方法是建立在调和逼近技巧一般形式的基础上的,我们把前人的结果由自然增长条件推广到了可控增长条件,并且所得到的弱解导数的Hlder指标是最优的.In this paper,we consider the nonlinear elliptic systems under the controllable growth condition.We use a new method introduced by Duzaar and Grotowski,for proving partial regularity for weak solutions,based on a generalization of the technique of harmonic approximation.We extend previous partial regularity results under the natural growth condition to the case of the controllable growth condition,and establishing the optimal Hlder exponent for the derivative of a weak solution directly.Supported by NSF(No:10531020)of China and the Program of 985 Innovatio Engineering on Information in Xiamen University(2004-2007
Preparation of Chitosan Magnetic Microspheres
用共沉淀法制备Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子,并对其用油酸进行表面改性,继而采用沉淀聚合法制备壳聚糖磁性微球。考察了沉淀剂浓度、乳化剂种类、Fe3O4的改性等条件对制备微球的影响。应用扫描电镜、红外谱图、接触角仪、粒径分析仪及磁铁吸附对壳聚糖磁性微球的形态与特性进行了表征。研究结果表明,在适宜的沉淀剂浓度、复合乳化剂、Fe3O4经油酸改性等条件下,可以制得平均粒径为150 nm、单分散性好且磁性明显的壳聚糖磁性微球。The Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method and modified by oleic acid.Chitosan magnetic microspheres were then prepared by precipitation polymerization method.The results demonstrated that the concentration of the precipitant,the type of emulsion and the modification of the iron oxide were the most effective parameters for the preparation of the microspheres.The SEM,IR and DLS results indicated that the diameter of the microspheres was about 150nm and the microspheres were uniformly distributed.The magnetic test showed the microspheres were magnetic sensitive.国家自然科学基金(50573063);; 教育部新世纪优秀人才计划项目;; 高等学校博士点专项基金(2005038401);; 厦门大学人才基金(0000X071C1
血清一阶导数荧光光谱诊断早期恶性肿瘤
利用Wistar大鼠接种恶性肉瘤模拟人患上癌症。取Wistar大鼠眼静脉血制备血清,并用乙醇简单处理得上层清液,扫描获得其一阶导数荧光光谱,确定上层清液原卟啉发射带(630 nm附近)的峰高,观察到健康Wistar大鼠与癌变大鼠的血清样存在明显差异,10例癌变样假阳性率为0,而20例正常样中仅有1例假阳性达到了恶性肿瘤早期诊断的目的
Experimental studies on treating humid acid solution by photocatalytic oxidation
以腐殖酸类物质作为废水中有机物的代表,研究了水体中腐殖酸在纳米TIO2颗粒上的吸附行为及以此为催化剂对水中腐殖酸进行的光催化氧化行为。考察了不同催化剂质量浓度、初始PH值、腐殖酸初始质量浓度等因素对腐殖酸去除率的影响。结果表明:腐殖酸在TIO2颗粒上的平衡吸附量对溶液的初始PH值依赖性很小;初始PH值降低、腐殖酸初始质量浓度减小,均能显著提高腐殖酸的去除率。同时将光催化氧化与单纯紫外线照射的去除率作对比,光催化氧化法明显优于单纯紫外线照射。Humid acid(HA) is the representation of organic matter in wastewater.The behaviors of adsorption and photocatalytic oxidation of HA in water on TiO2 particles were studied.The effects of different factors on removal of HA from water were investigated,such as mass concentration of catalyst,initial value of pH,initial mass concentration of HA,etc.The results show that the adsorption amount of HA in balance on TiO2 particles is independent of initial pH value of the solution.The removal efficiency of HA is improved greatly with the decreasing of initial pH value and initial mass concentration of HA.Comparing the removal efficiency of photocatalytic oxidation with that of ultraviolet radiation alone,the photocatalytic oxidation is better than ultraviolet radiation alone.厦门大学人才引进基金项目(0000X071C1
MODELING of LOOP REACTOR FOR POLYPROPYLENE SPHERIPOL TECHNOLOGY
在ASPEn POlyMErS PluS软件平台上模拟SPHErIPOl聚丙烯工艺中核心液相环管反应器,采用了等效的全混流反应器模型和组合式环管反应器模型,结合工厂现场采集的数据,拟合了丙烯聚合反应动力学模型,并将该模型用于2种环管反应器模拟方法的比较。采用组合式环管反应器模型考察了丙烯聚合反应循环比对反应器撤热、聚丙烯产量和相对分子质量分布、反应器内氢气浓度分布的影响。结果表明,在高循环比操作条件下和误差允许范围内,环管反应器可以等效为一个全混流反应器。当控制环管反应器夹套冷却水出口温度不变时,过低的循环比使得反应器内的温度分布不均匀,而过高的循环比则使环管反应器的撤热能力下降;当循环比增加时,环管反应器内的温度和组分浓度梯度减小,停留时间分布均匀,趋于全混流状态,催化剂活性得到充分发挥,聚丙烯产量也相应增加。Both the continuous stirred tank reactor model and the combined tubular loop reactor model were set up to simulate the steady-state performance of the industrial tubular loop reactor of Spheripol technology of propylene polymerization based on the Aspen Polymers Plus software.A comprehensive catalyzed polymerization kinetic model was verified by using plant data,and was employed to analyze the operational performance of the two models.It was observed that in high recycle ratio for propylene polymerization,the tubular loop reactor could be simulated,to a certain error degree,by a continuous stirred reactor.In addition,the effects of recycle ratio on the performance of the loop reactor could also be obtained via the combined model.The simulated results showed that the low recycle ratio made the temperature change along the tubular loop reactor in a large range under the constant coolant outlet temperature,while the high recycle ratio made the reaction temperature uniform in the tubular loop reactor,but the capacity of heat evacuation reduced.On the other hand,with the increase of recycle ratio,the concentration gradients of reaction components were lowered,and the polypropylene production was enlarged,approaching to the performance of the continuous stirred reactor.中国石油天然气股份有限公司兰州石油化工研究中心项目(2008015)资
Process technology on recovery of sulphur from copper-bearing gold concentrate by using kerosene method
某含铜金精矿尾矿浸铜渣中含有质量分数约15%的单质硫,严重影响后续提金过程的氰化效果。实验进行了以煤油为溶剂的提硫过程研究,考察溶硫时间、温度、液固质量比等因素。实验表明:采用煤油二段浸取法,当工艺条件为液固质量比2—3,温度140℃,加热40MIn,单质硫的回收率为98.4%,纯度达99%以上。对硫化矿处理过程尾矿中硫的回收,采用煤油为溶媒,是一种有效、环保的清洁生产过程,可以提高贵金属及伴生硫的综合回收率,易于工业应用。In the residues of copper-bearing gold concentrate there is mass fraction 15% sulfur which influences the effect of latish cyanogenation.The experiment was carried out with kerosene as solvent in sulfur removal process and the effect of leaching temperature and time,the mass ratio of kerosene to residue (liquid to solid) on the experiment was investigated.The results show that when the mass ratio of kerosene to residue is 2-3,heating temperature is 140 ℃,heating time is 40 min,the recovery efficiency of sulfur can be more than 98.4%,the purity of sulfur can be more than 99%.The new hydrometallurgical method which uses kerosene as solvent is an effective and clean process.It can improve comprehensive recovery efficiency of precious metals and sulfur,and is easy for industrialization without pollution
茵陈蒿汤抗游离脂肪酸对HepG2细胞脂毒性作用的效应中药研究
目的:探讨对游离脂肪酸(FFA)诱导人肝癌细胞株(HepG2)细胞脂肪沉积和对肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)分泌有显著抑制作用的茵陈蒿汤的效应中药或组合。方法:采用FFA诱导HepG2细胞脂肪沉积和TNF-α分泌的体外细胞模型和药物血清技术,运用数学模型"均匀设计法",根据复方中的3味中药(茵陈、栀子、大黄),选用U7(76)表进行组方设计所得6种中药组合进行干预,以对甘油三酯(TG)及TNF-α的抑制效应作为考察指标,筛选效应中药或组合,并重新区间分组验证。结果:茵陈和栀子在高剂量组合时有显著降低细胞TG及TNF-α含量的效应,与全方无显著性差异,其中单一茵陈也可显著降低细胞TG及TNF-α含量。结论:茵陈及其与栀子的组合是茵陈蒿汤抑制FFA诱导HepG2细胞脂肪沉积和TNF-α分泌作用的效应中药
软颗粒饲料对“红膏蟹”培育生长、存活和营养成分的影响
将平均体质量(453.6±46.91)g、已交配的健康锯缘青蟹饲养在36cm×26cm×27cm塑料箱中,投喂由鲜杂鱼糜加淀粉、电解多维粉末和卡拉胶制得的软颗粒饲料,培育锯缘青蟹\"红膏蟹\"。试验结果表明,29~31d育成\"红膏蟹\";投喂软颗粒饲料的青蟹肌肉占比(59.89%~60.84%)显著低于投喂冰鲜杂鱼和贝类的青蟹(P<0.05),但培育成活率(96.9%~97.1%)、质量增加率(67.26%~69.47%)、特定增长率(1.39%/d~1.53%/d)、可食部分(65.67%~66.32%)和红膏占比(17.36%~17.68%)均显著高于投喂冰鲜杂鱼和贝类的青蟹(P<0.05);软颗粒饲料组\"红膏蟹\"肌肉中粗蛋白、脂肪和水分的含量分别为19.9%、0.8%和75.1%,生殖腺中粗蛋白、脂肪和水分含量分别为30.59%、14.50%和54.69%,肌肉和生殖腺中必需氨基酸的含量分别为5.59%和8.14%,呈味氨基酸的含量分别为6.50%和9.90%,氨基酸评分分别为71.7和100,肌肉和生殖腺中饱和脂肪酸总量分别为44.0%和49.2%,单不饱和脂肪酸总量分别为24.6%和29.2%,多不饱和脂肪酸总量分别为27.9%和15.7%;投喂软颗粒饲料提高了青蟹肌肉中粗蛋白的含量和青蟹的营养价值。福建省星火项目(2016S0055);;福建省公益性项目(2018R1037-1);;2017年宁德市现代渔业结构调整资金资助项目(宁财农指[017]65号);;宁德师范学院科研发展资金资助项目(2016FZ24
Preparation,identification and preliminary application of monoclonal antibodies against recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor
目的制备重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rECOMbInAnT HuMAn bASIC fIbrOblAST grOWTH fACTOr,rHbfgf)单克隆抗体,鉴定其特性,建立双抗体夹心ElISA检测方法。方法以rHbfgf为免疫原,免疫bAlb/C小鼠,通过细胞融合技术建立能稳定分泌抗rHbfgf杂交瘤细胞株,制备抗rHbfgf单克隆抗体,采用Ig亚类ElISA试剂盒鉴定抗体亚类,间接ElISA法检测抗体效,WESTErn blOT鉴定抗体特异性。HrP标记MCAb并建立夹心ElISA检测方法。结果获得2株(分别命名2d3、5f7)可分泌特异性MCAb的强阳性细胞株,腹水抗体效价在10-5以上,Igg亚类均为Igg1,轻链为k链。WESTErn blOT证明2株MCAb特异性良好,双抗体夹心ElISA检测rHbfgf最低检测限达到2 ng/Ml。结论成功制备高效价的抗rHbfgf单克隆抗体,建立抗rHbfgf双抗体夹心ElISA定量检测方法。This study aimed to prepare and identify monoclonal antibodies against recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor,which will be used in the establishment of a sandwich ELISA method.Balb/c mice were immunized with rhbFGF,and then positive clones of McAbs were obtained after cell fusion and hybridoma selection.The ascites titers,the subclasses type,and the specificity of McAbs were tested by Ig subtype ELISA kit,indirect ELISA method and Western blot analysis,respectively.Moreover,optimization of the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was studied.As results,two of positive hybridomas were screened out,named 2D3 and 5F7 whose ascites titers of McAbs were over 1:105.It proved that the Ig subtypes of 2D3 and 5F7 McAbs were IgG1,and the light chain was kappa.Western bolt identification suggested that either McAbs of 2D3 or 5F7 could react specifically with rhbFGF.The results indicated that two of high titer,specific McAbs against rhbFGF are achieved and can applied to the development of a quantitative double-antibody sandwich ELISA method to detect rhbFGF.温州医学院科研基金(项目5010
