    Detection of incoherent broadband terahertz light using antenna-coupled high-electron-mobility field-effect transistors

    The sensitivity of direct terahertz detectors based on self-mixing of terahertz electromagnetic wave in field-effect transistors is being improved with noise-equivalent power close to that of Schottky-barrier-diode detectors. Here we report such detectors based on AlGaN/GaN two-dimensional electron gas at 77~K are able to sense broadband and incoherent terahertz radiation. The measured photocurrent as a function of the gate voltage agrees well with the self-mixing model and the spectral response is mainly determined by the antenna. A Fourier-transform spectrometer equipped with detectors designed for 340, 650 and 900~GHz bands allows for terahertz spectroscopy in a frequency range from 0.1 to 2.0~THz. The 900~GHz detector at 77~K offers an optical sensitivity about 1 pW/Hz1~\mathrm{pW/\sqrt{Hz}} being comparable to a commercial silicon bolometer at 4.2~K. By further improving the sensitivity, room-temperature detectors would find applications in active/passive terahertz imaging and terahertz spectroscopy.Comment: 4.5 pages, 5 figure

    围术期停用二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血糖及认知功能影响

    目的探讨围术期停用二甲双胍,改为短效胰岛素控制血糖,对行单侧全髋关节置换术的老龄糖尿病患者术后认知功能及血糖波动的影响。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月大连医科大学附属二院收治的79例择期行单侧全髋关节置换术的老龄糖尿病患者为研究对象。将所有患者分为3组,平素应用二甲双胍,围术期继续应用者纳入A组(n=24),平素应用降糖方式中无二甲双胍者纳入B组(n=28),平素应用二甲双胍术前1 d改为短效胰岛素者纳入C组(n=27)。分别应用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)对患者的认知功能进行评估。结果与术前相比较,3组拔管后5 min MMSE评分均有明显降低,且A组、B组MMSE评分均高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P 0. 05)。与术前比较,3组患者拔管后5 min、术后第1、3天MoCA评分均明显降低(P 0. 05)。静止及活动时3组患者VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。3组患者恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论二甲双胍对术后认知功能的改变未产生明显影响。围术期改为短效胰岛素不利于稳定患者血糖,对短期轻度认知功能会产生不利的影响

    Effects of flue gas components and fly ash on mercury oxidation

    模拟研究O2、SO2和HCl三种烟气气体与飞灰存在状态对汞形态转化的影响,并探讨温度对其转化的作用.结果表明:在不同气氛中,反应温度升高有利于汞的氧化,但n2--SO2的烟气体系则相反;O2、SO2和HCl单独存在于烟气中时,对汞的氧化起到不同程度的促进作用,其中HCl的效果最好;烟气中含有O2和HCl将使汞的氧化率明显提高;当SO2与HCl同时存在于烟气中时,SO2会通过与HCl反应抑制汞的氧化过程.飞灰为氧化反应提供反应介质和催化剂,促进烟气中汞的形态转化.The effects of gas components such as O2,SO2 and HCl,the existence of fly ash,and temperature on mercury speciation were investigated.It is shown that high temperature is positive to mercury oxidation in most of the simulated flue gas system except for the N2-SO2 system.The existence of O2,SO2 and HCl in the system separately improves the oxidation process,and among them HCl performs the best.When both SO2 and HCl are in the system,the oxidation efficiency of HCl decreases due to the reaction between SO2 and HCl.Fly ash provides,reaction media and catalysts for the mercury oxidation reaction,and consequently,the existence of fly ash in the simulated flue gas can increase mercury speciation.国家自然科学基金资助项目(No.20707018);福建省科技重点资助项目(No.2008I0024);中央高校基础业务费资助项目(No.2010121078);厦门市科技计划资助项目(No.3502Z20103014

The monomer pairs concerned are (1) methyl acrylate (MA) and ethyl methacrylate(EMA), (2) MA and butyl methacrylate(BMA), (3) MA and i butyl methacrylate(iBMA).     Super-resolution Image Reconstruction Algorithm Based on Sub-pixel Shift

    针对多帧图像超分辨率重建问题,利用一阶泰勒展式,在亚像素级上对图像退化过程进行建模,并建立极小化能量函数,选择grAPH-CuT算法进行能量极小化求解.为了验证本文算法的有效性,采用模拟图像退化过程和直接用相机拍摄两种方式获得低分辨率图像序列.从4x4倍重建结果的比较来看,本文算法不仅对模拟退化过程产生的低分辨率图像序列有效,而且在提高真实低分辨率图像的分辨能力方面也有很好的效果.此外,实验结果表明本文算法对噪声有较好的抗干扰能力.This paper studies the problem of multi-frame image super-resolution reconstruction.The process of image degradation is modeled by using the first-order Taylor expansion based on sub-pixel.Then the energy minimization function is established and the graph-cut algorithm is chosen to solve the energy minimization.In order to confirm this algorithm, we obtain the low resolution images by two ways: simulating image degradation and taking photos.By comparing the 4 × 4 times reconstruction results, it is shown that this algorithm is valid not only for simulation of low resolution images but also for real images.Besides, experimental results show that this algorithm possesses good anti-interference ability of noise.国家自然科学基金(61373077); 国防基础科研计划(B0110155); 国防科技重点实验室基金(9140C30211ZS8); 高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金(20110121110020); 福建省自然科学基金(2011J01365); 福建省重点项目(2014H0034); 航空科学基金(20125168001); 黄慧贞集美大学学科建设基金(ZC2014010)资助~
