CT Image Based Liver Embolization Treatment Simulation
肝癌的恶性程度极高,其自然生存期多小于1年。虽然各种诊断手段在不断提高,但仅有约20%的患者于确诊时能手术切除,且术后仍有30%~70%的复发率。 栓塞治疗是80年代发展的一种非手术的肿瘤治疗方法,对肝癌有很好疗效,甚至被推荐为非手术疗法中的首选方案。栓塞阻断血管供血,肿瘤组织就会因缺血,缺氧而发生坏死。血管栓塞后的肝癌大部分瘤体组织因缺血、缺氧而逐步坏死,而正常肝组织的供血受影响不大,且能形成侧支循环,不会导致明显的肝功能障碍。 本课题的研究建立在实验室原有肝脏分割技术的基础上,从活体CT数据提取肝脏管道结构,对管道进行肝癌栓塞治疗仿真的效果,能够帮助医生直观地观察栓塞后肝脏组织的供血状...The liver cancer is of great malignancy, most of the patients who have liver cancer are not able to survive for more than one year. 本研究では,地上で観測されるVLFホイスラモード波(昼間に観測されるコーラス)の電離層減衰率とCNAを用いた新しい下部電離層電子密度のリモートセンシング技術を提案する.そのために,さまざまな電子密度モデルに対する両者の関係を理論的に評価している.評価の手法は,full-wave解析を用いてVLFホイスラモード波の下部電離層減衰率とCNAを理論計算している.計算結果は観測結果と同様にCNAとVLF波動の負相関を示し,さらに,増大した電子密度モデルの最大電子密度高度が下がるにつれ,CNA-VLF負相関の傾きが増大する関係を示した.つまり,観測されたCNA-VLF負相関の傾きが,降下粒子に伴う下部電離層を増大させる電子密度高度を推定する情報源に成りえるということが分かった.これは,夜間のみに生じるTrimpi現象と共に,昼間の降下粒子検出に対する新しい下部電離層電子密度推定手法となるであろう.In this study, we suggest a new remote sensing technique for enhanced electron density in the lower ionosphere by using the correlation between VLF whistler mode waves (daytime chorus emissions) and CNA, both observed on the ground. The ionospheric attenuations for VLF whistler mode and HF waves (as a CNA value) are calculated by using full-wave analysis to evaluate their correlations for various ionospheric electron density profiles enhanced by precipitating electrons. The calculation results show negative correlations between CNA and VLF whistler mode waves in accordance with the observation results. Then, the gradient of the negative correlation becomes larger with decreasing altitude of maximum electron density. Thus, we found that the correlation provides information on the vertical profile of the enhanced electron density in the lower ionosphere caused by electron precipitation. This allows the study of electron precipitation in the daytime, in addition to Trimpi events at nighttime
The Enlightenment and Suggestion of Jiangsu and Anhui's Construction Experience of Enclave Area on Jiangxi
飞地园区是基于增长极理论和区域比较优势论,通过园区对园区的资源互通、优势互补、产业转移和合作机制设计,把"飞出地"的资金和项目投放至行政上互不隶属的"飞入地"园区,实现园区间管理与项目的复合承接,从而打破发达地区与欠发达地区的行政区划限制。目前,江苏、安徽两省的飞地经济已探索出"政府间合作共建园"和"政企合作共建园"2种模式,江西在资源禀赋、交通区位、主导产业等方面与江苏、安徽有相似之处.通过分析江苏、安徽的飞地园区模式,得出对江西发展飞地经济的5大启示,进而提出助推江西飞地园区建设的3条对策建议。Based on the theory of growth pole and regional comparative advantage,enclave area is the industrial parks which by means of the resource interoperability,advantage complementarity,industrial transfer and cooperation mechanism design,drive "flying out"parks' funds and projects to "Flying into"parks which is administrative non-subordinate,to achieve the management and projects co-construction and sharing between industrial parks,thus breaking administrative division restrictions between developed areas and underdeveloped areas. At present,Jiangsu and Anhui provinces has explored two enclave models named "government cooperation between the parks"and "government and enterprises build parks",Jiangxi has several similarities with Jiangsu and Anhui,such as the resource endowment,traffic location,leading industries and so on. Surface rendering algorithm of tenuous vasculature in medical images
在医学图像处理中,常常需要提取出特定的组织或者结构,再以提取到的二值体数据为基础,对组织结构进行三维重建。传统的MArCHIng CubE(MC)算法在对微细结构进行三维重建时,可能会产生断裂现象,不能有效保持原始体数据的连通性。以血管体数据为例,针对医学图像中微细管道结构重建提出一种改进的MC算法,以保持重建后组织结构的连通性。In medical image processing,special tissues and structures are usually extracted as binary data for 3D reconstruction.Traditional Marching Cube(MC) algorithm may cause separateness to tenuous tissues and structures when reconstructing the extracted volume data,and the connectivity of volume data can not be well reserved.In this paper,an improved method to MC algorithm is proposed for the tenuous vasculature reconstruction in medical images that can keep the connectivity of tissues and structures.国家自然科学基金No.60701022---
Electrochemical property of spinel LiMn_2O_4 prepared by sol-gel method
利用循环伏安法 (CV )、恒流充放电、电化学阻抗谱 (EIS)等电化学手段研究了溶胶凝胶法制备的尖晶石型LiMn2 O4 的电化学性质。结果表明用溶胶凝胶法制备的样品放电容量大 ,可逆性好 ,其中 5 5 0℃煅烧的样品电化学性能最好 ;XRD结果表明 ,样品经过充放电 ,尖晶石结构仍保留 ,但出现深度放电产物Li2 Mn2 O4 。The electrochemical properties of spinel LiMn 2O 4 electrodes prepared by a sol gel method were studied by cyclic voltammetry, constant current charge discharge and electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS) techniques. The experimental results showed that the electrochemical performance of the samples prepared by sol gel method was better than that of the sample prepared by normal method. The electrochemical performance of the sample prepared by sol gel method at 550℃ showed the best electrochemical performance. Distance Transformation-Based Liver Embolization Treatment Simulation
栓塞治疗是非手术肿瘤治疗方法的首选方案,血管栓塞后的肝癌大部分瘤体组织因缺血、缺氧而逐步坏死,而正常肝组织的供血受影响不大,且能形成侧支循环,不会导致明显的肝功能障碍。假定肝实质组织由距离其最近的血管供血,提出一种肝脏血管栓塞治疗的计算机仿真方法,选用一种精确的欧氏距离变换算法,在改进算法步骤之后,使得该算法支持多背景点。实验结果表明,该方法可以将血管栓塞的结果,映射到肝实质组织中,达到肝实质的栓塞显示效果,能够帮助医生直观地观察栓塞后肝脏组织的供血状况,评估栓塞效果。Embolization treatment is a kind of knubbly and non-operative treatment method.It's recommended as the best method in various kinds of non-operative treatments.The embolization treatment stops the hepatic artery from providing blood.As a result,the tumors will die from lacking of blood and oxygen,but the blood supply of normal liver tissue wouldn't be significantly affected.Assume the liver parenchyma is supplied by its recent organization blood vessels,and propose a kind of computer simulation method of liver vein embolization treatment,choose a precise Euclidean distance transformation algorithm.After improving the algorithm,it can support not only single background.Experiment shows that this method can get results of embolization map to the liver parenchyma organization,achieving the embolization display of liver parenchyma.So it can help the doctor intuitively observe the blood-supply condition after embolization,and then evaluate the effect of the embolization treatment.国家自然科学基金项目(60701022

人CD4胞外区蛋白在杆状病毒-昆虫细胞系统中的表达纯化及性质鉴定
目的:通过条件优化实现人CD4蛋白胞外区在杆状病毒-昆虫细胞表达系统中的高效表达,并对纯化获得的人CD4蛋白胞外区进行抗原性与免疫原性分析。方法:通过选择人CD4分子胞外片段构建重组杆状病毒(p Ac-CD4),然后感染昆虫细胞进行蛋白的表达,采用镍离子亲和层析纯化。运用SDS-PAGE、Western blot、体积排阻色谱、ELISA、SPR法等分析纯化得到目的蛋白的理化性质和抗原性。通过弗氏佐剂与目的蛋白混合免疫BALB/c小鼠,监测小鼠免疫血清的抗体生成。结果:经纯化可获得纯度90%以上的人CD4蛋白,每升细胞培养液最终可获得11.2 mg的目的蛋白,且该人CD4胞外区蛋白具有良好的抗原性。小鼠血清监测结果显示人CD4蛋白能有效刺激机体产生免疫应答,显示其具有良好的免疫原性。结论:本研究通过杆状病毒-昆虫细胞系统进行高效表达,获得抗原性和免疫原性良好的人CD4胞外区蛋白,为HIV受体和感染的研究奠定基础。国家自然科学基金(No.81671645
Investigation of lithium manganese oxides with large tunnel structure as electrode material in Li ion batteries
锂锰氧化物材料是一类重要的锂离子电池电极材料。文中报道一种新型大隧道结构镁锰复合氧化物〔结构类型:钡镁锰矿(TOdOrOkITE)型〕的合成方法及其电化学性能表征。X-光衍射(Xrd)谱证实了合成物具有所预想的(3x3)隧道结构。在慢速循环伏安图中可发现该类电极材料分别在3.35V及2.45V(VS.lI)出现一对锂离子的脱出-嵌入峰。充放电实验结果表明:该类大隧道结构复合氧化物可作为一种3V锂离子电池的电极材料,当充放电电流密度为0.1MA/CM2时,材料的初次容量可达158MAg/H,经过4次充放电循环后其容量仍可保持在约130MAH/g。Lithium manganese oxide is one kind of the important electrode material of Li ion batteries.In this paper, investigations of a novel Li Mn oxide electrode material with large tunnel structure such as todorokite type electode material For Li ion batteries are carried out in the lab.It is demonstrated that the material synthesized has a todo rokite structure (i.e.3×3 tunnel)using X ray diFFraction(XRD) method.It is also observed that a couple of deintercalation/intercalation peaks of lithium ion appear at 3.35V and 2.46V (vs.Li) respectively in the slow rate cyclic voltammograms.In addition,it is Found that the material shows quite good cyclic perFormance,the initial capacity of the material is 158mAh/g,and its discharge capacity is still kept at about 130mAh/g aFter Four cycles at charging/discharging current density of 0.1mA/cm 2.福建省自然科学基金;杰出青年基
