Fission life-time calculation using a complex absorbing potential

A comparison between the semi-classical approximation and the full quantum calculation with a complex absorbing potential is made with a model of the fission of 258Fm. The potential barrier is obtained with the constrained Skyrme HF+BCS theory. 【背景】 卵管鏡下卵管形成術(falloposcopic tuboplasty:FT)は卵管閉塞に対する低侵襲な治療法である。本研究は当科におけるFTの治療成績と術後の自然妊娠に関する予後因子を明らかにすることを目的とした。【方法】 対象は1997年1月から2012年7月までに山形大学医学部附属病院において卵管閉塞の診断にてFTを施行した63例である。FTは全例に腹腔鏡を併用して行った。FTの治療成績とFT成功例における術後初回の自然妊娠について後方視的に検討を行った。予後因子の検討は、累積妊娠曲線をKaplan-Meier法にて作成し、術後妊娠成立に影響を及ぼす各因子について、log-rank検定およびCox比例ハザード回帰分析を行った。【結果】 対卵管あたりのFT成功率は80%(83/104卵管)、対症例あたりのFT成功率は76%(48/63例)であった。FT成功48例中21例(44%)に自然妊娠が成立した。妊娠例の81%(17/21例)が術後12ヵ月以内に妊娠が成立した。FT術後12ヵ月目の累積妊娠率は42%(95% 信頼区間24-55%)であった。術後妊娠に影響を及ぼす各因子について単変量解析を行った結果、遠位部卵管閉塞のある群はない群と比べ有意に累積妊娠率が低下した(P =0.001)。多変量解析を行った結果、遠位部卵管閉塞の有無が術後妊娠に対して独立した予後不良因子であった(ハザード比0.03、95% 信頼区間0.002-0.367、P =0.006)。【結論】 卵管性不妊症に対して、腹腔鏡併用によるFTにより良好な卵管疎通性の回復と術後妊娠が得られた。FT術後妊娠成立に対する予後不良因子として卵管遠位部閉塞の有無が重要であることがわかった。FT術後の妊娠待機期間は1年を目安に予後因子などを考慮してその後の治療方針を決定することが重要である

Reconstruction and Simulation Method and Its Implementation for GuQin Tamber

为促进古琴艺术的传播,通过对古琴音色的分析,在建立古琴音色库的基础上,从古琴琴弦振动理论和音律学理论入手,利用傅立叶变换分析了古琴音色的频谱特征,并基于加权柯西函数,给出了重构古琴音色的策略。然后,通过采用基于音色数据库和音色重构两种方法,对古琴音色进行计算机仿真,建立了一个初步的古琴音色仿真系统。实验证明,通过重构音色进行仿真的计算方法,是古琴音色仿真的一种有效方法。A Guqin timbre base was introduced through timber analysis and its spectrum specification was analyzed using Fourier transformation based on theory of Guqin srting vibration and temperament.Then a reconstruction method for Guqin timbre was proposed based on weighted Cauchy function.Finally a timbre simulation system for Guqin was worked out using timbre database and reconstruction.It has been proved by experiment that the computing method of timbre reconstruction is effective for Guqin timbre simulation

当院ICU でのBPS 導入前後における効果と今後の課題

人工呼吸器装着患者は，術後の創痛や気管チューブの痛みなど様々な痛みを感じているといわれている｡しかし，当院ICU での痛みの評価は，看護師の知識や経験により大きく差が出る現状があった｡そこで人工呼吸器装着患者の痛みの評価方法を統一するためBehavioral Pain Scale（以下BPS）を導入した｡BPS 導入後は鎮痛剤の使用量が増加し，離床拡大につながったが，人工呼吸期間やせん妄期間の短縮には至らなかった｡今後は人工呼吸期間やせん妄期間の短縮に向けての検証が必要である

An Efficient Algorithm of Partition Processing. in High-Speed Fish Pattern Recognition System

A new color image processing system with multi-DSP is constructed in practice and applied to fish pattern recognition. In this application, the shapes of fish are very similar but the colors and/or patterns of which are different. The proposed system has a function of variable partition of a picture. Therefore, the size, position and number of processing regions can be varied flexibly and dynamically for each processing task. As a result, it is clarified that the color texture analysis such as histogram and co-occurrence matrix is useful in fish pattern recognition and that the recognition time less than 250msec. per a fish is achieved
