[目的]提出机构知识库影音支持能力扩展方向，实现CSpace机构知识库影音支持能力扩展。 [应用背景]影音知识资源在机构产出中所占比例不断增长，扩展机构知识库影音支持能力，可更好地的揭示、发现影音知识资源，挖掘和利用其学术研究价值和潜力。 [方法]分析用户的应用需求和国内外机构知识库影音支持服务的发展趋势，构建机构知识库影音资源支持功能扩展框架，选择其中的关键技术和方法搭建实验平台，探索将其应用于CSpace系统的可行性。 [结果]实现了影音格式转换、视频场景分析和具有场景导航功能的播放器。 [结论]影音转码稳定性和效率较好，其他影音支持功能离实用还存在一定距离，将影音格式转换技术应用于CSpace机构知识库系统中，扩展了机构知识库的影音支持服务。<br /

Psychological and Behavioral Impact of Wuhan Lockdown and Suggestions

武汉&ldquo;封城&rdquo;在有效遏制疫情的同时也对民众的心理行为造成了一定影响。利用 41 105 名活跃微博用户 2020 年 1月20日&mdash;2月16日发布的原创微博数据，通过对微博内容中心理行为语言表达特征的分析，非侵扰地考察&ldquo;封城&rdquo;背景下武汉民众心理行为的变化情况。结果发现，武汉民众在&ldquo;封城&rdquo;后短期内处于焦虑、愤怒敌意和失望等负面情绪较高的状态；&ldquo;封城&rdquo;不仅在一定程度上诱发了更多的恐惧、心理疼痛和压力体验，也使得武汉民众语言表达中的&ldquo;休闲&rdquo;词频率降低，&ldquo;工作&rdquo;词频率升高。建议针对不同的负面情绪采取针对性措施进行疏导，提前布局，尽量消除或减少压力反应的长期负面影响，并且将民众心理感知疏导纳入国家应急管理体系，助力战&ldquo;疫&rdquo;的最终胜利。</p

一种甘蔗收获机割台仿形装置

本发明属于甘蔗收获机技术领域，特别涉及一种甘蔗收获机割台仿形装置。包括触地部件、连接套筒、固定连接板、横梁及角位移传感器，其中固定连接板连接在横梁上，连接套筒可转动地安装在固定连接板上，触地部件与连接套筒连接，角位移传感器安装在连接套筒的一侧，角位移传感器用于采集触地部件的转动角度变化，从而检测地形高度的起伏变化。本发明可以实现甘蔗收获机对作业地形高度的实时性检测，能够将割台仿形装置模块化，安装简易，使用寿命长

CLINICAL TREATMENT of CHRONICAL HEPATITIS B BY NATIONAL THYMOSIN AND ITS MECHANISM

本文观察大剂量胸腺肽对慢性乙肝患者的治疗作用并研究其作用机理。用ElISA、PCr 和免疫化学染色法等比较分析胸腺肽治疗三个月后，AlT、HbV- M 和HbV dnA 等指标变化，发现患者AlT 复常率、HbEAg 转阴率、HbV dnA 阴转率和HbV dnA 有效下降率分别为58.33 % 、33.33 % 、41.67 % 和91.67 % ；同时患者外周血Cd4 ＋淋巴细胞亚群上调，Cd8 ＋ 亚群下调，二者比值趋于正常。说明国产胸腺肽治疗慢性乙肝有较好的应用前景，其治疗机理与免疫调节作用有关。The purpose of this paper was to observe the effects of clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B by national thymosin and study its machanisms The parameters of HBV-M,HBV DNA and CD-antigens of T cells were detected by ELISA,PCR and immunochemical dying assay after three months of the thymosin treatment The rates of normal-turning of ALT,negative-turning of HBeAg, negative-turning of HBV DNA, and effective downing of HBV DNA in patients with chronic hepatitis B were 58 33%, 33 33%, 41 67%,and 91 67%,respectively At the same time,T CD4 + cells in the peripheral blood of patients was up-regulated,T CD8 + was down-regulated;and ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + is tend to be normal These findings showed that thymosin had a proposing feature in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and its mechanism may be related to immuno-regulation厦门市科委资助课

CLINICAL TREATMENT of CHRONICAL HEPATITIS B BY NATIONAL THYMOSIN PLUS INTERFERON α1b AND ITS MECHANISM

本文研究大剂量胸腺肽联合干扰素对慢性乙肝患者的治疗作用，发现胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗三个月后，患者的AlT复常率、HbEAg转阴率、HbVdnA阴转率和HbVdnA有效下降率分别为760%、440%、560%和960%。T淋巴细胞亚群分析结果表明，联合治疗后，患者外周血Cd4＋淋巴细胞亚群上调，Cd8＋亚群下调，二者比值趋于正常，说明国产胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗慢性乙肝的治疗机理与免疫调节作用有关。The purpose of this paper was to observe the effects o f clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B by national thymosin plus interferon α1b and study its machanisms.The parameters of HBV-M,HBV DNA and CD-antigens of T cells were detected by ELISA,PCR and immunochemical dying assay after three m onths of the thymosin treatment.The rates of normal-turning of ALT,negative-turn ing of HBeAg,negative-turning of HBV DNA, and effective downing of HBV DNA in pa tients with chronic hepatitis B were 76.0%,44.00%,56.0%,and 96.0%,respectively.A t the same time,T CD4 + cells in the peripheral blood of patients was up-regula ted,T CD8 + was down-regulated;and ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + is tend to be normal, indicating that its mechanism of thymosin plus interferon α1b in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B may be related to immuno-regulation.厦门市科委资

THE SOLUTION POLYMERIZATION OF O-TOLUIDIDE AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERIZATION OF THE RESULTING POLYMER

[中文文摘]采用溶液聚合法合成邻甲基苯胺聚合物 (POT) ,由于甲基的空间位阻效应大于其给电子效应 ,不利于获得高分子量聚合物 ,从讨论引发剂用量对聚合反应的影响 ,得出可获得数均分子量为 1.90× 10 3的 POT的聚合条件 :反应温度为 0℃ ,p H≤ 1,[M]=1.5 5 4 mol/L,[KPS]/[M]=1∶ 1(摩尔比 ) ,反应时间 2 4 .0 h。1H- NMR和 FT- IR分析结果表明 ,POT聚合物链为半氧化还原结构 emeraldine ,结构单元中苯醌比为 3∶1.[英文文摘]In this work poly o toluidide(POT) was synthesized by solution polymerization. Since steric effects of methyl is stronger than its electronic effects, POT with high molecular weight is difficult to obtain. From analyzing the influence of initiator on polymerization reaction it follows that POT with number average molecular weight of 1.90 ×10 3 is prepared in the following conditions: 0 ℃, pH≤1, = 1.554 mol/L, /=1∶1, reaction period 24.0 h. Retrieval of non-optically active water quality parameters by hyperspectra for river network waters in the Pearl River estuary

Field spectra and water quality measurements were performed in Zhongshan City and its adjacent river network in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The hyperspectral reflectance characteristic of the river network and its correlation with the concentration of two non-optical activity parameters Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD_(Cr)) and Total Phosphorus (TP) were analyzed.The results showed that the spectral reflectance of the river network was mainly affected by suspended particulate matter and chlorophyll-a.In the range of 500~680 nm,the spectral reflectance of the water had negative correlations with the concentrations of COD_(Cr) and TP.Compared with the single band,the reflectance ratio of the specific band had higher correlations with COD_(Cr) and TP concentrations.The reflectance ratio band combinations with the highest correlations with COD_(Cr) and TP concentrations are R_(675)/R_(794) and R_(690)/R_(815),respectively.The water quality retrieval models that depend on the band combination show good estimation accuracy,with 27.2% and 32.1% of the average relative errors,indicating that the hyperspectral technology has good potential application for non-optical activity parameters (COD_(Cr) and TP) retrieval in the river network of the Pearl River estuary

EFFECTS OF THYMOSIN ON CONCENTRATIONS OF CYTOKINE IN SERUM OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS B

目的观察大剂量国产胸腺肽对慢性活动性乙肝患者血清细胞因子的影响，探讨胸腺肽治疗慢性乙肝的机制。方法选择慢性活动性乙肝患者34例，分成两组：胸腺肽组19例，一般护肝组15例。比较观察治疗前后患者血清IFN—α、sIL－2r、TNF，和β2－MG为指标的变化。结果胸腺肽治疗后，患者PBMIFN—α诱生能力较治疗前上升119．99％，血清sIL—2r和TNF含量分别下降了35．56％和41．80％，治疗初期对β2—MG有提升作用。一般护肝组对慢性乙肝患者PBMIFN－α诱生能力和下调血清sIL-2r、TNF的作用弱于胸腺肽，对β2—MG指标没有影响。结论胸腺肽治疗慢性乙肝疗效与促进IFN产生和下调sIL-2r和TNF等多项免疫调节功能有关。Aim To dtudy the effects of high-dose thymosin on the cytokine conentration in serum of the patients with chronic hepatitis B and its therapy mechanism.Methods 34 patients with chronic active hepatitis B were divided into two groups; 19 patients were treated with thymosin and 15 patients with common drugs of protecting liver cells (PLC) .Level changes of IFN-α,sIL-2r, TNF, and β2-MG in the patients' serum were analyzed comparatively before and after treatment.Results After treating of thymosin, ability of induced-producing IFN-αin patients' PBMC was increased 119.99% over before treatment; concentrations of sIL-2r anu TNF in serum were decreased by 33.56% and 41.80%, respectively;and β2-MG in serum were increased in the early days of thymosin treatment.PLC showed similar, weaker effect on IFN-α, sII-2r, and TNF than that thymosin did; but no significant effects on β2-MG. Conclusions Mechanism of thymosin against HBV reproducing is relative to the the effets enhancing IFN-α producing abilities ,downing the serum levels of sIL-β2r and TNF,and so on.厦门市科委资助!Z9880
