    A study on the Construction of a Marine Ecosystem Model Lab Based on Practical Teaching in Marine Ecology

    为进一步开展海洋生态学实践教学,设计规划了以仿真模型为基础的海洋生态系统模型馆。该模型馆利用仿真模型将六大海洋生态系统进行室内还原,实现了海洋生态实践教学尤其是野外调查模拟实践活动的可持续开展。文章叙述了模型馆的设计理念和方案,讨论了基于仿真模型的实践教学方式及其实际意义。实践表明,以模型辅助教学的教学模式由于其价格低廉、重复使用性强等特性而易于推广,对自然科学的实践教学、理论教学以及科普宣传工作均起到了借鉴作用。In order to carry out the practical teaching of marine ecology,a marine ecosystem model lab based on the simulation model is designed.In this lab,six major marine ecosystems are reproduced indoors by using the simulation model,and it makes the continuous development of marine ecological practical teaching to be possible,especially,in the field survey.This paper described the design concept and design scheme of this model lab,and discussed the practical teaching mode based on the simulation model and its practical significance.We believe that the model-teaching mode will be easy to popularize because of its low cost and repeated usage,and it will be hopeful to serve as a reference for the practical teaching,theoretical teaching of natural and popular science propaganda.广西民族大学校级科研项目(2016MDYB027

    Biodiversity and screening of culturable actinobacteria against Fusarium oxysporum isolated from mangrove soil in Maowei sea

    目的研究茅尾海红树林植物根际土壤放线菌多样性并进行抗菌活性筛选,为发现放线菌新物种以及新农用生防菌奠定基础。方法采用传统涂布分离方法和复合营养成分培养基,从25份红树林土壤样品中分离放线菌;通过PCR扩增菌株16S r RNA基因序列,并通过构建系统发育树研究放线菌多样性;采用纸片扩散法分析放线菌发酵液和乙酸乙酯萃取浓缩液对2种尖孢镰刀菌菌体拮抗和孢子萌发抑制活性。结果通过排重获得117株放线菌,16S r RNA基因序列比对分析表明117株放线菌分布于6个亚目10个科19个属,除优势菌属链霉菌属外,还发现纤维微球菌属,戈登菌属,栖白蚁菌属,拟诺卡菌属和植物放线孢菌属等稀有放线菌属;尖孢镰刀菌拮抗活性试验表面,共有23株放线菌在至少1个抗菌活性检测中显示为阳性,总阳性率为19.66%。结论广西北部湾茅尾海红树林根际土壤中存在丰富的放线菌资源,具有从中发现新物种和新型农用生防菌的潜力。Objective To investigate the biodiversity and bioactivity of anti-Fusarium oxysporum of actinobacteria isolated from mangrove soil in Maowei sea in Guangxi Province. Methods Actinobacteria were isolated from a total of 25 soil samples by traditional plate dilution method only using one isolation media containing nutritional composition. Diversity of culturable actinobacteria were analyzed based on comparison of 16S rRNA gene sequences. The antiftmgal activity of ethyl acetate extracts from the fermentation broth and crude fermentation broth of the strains were tested by disk diffusion method. Results A total of 117 actinobacteria strains were distributed in 19 genera affiliated with 10 families of 6 orders, including Streptornyces, Cellulosimicrobium, Gordonia, lsoptericola, Nocardiopsis, Plantactinospora, in which Streptomyces was the dominant genera. Twenty-three strainsexhibited positive results in at least one antifungal assay against mycelia growth or spore germination, and the total positive rate was 19.66%.     戴李宗 通讯联系人, Tel: (86592)2186178, Email: [email protected][中文文摘]应用循环伏安法研究经HCl、TSA和HClO4等不同酸掺杂的聚间甲氧基苯胺(PmMAn)的电化学活性.结果表明,HClO4是合成PmMAn的最佳酸介质,在此介质中得到的聚合产物具有良好的氧化还原活性.FT IR,SEM和XRD测试分别说明,酸根离子作为抗衡阴离子嵌入PmMAn分子链,并对聚合物的氧化还原活性有较大影响;PmMAn表现出典型的高分子晶体性质,符合单斜晶系的特征.[英文文摘]Poly(m-methoxyaniline), PmMAn, was prepared in the presence of HCl, p-toluene-sulfonic acid and perchloric acid. By using cyclic voltammetry, the effect of different acid dopant on electrochemical activities of PmMAn was studied. The results showed that perchloric acid is the best acid to prepare PmMAn with good electrochemical activities The FTIR spectra indicate that the acid radical anions have embedded into PmMAn molecularchain as counter-ion during synthetic process, and this great influences the redox activit ies of PmMAn.     东戈壁超大型钼矿床位于新疆境内的东天山觉罗塔格成矿带.8件辉钼矿样品Re-Os同位素年龄介于228.7±2.7Ma ~ 241.7±0.9Ma,等时线年龄为231.9±6.5Ma(95%置信度,MSWD =0.71),加权平均年龄为238.5±3.7Ma(95%置信度,MSWD=5.8).其中,最小的辉钼矿Re-Os年龄与矿区内斑状花岗岩年龄(227.6±1.3Ma)一致,表明成岩和成矿作用发生在三叠纪.7件辉钼矿样品Re含量为26.51×10-6~91.34×10-6,指示成矿物质主要来自古生代增生作用形成的不成熟大陆壳.已有成矿年龄显示了印支期成矿事件在东天山地区非常显著,发生于大陆碰撞造山体制

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
