    颅痛煎对偏头痛患者超敏C反应蛋白影响及疗效观察

    目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化与偏头痛发病机制的关系,观察颅痛煎治疗偏头痛疗效及对hs-CRP的影响。方法选取65例偏头痛患者和30例健康人进行检测hs-CRP,再将65例病人随机分为颅痛煎汤治疗组(简称颅头煎组)32例,给予颅痛煎,一日一剂,水煎分2次服;西比灵对照组(简称西比灵组)33例,给于西比灵5mg,一天1次,谷维素20mg,一天3次。共治疗28天后。观察两组患者的治疗前后疼痛程度、持续时间、发作频度及检测hs-CRP,计算其头痛指数和头痛疗效。结果偏头痛组hs-CRP含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),治疗后颅痛煎组的hs-CRP水平明显低于西比林组(P<0.05),颅痛煎组的临床基本恢复、总有效率、头痛指数明显好于西比灵组(P<0.01、<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP的增高与偏头痛的发生有关,颅痛煎治疗偏头痛疗效明显优于西比灵,可能与颅痛煎降低偏头痛患者的hs-CRP有关

    Study on stress status of P in phytoplankton in Xiamen Harbor

    通过检测碱性磷酸酶活性(APA)及相关理化因子,研究2002~2004年间,厦门港浮游植物的P生理状态的变化。结果表明,厦门港总APA变化范围0.92~9.50 nMOl/(l.H),在不同的季节及区域,浮游植物遭受不同程度的P胁迫。厦门外港的年平均APA高于西港和浔江港,表明浮游植物遭受的P胁迫程度较深。在厦门港赤潮爆发时,P将成为浮游植物进一步生长繁殖的限制因子。During 2002~2004,the bulk alkaline phosphatase activity(APA) and other environmental parameters in the Xiamen Harbor were analyzed to understand the spatial and seasonal variations of phosphorus(P) status in phytoplankton in this sea area.The results showed that the range of bulk APA varied between 0.92~9.50 nmol/(L h) in the Xiamen Harbor.Phytoplankton was different degrees of P stress in different seasons and zones.The annual average APA in the Outer Xiamen Harbor was higher than the Western Xiamen Harbor or the Xunjiang Harbor which meant that phytoplankton in the Outer Xiamen Harbor was more severe P stress.P is considered to be the limiting nutrient once algal blooms occur in the Xiamen Harbor.国家自然科学基金项目(40806058;U0733006);广东省自然科学基金项目(7300662

    从南方红豆杉皮层分离到一株瘤座孢,其发酵提取物经TlC、HPlC分析以及抗瘤和促微管聚合活性测定,结果提示可能存在紫杉醇或紫杉醇类的活性物质.Strain TF 5, isolated from the inner bark of the Chinese Yew, Taxus mairei , grew rapidly in PDA.The colony reached more than 9 cm in diameter after 7 days incubation.The stromata, dark brown, rounded and irregular shape, appeares on the colony after about 20 days.The conidioiphore is pale yellow and has 2 ̄4 levels of branch.The spore is single, hyaline, dry, and oval to pyriform.The base end of the spore is truncate rounded and has an obvious scar.Some spores have a short sericate remains.It was identified as one kind of Tubercularia sp .by comparing with authentic taxol through TLC and HPLC, showing this strain to produce taxol or its analogue in mycelial culture.The products in PDA fermentation broth (25 ℃, 140r/min, 15days) approximately reached 185.4 μg/L.The products has toxicity to cancer cell lines KB and P388, while induces tubulin polymerization in vitro , similar to taxol

    显示器的色域决定了显示器能够显示的颜色范围,且色域覆盖率也是显示器测试的一个重要参数。由于颜色三属性中包含亮度,所以对显示器进行色彩和色域测试时应该考虑亮度因素y,这就需要在三维的色空间下进行分析。文中分析了lCd显示器背光源亮度对色域覆盖率和色饱和度的影响,以及色饱和度对色域覆盖率的影响。用MATlAb绘制出在不同的色空间中,运用不同计算公式所得到的三维色域分布,并就明度对色域面积和彩度的影响进行了分析和比较,CIEdE2000公式具有最好的效果,CIEl*A*b*公式第二,CIEl*u*V*效果最差。The color gamut determines the range of colors that the monitor displays,and the color gamut cov erage rate is an important parameter in the quality evaluation of LCD monitor.As brightness is one of the three at tributes of color,it should be considered when the color and color gamut are analyzed in 3D color space.The ef fect of the brightness of LCD backlight on color gamut coverage and color saturation is analyzed,and the effect of the color saturation on the color gamut coverage is also analyzed.3D color gamut coverage is obtained by the different formulas in the different color spaces using MATLAB.The effect of the brightness on the color gamut area and chroma is analyzed and compared.The results show that CIEDE2000 formula is most suitable to evalu ate the color of monitor among CIEDE2000 formula,CIEL*a*b*formula and CIEL*u*v*formula.国家863计划重大专项(2006AA03A175);福建省重大专项(2006H0092);福建省自然科学基金(2008J0030

    利用PHyTO-PAM测量大亚湾浮游植物的光合作用能力、非化学淬灭并建立快速光曲线,同时研究浮游植物群落结构、组成、丰度和相应的环境因素,分析光合作用特征与浮游植物生长和分布的耦合关系。本次调查期间大亚湾浮游植物以集群化硅藻为优势物种,各站位最大光量子收益达到0.72。大亚湾浮游植物适应高光强,当光照达到1000μE/(M2.S)时电子传递速率逐渐达到饱和;光照达到1500μE/(M2.S)浮游植物依然可进行光合作用,叶黄素循环保护光合器官使其免受高光强损伤;当光照达到1700μE/(M2.S)时,光合器官可能受到损伤,此时电子传递速率下降,实际光量子收益接近于0。集群化硅藻能够耐受较广的光照范围及其活跃的光合特征有利于它们在全球海区的广泛分布。Photosynthetic capacity,rapid light curves and NPQ of phytoplankton in the Daya Bay were measured using pulse-amplitude-modulation(PAM) fluorometry.Phytoplankton dynamics and environmental parameters were also investigated with the purpose of assessing the coupling between photosynthetic capacity and phytoplankton distribution.During the investigation periods,multi-cellular diatoms were dominant,and their maximum quantum yields were up to 0.72.Our results revealed that acclimation of phytoplankton in the Daya Bay to high irradiance allowed saturated electron transport to occur at PAR of 1000μmol/(m2.s).The development of non-photochemical quenching and xanthophylls cycle activity could protect the photosynthesis apparatus once PAR was elevated to 1500μmol/(m2.s).The PAR of 1700μmol/(m2.s) triggered biophysical alterations in photosynthesis apparatus,resulting in the declined effective quantum yield and electron transport rate.The accumulation to extensive temperature range and high photosynthetic activity are in favor of the worldwide distribution of multi-cellular diatoms in the natural environments.国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目;2011CB403603号;国家自然科学基金项目;41106117

    由于交流发光二极管(AC-lEd)在实际应用中无需交流/直流整流变压器,它的发展越来越被关注。随着器件功率的增大,芯片结温升高,对器件的光通量、光功率及寿命等产生负面影响,所以精确掌握AC-lEd的温升规律就成为芯片设计的关键。运用flOEfd有限元软件进行模拟仿真1 W白光AC-lEd分别在直流和交变功率驱动下的瞬态热特性,结果表明在加载交变信号情况下,器件结温会以直流信号的结温为中心周期振荡,振荡的频率与输入功率频率相同,但有明显的相位移动。同时,AC-lEd在不同的输入功率和频率下的结温变化显示稳态时的平均结温和结温振荡幅度都随功率的增大而线性上升,但随着频率的增大而降低。Alternating current light emitting diodes(AC-LED) have attracted more and more attentions due to the advantage of free of alternate current(AC)/direct current(DC) converter in practical application.With the increase of input power,the rising junction temperature will have negative influence on the the luminous flux,the optical power,the lifetime and other parameters of LED.Therefore,the understanding of the principle of accurate temperature rise of AC-LED is the key to the chip design.The finite-element analysis software(FloEFD) is used to simulate the transient thermal properties of 1 W white AC-LED driven by DC and AC power respectively.The results show that the junction temperature of AC-LED driven by AC power,fluctuates periodically around that driven by DC power and the fluctuation frequency is the same as that of the input signal,but with an apparent phase shift.Meanwhile,the variation of junction temperature of AC-LED driven at different powers and frequencies shows that the average junction temperature and its fluctuation amplitude increases linearly with the input power at steady state,however,decreases with the increase of frequency.国家自然科学基金(11104230);福建省产学重大科技项目(2011H6025)资助课
