    中国传统坩埚炼铅技术初探

    坩埚炼铅法是中国传统炼铅技术中一种特别的冶炼方法,即在坩埚中用铁从硫化铅中还原出铅。本文梳理有关坩埚炼铅的文献资料,详细介绍该技术的冶炼过程,包括炉子的建造、坩埚的制作、配料、冶炼操作和金银的提取。另外,对近年来发现的两处古代坩埚炼铅遗址出土的坩埚和炉渣进行科学检测,以复原当时的技术。并与蒸馏法炼锌、坩埚炼铁等中国传统坩埚冶炼技术作比较,阐述坩埚炼铅的技术特征

    Dual Control With Probing for the Minimum Variance Problems

    本文针对未知参数的最小方差控制问题,提出了一种在谨慎控制器基础上加入探测信号的控制策略。利用系统方差在参数辨识好坏时的变化调节探测信号的大小,避免了单纯使用谨慎控制所产生“关断“现象。与其它次优对偶控制相比,引入探测信号的最小方差对偶控制不仅计算量小易于实现,而且能够根据需要设计控制系统的动态性能、参数跟踪能力。This paper presents a dual control strategy with a probing signal for the minimum variance control problems with unknown parameters.The probing signal can be adjusted according to the variance change of the system to avoid the ‘turn off’ phenomenon which occurred with only caution control.Comparing with other sub-optimal dual controls,the dual control which introduces a probing signal can improve the dynamic properties and the parameters’ tracking ability to meet the requirements of the control system

    提出一种快速的双目标非支配排序算法( BNSA) . 设计了前向比较操作,以便快速识别非支配个体. 提出 了按需排序策略,避免生成多余的非支配前沿. 论证BNSA 算法的正确性,分析其时间复杂度为O( NlogN) . 在9 个 标准的双目标优化测试问题上进行了比较实验. 实验结果表明与其它3 种非支配排序算法相比,BNSA 算法在大多 数测试问题上具有更快速的性能. 当进化代数超过400 代时,BNSA 在所有的测试问题上都具有最好的加速效果. 此外,BNSA 算法简明、易于编程实现,可集成到任何基于非支配排序的多目标进化算法中,能较大程度地提高双目 标优化的运行速度.国家自然科学基金项目资助( NO. 60672018,40774065

    NOSES左结直肠癌根治术取标本困难病例的回顾性分析

    目的评价经自然腔道取出标本的全腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术使用蔡氏套管器的临床应用价值。方法通过自制的专利器械——蔡氏套管器,对70例结直肠癌患者,行经自然腔道取出标本的全腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术,并对患者的临床及手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果 70例患者均在全腹腔镜下完成手术,标本均经过肛门取出。其中降结肠癌7例,乙状结肠癌35例,直乙交界处癌2例,直肠中上段癌26例。无中转开腹和围手术期死亡。通过分析,术前使用\"体质肿瘤指数\"进行患者的评分,评估手术标本取出难易程度,同时,术中使用抵钉座置入等全腹腔镜下手术技术,顺利完成手术。结论经肛门自然腔道取出标本的全腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术操作安全、创伤小、疼痛轻、更美观,可达到根治性切除的效果。并且可对更高位置的结肠肿瘤如降结肠癌实施全腹腔镜下手术切除,经肛取出标本,在肿瘤根治的基础上进一步提高了微创性。福建省科技计划引导性项目(No.2015D008);;福建省卫生系统中青年人才骨干培养项目(No.2015-ZQN-JC-42

    Grid Computing Workflow Scheduling Clonal Selection Algorithm with Multi-QoS Constraints

    多QOS约束下的工作流调度是网格计算中难以求解的问题.在深入剖析该问题难解性基础上,采用克隆选择算法求解该问题.首先通过增加网格服务的唯一标识,简化工作流调度的编码方式.其次,提出QOS偏好的概念,将调度问题的目标函数转换为适应值函数.该算法具有QOS属性的可扩展性.最后通过大量实验,优化算法参数,与基于遗传算法、蚁群算法的调度算法对比,克隆选择算法求解效率较优.在扩展情况下,与单一QOS约束下的时间、费用贪婪算法对比,克隆选择算法能进行最优调度.Workflow scheduling with multi-QoS constraints is hard to be solved under the grid computing environment.A clonal selection algorithm,named EvoWF,is proposed to solve workflow scheduling problem based on deep analysis on the difficulty of this problem.The encoding of working scheduling is simplified by adding the grid service identification.The concept of QoS preference is proposed,which converts object function of workflow scheduling to fitness function,and QoS attributes can be extended.Compared to genetic algorithm and ant colony optimization,EvoWF is more efficient.In extension,EvoWF gets the same optimum scheduling results compared with the single-QoS constraint greed time or cost algorithm.Moreover,the effect of parameters is analyzed by experiments.国家自然科学基金项目(No.60672018;40774065);国家863计划项目(No.2006AA01Z129)资

    Preparation and Characterization of TiO_2 Nanotubes Array by Anodic Oxidation in Anionic Modified Glycerol-Based Electrolyte

    本文采用电化学阳极氧化法以含氟的甘油和水混合溶液为电解液在纯钛表面制备了一层排列规整的TIO2纳米管阵列,研究了电解液中额外添加3种2价阴离子、不同的电解时间及不同的添加物浓度等因素对所获得的TIO2纳米管阵列形貌的影响。结果表明,在改性电解液中制备的TIO2纳米管阵列的长度均超过了未改性的电解液中制备的,并随着氧化时间的增长,纳米管管口直径增大,管壁变薄;同时添加的(nH4)2TIf6浓度在0.025~0.1 MOl.l-1范围内均可获得管长更长且形貌较好的TIO2纳米管阵列。High-order TiO2 nanotube arrays on titanium foils were prepared in glycerol-based electrolyte containing fluorine and water by electrochemical anodic oxidation in this work.The influence of different dianion additives,different oxidation duration and concentration of electrolyte additives on the effect of the morphology of TiO2 nanotube arrays were investigated.Results showed that the length of TiO2 nanotube arrays in the modified electrolyte were longer than the samples in the unmodified electrolyte.And with the growth of oxidation duration,the diameter of the nanotubes increased,the wall were thinner;moreover better and longer TiO2 nanotube arrays can be prepared in the glycerol-based electrolyte with the range of the concentration of(NH4)2TiF6.国家自然科学基金(No.30970887;30600149); 卫生部科学研究基金(No.WKJ2008-02-037); 福建省杰青项目(No.2011J06019); 教育部重点项目(No.209061); 福建省纳米材料重点实验室科学基金(No.NM10-03)资助项

    Expression and Localization of Nucleophosmin During HMBA-induced Differentiation in Human Hepatocarcinoma SMMC-7721 Cells

    To explore the existence and distribution of nucleophosmin in the nuclear matrix and its co-localization with the other related gene products following HMBA treatment in the human hepatocarcinoma SMMC-7721 cells,the nuclear matrix of SMMC-7721 cells was extracted pre/post HMBA induced differentiation.2D PAGE proteomics analyses showed that nucleophosmin existed in the fractions of nuclear matrix proteins and was down-regulated after HMBA treatment with further confirmation by Western blot analysis.The immunofluorescence observation revealed that nucleophosmin located in the nuclear matrix,HMBA treatment altered its expression level and distribution profile.The co-localization of nucleophosmin with cancer-related genes and the products of oncogenes or tumor repression genes,including c-fos,c-myc,p53 and Rb,using laser scanning confocal microscopy,were evaluated,and substantial differences were observed following HMBA treatment.The results implies that nucleophosmin,as a nuclear matrix protein,the level of its expression and the colocalization with cancer-related gene products may play an important role during the differentiation of SMMC-7721 cell.国家自然科学基金资助项目(No.30470877)~
