    2018年安溪珠塔内窑调查报告

    2018年5月至7月,厦门大学历史系考古专业、福建博物院文物考古研究所及安溪县博物馆等单位联合组成\"安溪古窑址调查队\",对安溪珠塔内窑进行了全面的调查,基本了解珠塔内窑古窑址分布与保存情况,采集了一批明末清初的青花瓷器、白瓷与窑具标本,并发现部分窑炉遗迹,为研究闽南地区青花瓷窑业发展提供了第一手资料

    本文研究了一种新型平面双核Cu配合物 (deCu)的电化学性质及其修饰电极在水溶液中对半胱氨酸和L_色氨酸的电催化作用 .悬汞电极循环伏安曲线示出 ,在 - 0 .5V和 - 0 .2 5V处显示的还原峰分别对应于配体和配合物中心金属离子的还原反应 .光谱电化学实验进一步表明 :电位价跃至 - 0 .75V时 ,在 4 40nm处出现Cu(Ⅱ )向低价铜的电子跃迁吸收峰 ,而紫外光谱在 2 70和 2 80nm两处出现的吸收峰红移 ,这可能是因为配合物分子氧桥联发生配位形成大偶合体系所致 .利用循环伏安法制备deCu/GC和deCu/石墨碳修饰电极 ,实验表明 ,该修饰电极修饰膜的氧 /还反应为 2电子 2质子过程 ,并对半胱氨酸和L_色氨酸等具有较好的电催化氧化效果In this paper,the cyclic voltammetric and spectroelectrochemical behaviors of μ _oxamido Copper(Ⅱ) Binuclear Complex (deCu) in PBS were studied.Cyclic voltammograms of this complex in PBS(pH=9)exhibited two reductive peaks( E pc1 =-0.25 V, E pc2 =-0.50 V)at hanging mercury drop electrode(HMDE),peaks at -0.50 V and -0.25 V corresponded to the reduction of ligand and copper(Ⅱ)_complex, respectively.The spectroelectrochimical experiments showed that there was a new absorption band at 440 nm,and the absorption peaks at 270 nm,280 nm red shifted to 300 nm,310 nm under potential of -0.75 V.It was meant that the Cu(Ⅱ) turned into low valent copper,simultaneously,a new large coupling system occurred.The redox reaction of film was measured two electrons and two protons transition process by cyclic voltammetry.Especially the deCu modified electrode showed a good catalytic ability to cysteine,L_Tryptophan as well as L_Proline.作者联系地址:济南大学化学与环境工程学院,济南大学化学与环境工程学院,济南大学化学与环境工程学院,济南大学化学与环境工程学院 山东济南250022 ,山东济南250022 ,山东济南250022 ,山东济南250022Author's Address: School of Chemistry & Environmental Engineering,University of Jinan,Jinan 250022,Chin

    应用电化学法和光谱电化学法研究了脯氨酸膜修饰电极的制备 ,用循环伏安法探讨了该膜的电化学性质及其对甲醛的催化氧化 .该电极催化稳定性良好 ,在NaOH溶液中 ,掺杂Ni (Ⅱ )后的脯氨酸膜修饰电极对甲醛和乙醇的氧化均有一定的催化活性 ,但对甲醛的催化活性更佳The proline film modified electrode and its electrochemical behavior was studied by cyclic voltammetry and spectroelectrochemistry . After incorporation of Ni(Ⅱ), the cyclic voltammograms of the proline Ni(Ⅱ) film electrode exhibited a typical redox peak, which appeared at potential of 0.52 V anodic and 0.44 V cathodic in NaOH. The formal potentials E ' were linearly dependent on the pH, and the peak currents ip were linearly dependent on the square root of the scan rates,thus charge transfer in the film was controlled by diffusion. The diffusion coefficient is figured out to be 2×10 -10 cm 2·s -1 . The catalytic oxidation peaks of formaldehyde and ethanol occurred at 0.67 V and 0.62 V respectively,much more negative than the potential at Pro/GC and the bare glassy carbon (GC) electrode in 0.1 mol·L -1 NaOH. Experimental results showed that the reaction orders of formaldehyde and OH - were 1 and 2 respectively. The anodic peak. currents of formaldehyde and ethanol were proportional to their concentrations between 10 -6 ~10 -4 mol·L -1 and 3×10 -4 ~3×10 -3 mol·L -1 respectively. More importantly, the electrode stability in electrocatalytic oxidation of formaldehyde was very good .
