    基于邻域粗糙集的多标记属性约简算法

    在多标记学习中,属性约简是解决多标记数据维数灾难的一个关键技术.针对邻域粗糙集属性约简在计算正域代价较大和多标记数据中标记具有不同的强弱性问题,提出了基于邻域粗糙集的多标记属性约简算法.该算法首先利用样本在整个属性空间下到其异类样本的平均距离与到其同类样本的平均距离的差值对标记进行加权;其次,利用取整函数对样本空间进行划分,提出了一种新的多标记邻域粗糙集快速计算正域的方法;最后,根据前向贪心搜索算法进行属性约简,以获得一组新的属性排序.实验给出了5个多标记数据集在4个评价准则上的对比结果,实验结果分析表明了所提算法的有效性.国家青年科学基金项目(N61603173);;福建省自然科学基金项目(2018J01422);;浙江省海洋大数据挖掘与应用重点实验室开放课题(OBDMA201603

    大黄预防慢性重型肝炎患者胃肠功能衰竭的研究

    目的:研究大黄对慢性重型肝炎患者胃肠功能衰竭的预防作用。并探讨其机理。方法:选择慢性乙型重型肝炎患者108例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,分别检测治疗前后血清TNF-α、sIL-2R及内毒素水平的变化,比较治疗组和对照组中毒性鼓肠的发生率。结果:治疗组经大黄治疗后血清TNF-α及内毒素水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);同对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组中毒性鼓肠的发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:大黄可降低血清TNF-α及内毒素的水平,保护胃肠粘膜,减少胃肠衰竭的发生,提高重型肝炎患者的存活率

    Empirical Study on Herd Behavior of China's Securities and lnvestment Funds

    基于2 0 0 3年3月-2 0 0 5年3月之间中国开放式基金的投资组合的数据进行分析,运用wermers(1 9 9 9)对于LSV模型的羊群行为测度的修正方法,对基金持有的股票进行各种特征的分类的羊群行为测度,得出中国存在比较严重的羊群行为。从对基金持有股票的特征分析得出羊群行为在高收益的小股票和上期回报率高、下期回报率高的股票上程度也比较明显。从基金成立日、投资类型分析得出新基金、股票型的基金的羊群行为程度高。而利用下期回报率对羊群行为的理性和非理性进行分析得出中国的开放式基金可能为假羊群行为的结论。 Abstract : Based on the data of the investment portfolios from March 2003 to March 2005 , by using the Wermers (1999) modified LSV model , this paper measures the herd behavior in the stocks hold by the funds according to various sorted characteristics ,and concludes that there is rather severe herd behavior . From analyses of the characteristics of the stocks hold by funds , it shows that herd behavior is obvious in the stocks with high earning , small cap , high previous return and high next return1 From analyses of the date of foundation and types of investment , it shows that herd behavior in new and equity funds is in high degree1 And from analyses of the rationality and irrationality of herd behavior by the next period return , the conclusion is that herd behavior in China’s open funds may be not true

    以多孔乙酸纤维膜为载体,17β-雌二醇为模板,采用紫外光引发制备了17β-雌二醇乙酸纤维分子印迹复合膜。试验对膜的选择吸附性和分离透过性进行了探讨。实验结果表明,所合成的乙酸纤维分子印迹复合膜对模板分子17β-雌二醇具有较好的选择吸附性,吸附量达10.2μMOl/g;17β-雌二醇/17α-炔雌醇的分离因子为4.7。膜透过实验表明,该分子印迹复合膜能将17β-雌二醇与17α-炔雌醇分离开,表明17α-炔雌醇作为结构类似物在复合膜上的结合牢固性不如模板分子。In this paper,the 17β-Estradiol molecularly imprinted composite membrane through UV initiation was prepared by using porous cellulose acetate membrane as support.The selective binding properties and separation capacity of the membranes were investigated.The results showed that the 17β-Estradiol molecularly imprinted composite membrane had high binding capacity for 17β-Estradiol,the binding amount Q for 17β-Estradiol was 10.2 μmol/g and separation factor was 4.7 for 17β-Estradiol/17α-ethinylestradiol.Permeation experiment results showed that the molecularly imprinted composite membrane could separate 17β-Estradiol from 17α-ethinylestradiol.The bonding force between 17α-ethinylestradiol and the membrane was weaker than the template.福建省教育厅B类项目(JB09241

    Chiral Separation of Rosiglitazone Sodium by Aqueous/Nonaqueous Capillary Electrophoresis

    以环糊精及其衍生物为手性选择剂,通过优化缓冲液的浓度、酸度以及采用环糊精的种类和浓度等,建立了罗格列酮钠对映体的水介质和非水介质两种毛细管电泳拆分方法。最佳条件为:150 mmol/LTris-H3PO4缓冲液,pH=2.0,含有1 mmol/Lβ_CD或DM_β_CD,10%(φ)甲醇的运行液,分离电压为25 kV,检测波长215 nm。也可以使用含有9 mmol/L HDMS_β_CD,20 mmol/L磷酸和10 mmol/L NaOH的甲醇电泳液。两种拆分体系均实现了罗格列酮钠对映体的基线分离,而且拆分效率基本相当。方法简便、快速,可作为罗格列酮钠的手性分离方法。HPCE methods for separating and determining the rosiglitazone sodium enantiomers were estabˉlished.The effects of buffer concentration,pH,and the type and concentrations of CDs in the chiral separaˉtion of rosiglitazone sodium were investigated.The buffer solution used in aqueous capillary electrophoresis(ACE)was150mmol/L Tris-H 3 PO 4 solution,pH=2.0,containing1mmol/Lβ-CD or DM-β-CD,and10%(φ)methanol.The voltage applied was25kV,and the detective wavelength was215nm.In addiˉtion,a simple method for the separation of rosiglitazone sodiumenantiomers was described by nonaqueous capˉillary electrophoresis(NACE)after establishing suitable separation conditions.Under the experiment condiˉtions adopted,the baseline separation of rosiglitazone sodium enantiomers was obtained by the two methods.The proposed methods were simple,rapid and accurate,and could be used for the chiral separation of rosiglitaˉzone sodium
