    Effects of Aqueous Extracts of Coptis Chinensis Franch and Prunus Mume on Intestinal Bacteria in Vitro

    通过滤纸片法初步测定了黄连和乌梅水提液的抗菌性能,用比浊法进一步考察了它们对5种肠道菌体外生长的影响。结果表明,0.001 g/mL黄连和乌梅水提液均能够有效抑制产气荚膜梭菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长,轻微促进干酪乳杆菌的生长,但对嗜酸乳杆菌的生长只有微弱的抑制作用。0.01 g/mL黄连水提液对大肠杆菌的生长影响不大。而0.001 g/mL乌梅水提液可促进大肠杆菌的生长,但当质量浓度升高至0.005 g/mL时,则对大肠杆菌的生长表现出抑制作用。因此,黄连、乌梅水提液可能是潜在的益生元,是功能性食品配料、绿色饲料添加剂的候选者。The effects of aqueous extracts from C.chinensis Franch root(Coptis root)-derived and P.mume fruit-derived materials on the growth of intestinal bacteria were examined firstly by using impregnated paper disk method,and further by using spectrophotometric method.Both Coptis root and P.mume extracts exhibited potent inhibition against Clostridium perfringens and Staphylococcus aureus at mass concentration as low as 0.001 g/mL,whereas only weak inhibitory activity was detected against Lactobacillus acidophilus.Moreover,growth of Lactobacillus casei was slightly promoted by both extracts at the same mass concentration.No inhibition against Escherichia coli was observed from treatment with Coptis root extracts even at 0.01 g/mL.On the contrary,P.mume extracts showed slight stimulation effects on the growth of E.coli at 0.001 g/mL,but exhibited significant growth inhibition at 0.005 g/mL.These results indicated that Coptis extracts and P.mume extracts may be potential prebiotics,and could be alternatives for functional food additives and green feed additives

    低龄DDH患儿初次开放复位术中股骨截骨必要性的前瞻性随机对照试验研究方案

    回顾性研究发现,股骨截骨术并非低龄DDH患儿手术治疗所必须的,而应根据患儿具体情况合理选择;本研究通过多中心前瞻性研究进一步探讨对于18个月至3岁DDH患儿是否要行股骨截骨术。FSODDH项目为一项多中心前瞻性随机对照临床试验研究。研究设计拟招募200名单侧低龄DDH患儿,随机分成股骨截骨组(n=100)和股骨不截骨组(n=100)。股骨截骨组患儿全部采取髋关节开放复位术、骨盆截骨术及股骨截骨术治疗;股骨不截骨组患儿全部采取髋关节开放复位术及骨盆截骨术治疗;术后定期随访至少2年。收集术前、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月、术后1年及术后2年的髋关节正位X线影像资料,比较两组患儿的髋臼指数、股骨头坏死率、再脱位率、术中出血量、手术时间和住院天数等临床指标。这一多中心前瞻性研究将能为低龄DDH患儿是否需行股骨截骨术提供循证医学证据

    对滚式齿轮纵扭复合超声滚压系统设计与分析

    为解决目前齿轮超声滚压强化因设备的限制及振动的单一性导致强化效率低、作用范围小等问题,提出了一种新的对滚式齿轮纵扭复合超声滚压系统,包括纵扭复合变幅杆及与之匹配的工具齿轮。基于理论计算的方法推导出圆锥形复合变幅杆频率方程,求得相关设计参数。在圆锥段开螺旋槽并装配齿轮,利用有限元分析方法研究纵扭复合振动、计算齿面处纵扭复合振动位移及轨迹。采用单因素变量法及有限元分析方法并引入参数扭纵振比,研究槽数、槽深、槽宽、螺旋角等不同螺旋槽参数对纵扭复合超声振动的影响规律,得到最优的参数组合,采用轻量化方法设计出工具齿轮。结果证明,纵扭复合变幅杆设计满足要求,齿轮轻量化设计并装配后得到有效纵扭复合振动。在圆锥形复合变幅杆圆锥段开槽可产生纵扭复合振动,扭转振动效果主要与螺旋槽槽数、槽深、槽宽、螺旋角等参数相关;与工具齿轮装配得到对滚式齿轮纵扭复合超声滚压系统,为新的齿轮纵扭复合超声滚压装置工作性能达成提供了技术支撑

    Fringing Field Effects of Nonsymmetrical Large Angle Rectangular Type Septum

    切割磁铁是环型加速器常用的注入引出元件之一,其在非偏转方向上对束流的影响,直接关系到注入引出束流的轨道匹配。对大角度非对称矩形切割磁铁杂散磁场的影响进行了分析,指出其在非偏转方向上对束流有一定的偏转量,而且此偏转量是不可忽略的。另外,介绍了HIRFL-CSR主环注入切割磁铁对注入轨道匹配的影响,并提出了一种补偿方案,进行了初步的补偿。As important components, magnet septums are often used to separate beams inside and outside ring accelerators. If the septum has bending effect on non-intended bending direction, it will influence orbit matching. The fringing field effects of non-symmetrical large angle rectangular type septum is investi-gated in this paper. In some condition, the non-intended bending can't be neglected.     采用多粒子跟踪程序BEAMPATH 对SSC-LINAC 重离子RFQ 直线加速器进行动力学模拟,分别对RFQ 的接受度、高频特性、束流稳定性、空间电荷效应等进行了分析。该RFQ具有很大的纵向接受度,有利于束流在RFQ中的传输;高频特性研究表明,翼间电压设定在理论值以上时,该RFQ都能保持较好的束流特性;束流稳定性分析结果表明,该RFQ具有很大的束流失配容忍度;空间电荷效应研究表明,当束流强度低于0.5 mA时,束流传输不受影响。综合研究结果表明,53.667 MHz重离子RFQ具有较好的动力学特性,满足SSC-LINAC直线加速器的设计要求。The RFQ beam dynamics of a heavy ion linac was investigated in this paper and the BEAMPATH code was employed in this study. The main research was focused on the beam performances depending on longitudinal acceptance, RF properties, beam instability and space charge effect. The RFQ has large longitudinal acceptance in design, which brings the beam performances well. In the RF parameter study, the beam can keep good transmission in the acceleration even the vane voltage is larger than the theoretical value. It is also shown that the RFQ has a large robustness for the mismatch of the input beam by the analysis of the beam instability. Furthermore, the beam evolution is independent on the space charge effect when the beam current is less than 0.5 em A. The preliminary analysis of the beam dynamics shows that the 53.667 MHz heavy ion RFQ has a promising performance, which meets the requirements of SSC-LINAC.国家自然科学基金创新研究群体科学基金; 国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项

    对HIRFL CSR的原形磁铁进行了试制和研究.尝试了一种新的改善磁场分布的方法:在不增大极头的条件下使用两根内置导线,实践证明是可行的.用OPERA 2D和TOSCA 3D软件分析了垫补电流对中、低场的影响,同时也介绍了这块C型二极磁铁的制作工艺及磁场测量结果.<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);">The C-type dipole prototypes in the injection beam line from a Separate Sector Cyclotron (SSC) to Cooling Storage Ring (CSR) are selected as R &amp;. D for CSR magnets fabrication, because they have large bending angle and small radius, and are very difficult to stack and fabricate. A method to obtain good field homogeneity has been attempted in the C-type dipole prototype. This method is not the enlarged dipole pole but two imbedded conductors and two small power supplies. This is easy operating and lower cost. It is proved that this is a good way to improve the quality of dipoles. The fabrication technic and measured results are also involved in this article</span

    采用多粒子跟踪程序BEAMPATH对53.667 MHz RFQ进行模拟计算,基于RFQ腔体冷测、机械测量的结果,在考虑其入口束流不稳定性、电压不平整度、高频系统稳定度、加工误差、安装误差等因素的情况下,对RFQ的出口束流品质和不稳定性进行了系统分析。结果表明,在现有的加工、安装水平下,提高RFQ入口束流稳定度和高频系统稳定度对束流在RFQ中的传输十分必要。<div> Based on the database from RFQ cavity cold model test and tip-pole geometry measurement,53.667 MHz RFQ was simulated by BEAMPATH code.The RFQ output beam quality and instability were analyzed as functions of input beam instability, voltage roughness,stability of RF control system,RFQ manufacturing error,and misalignment. According to these results,it shows that it is essential for beam transmission in RFQ to improve input beam stability and RF control system stability at the pre-sent level of machining and alignment.</div> <div> &nbsp;</div

In the design, the shape of the lamination is optimized by 2-D magnetic field calculation. Also, in order to decrease the leakage field and obtain a satisfied field distribution, a special auxiliary coil and a shield iron plate are considered and as well as the construction of the septum leg is treated in a special way. As a result, the leakage field is almost zero and the inhomogeneity is less than 0.1% even in the area very near to the septum leg.国家科学工
