Kohn anomalies in momentum dependence of magnetic susceptibility of some three-dimensional systems

We study a question of presence of Kohn points, yielding at low temperatures non-analytic momentum dependence of magnetic susceptibility near its maximum, in electronic spectum of some three-dimensional systems. In particular, we consider one-band model on face centered cubic lattice with hopping between nearest and next-nearest neighbors, which models some aspects of the dispersion of ZrZn$_2$, and the two-band model on body centered cubic lattice, modeling the dispersion of chromium. For the former model it is shown that Kohn points yielding maxima of susceptibility exist in a certain (sufficiently wide) region of electronic concentrations; the dependence of the wave vectors, corresponding to the maxima, on the chemical potential is investigated. For the two-band model we show existence of the lines of Kohn points, yielding maximum of the susceptibility, which position agrees with the results of band structure calculations and experimental data on the wave vector of antiferromagnetism of chromium.Comment: 13 pages, 9 figures. Development of fruit diseases of microbial origin during storage at treatment with antioxidant compositions

Встановлено, що досліджувані антиоксидантні композиції пригнічували розвиток епіфітних мікроорганізмів на поверхні плодів протягом зберігання. Було зафіксовано підвищення їх стрес-толерантності. Результати експерименту доводять зменшення рівня щодобових втрат від мікробіологічних захворювань у 2…3,5 разів. Найбільший позитивний ефект при зберіганні усіх видів плодів був отриманий при обробці композицією на основі дистинолу і лецитину

Інтерпретація комунікативної поведінки як засіб формування міжкультурної комунікативної компетенції (Communicative behavior interpretation as a means of developing intercultural communicative competence)

У статті розглядається міжкультурна комунікативна компетенція, як важливий фактор успішного міжнародного взаємодії, представлено її визначення та структура. Аналізується комунікативна поведінка та вміння її інтерпретувати як складова структури міжкультурної комунікативної компетенції. Обґрунтовується, що навчання комунікативної поведінки, яке відповідає певному національному стилю комунікації, є важливою умовою підвищення ефективності формування міжкультурної комунікативної компетенції та має стати необхідною складовою змісту навчання іноземних мов. (The article considers intercultural communicative competence as the major factor of international interaction. Its definition and content module structure have been presented. Communicative behavior and the ability to its interpretation have been analysed as an intercultural communicative competence structure unit. The authors stress that researches of communicative behavior are of great importance for understanding the intentions of a member of a different lingua-culture. Intercultural training is aimed at developing empathy, critical tolerance, intercultural awareness and the ability to avoid conflicts through foreign language acquisition. In order to develop intercultural knowledge and skills communicative patterns should be modelled and interpreted in terms of communicative behavior of different culture. This can result in the adequate choice of both the right strategies and foreign language means as well as elimination of stereotypes. And the latter are socially marked linguistic units. As a result learners should be able to adequately perceive and interpret different cultural values; regard various cultural phenomena from the position of empathy; reconsider and sometimes alter one’s perception of different culture together with building skills and experience of intercultural communication; change self-assessment as a result of foreign culture acquisition and denial stereotypes and prejudices; accept new knowledge of different culture for better understanding of one’s own culture; accumulate and generalise one’s own experience in intercultural dialogue. The authors justify that communicative behaviour training that corresponds to the relevant national style of communication is an important condition for the efficiency of intercultural competence development. It should become the necessary component of foreign language training.

Formation of integrated energy efficiency indicator for mining industry companies

Purpose. Justification of the principles for assessing the competitive status of Ukrainian mining companies’ energy efficiency as a derivative of electricity consumption and qualitative estimation of the companies’ competitive positions in terms of their energy efficiency. Methods. The research is based on the model for assessing the competitive status of energy efficiency as a derivative of electricity consumption. The composite method of estimating the company’s electricity consumption comprises determination of the competition intensity indicator along with the assessment of the energy market capacity. Findings. The indicators of internal potential of enterprises’ electricity consumption, the competitive position in certain segments of the electricity consumption market, the company’s ability to withstand the influence of external factors are determined. Analysis of the conducted calculations allowed to identify leaders and outsiders among the companies competing for energy efficiency status. Originality. Estimation of the energy efficiency status level of Ukrainian mining companies contains new approaches to using mathematical and statistical analysis methods modified in accordance with the industry specifics. Practical implications. The obtained results can be used to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the electricity consumption management. Considering the company life cycle will allow to assess its financial resources, its ability to achieve a certain level of energy resources efficient use and to determine the external and internal factors that influence the management of the company power supply, and to predict changes in its energy consumption indicators.Мета. Обґрунтування засад оцінювання конкурентного статусу енергоефективності гірничорудних підприємств України як похідної енергоспоживання та визначення якісної оцінки конкурентної позиції енергоефективності підприємств. Методика. Дослідження базується на побудові моделі оцінювання конкурентного статусу енергоефективності як похідної електроспоживання із застосуванням методів математичної статистики. Складовою методики оцінювання електроспоживання підприємства є визначення показника інтенсивності конкуренції разом із оцінкою місткості енергоринку. Результати. Визначені показники внутрішнього потенціалу електроспоживання підприємств, конкурентної позиції в окремих сегментах ринку електроспоживання, спроможність підприємства протистояти впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища. Аналіз отриманих розрахунків дозволив визначити підприємства-лідери та підприємства-аутсайдери відносно конкурентного статусу енергоефективності. Наукова новизна. Оцінювання рівня статусу енергоефективності гірничорудних підприємств України містить нові підходи до використання методів математико-статистичного аналізу, модифікованих відповідно до галузевих особливостей. Практична значимість. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для здійснення всебічного аналізу управління енергоспоживанням. Врахування життєвого циклу підприємства дозволить оцінювати фінансові ресурси підприємства, здатність підприємства досягти певного рівня ефективного використання енергоресурсів і визначити зовнішні та внутрішні чинники, що впливають на управління енергопостачанням підприємства, прогнозувати зміни показників його енерговитрат.Цель. Обоснование принципов оценки конкурентного статуса энергоэффективности горнорудных предприятий Украины как производной электропотребления и определение качественной оценки конкурентной позиции энергоэффективности предприятий. Методика. Исследование базируется на построении модели оценки конкурентного статуса энергоэффективности как производной электропотребления с использованием методов математической статистики. Составляющей методики оценки электропотребления предприятия является определение показателя интенсивности конкуренции совместно с оценкой емкости энергорынка. Результаты. Определены показатели внутреннего потенциала электропотребления предприятий, конкурентная позиция в отдельных сегментах рынка электропотребления, способность предприятия противостоять воздействию факторов внешней среды. Анализ полученных расчетов позволил определить предприятия-лидеры и предприятия-аутсайдеры относительно конкурентного статуса энергоэффективности. Научная новизна. Оценка уровня статуса энергоэффективности горнорудных предприятий Украины содержит новые подходы к использованию методов математико-статистического анализа, модифицированных в соответствии с отраслевыми особенностями. Практическая значимость. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для осуществления всестороннего анализа управления энергопотреблением.
