The aim of this paper is to identify the talent´s target group in Škoda Auto company and to propose a development program, which would allow these employees their career promotion and extend the possibilities of their further education. The diploma paper is divided into a theoretical part and its application. The theoretical part is based on general assumptions of human resource management and staff training, with reference to the importance of a human factor and talent management in the company. The practical part is focused on the mapping of talents in Škoda Auto company, where I consider the survey among employees as the most important. The result is a proposal of a development program for the new talent´s target group. The program is designed with regard to the identified deficits and educational activities of the respondents, that emerged from the questionnaire survey. In conclusion I summarise contributions together with an assessment of the effectiveness of the program and its implementation in the future.Má diplomová práce s názvem {\clqq}Návrh rozvojového programu pro novou cílovou skupinu talentů ve firmě Škoda Auto a.s.`` je zaměřena na řízení a práci s talentem v podniku. Cílem práce je identifikovat cílovou skupinu talentů ve firmě Škoda Auto a navrhnout rozvojový program, který by těmto zaměstnancům umožnil jejich kariérový postup a rozšířil možnosti jejich dalšího vzdělávání. Práci jsem koncipovala do části teoretické a části praktických poznatků. Teoretická část vychází z obecných předpokladů řízení lidských zdrojů a vzdělávání zaměstnanců, s poukázáním na důležitost lidského faktoru a řízení talentů ve firmě. V praktické části se zaměřuji na zmapování talentů ve firmě Škoda Auto a.s., kde za určující považuji dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Výsledkem je návrh rozvojového programu pro novou cílovou skupinu talentů, jenž je koncipován s ohledem na zjištěné deficity a vzdělávací aktivity respondentů, které vyplynuly z dotazníkového šetření. V závěru shrnuji přínosy, spolu s posouzením efektivity programu a jeho realizaci v budoucnu

Intertextuality in Game of Thrones series

This diploma thesis deals with intertextuality in Game of Thrones series from the academic perspective. The thesis presents a comprehensive summary of selected intertexts including their classification according to the different types of semantic connection. The theoretical frame is based on the theoretical approaches of leading intertextuality theorists in literature and culture in general. In addition, it reflects the position of Game of Thrones series in the cultural mainstream, both in regards of its popularity and dissapointment of viewers over the final series. Based on national and international critical reviews, this diploma thesis analyzes the genre changes in Game of Thrones and focuses especially on the shared features with the soap opera genre. The fantasy genre specifics and its possible influence on reality is also briefly described. The methodological part summarizes the analytical tools and formulates research questions. According to the different types of semantic connection, the analysis is divided into three parts: the referential intertextulity (the connection to history), the intertextuality between texts (the connection to other works of culture) and the inner intertextuality (the connection to other elements inside the series). The first part of the analysis describes...Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem intertextuality v seriálu Hra o trůny z akademické perspektivy. Práce podává ucelený souhrn vybraných intertextů včetně jejich klasifikace podle různých typů významového navazování. Teoretickým východiskem jsou přístupy předních teoretiků zabývajících se intertextualitou v literatuře a kultuře vůbec. Práce se věnuje pozici seriálu Hra o trůny v kulturním mainstreamu a reflektuje diváckou úspěšnost i zklamání ze závěru seriálu. Na základě kritických ohlasů práce analyzuje proměny žánrů v seriálu a zvláštní pozornost věnuje sdíleným rysům s žánrem soap opery. Krátce pojednává také specifika fantasy žánru a možnosti jeho působení na skutečnost. V metodologické části práce předestírá uplatněné analytické nástroje a formuluje výzkumné otázky. Podle typů významového navazování je analýza rozdělena na tři části: referenční intertextualita (návaznost na historii), mezitextové navazování (návaznost na kulturní díla) a vnitřnětextové navazování (návaznost na jiné prvky seriálu). V první části analýza popisuje vybrané reference na historické události, osobnosti, zvyky a reálie. Druhá část analýzy se věnuje vybraným intertextům navazujícím na existující fantasy díla. Survey Sketch for Dividing of the Land in Cadastre Unit Pohřebačka

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhotovení geometrického plánu pro rozdělení pozemku v katastrálním území Pohřebačka. První část práce je teoretická a zabývá se geometrickým plánem, jeho účely a obsahem, také záznamem podrobného měření změn, ověřováním výsledků zeměměřických činností a katastrální mapou. V další části jsou popsány přípravné práce, rekognoskace a samotné měření. Následuje popis zpracování dat v programech Geus a Geometr. Následná ukázka zpracovaných náležitostí geometrického plánu a záznamu podrobného měření změn i s jejich popisem.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare a geometric plan for the division of land in the cadastral area of Pohřebačka. The first part of the work is theoretical and deals with the geometric plan, its purposes and content, as well as a record of detailed measurement of changes, verification of the results of surveying activities and a cadastral map. The next section describes the preparatory work, reconnaissance and the measurement itself. The following is a description of data processing in Geus and Geometr. Lůžkový nábytek pro děti

The diploma thesis deals with the design of children's bed furniture, specifically a baby bed. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with ergonomics, typology, materials used and, last but not least, safety requirements and standards when designing children's furniture. The second, practical, part focuses on the overall process of designing and manufacturing a baby bed regarding to it‘s functionality, safety and design. In this part is documented the overall process from the initial sketches and visualizations to the selected variant, its drawing documentation and the production process. The output of the work is a functional prototype in M 1:1 together with the calculation of material costs and correction of the technical solution
