katedra: KSS; přílohy: 1 CD ROM; rozsah: 80 s. (124 744)This bachelor thesis dealt with the problems of the women in the execution of a punishment focused on the Prison Světlá nad Sázavou. The aim of this work was to find out and describe the conditions of the execution of punishment of the women with their babies, having regarded their special position among the prison population. This work is composed from two main parts. The theoretical part brought out basic terms from the sphere of women criminality, criminal sanctions and the forms of the punishment and sentencing. By using the processing and presentation of the professional sources work described the difficulties connected with the execution. In the end of the theoretical part there was elaborated treatment program as a basic form of purposeful and complex treatment at the convicts. The practical part of the bachelor work explored whether convicted women staying in the specialized unit consider their punishment as appropriate and just. The method of the controlled dialogue and analysis of the company records were used for this purpose. The work resulted in suggested measures in the field of the prevention an in continuity of the post penitentiary care. Teoretická část objasňovala základní pojmosloví z oblasti kriminality žen, trestních sankcí a forem trestu a trestání. Pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů popisovala problémy spojené s výkonem trestu odnětí svobody. Práce vyústila v navrhovaná opatření v oblasti prevence a v kontinuitě postpenitenciární péče

Structure Analysis of Montmorillonite Intercalated with Cetylpyridinium and cetyltrimethylammonium : Molecular Simulations and XRD Analysis

    No full text
Molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics simulations combined with X-ray powder diffraction were used in srtucture investigation of montmorillonite intercalated with cetylpyridinium(CP) and cetyltrimetylammonium (CTA) cations. Molecular modeling revealed the interlayer strusture and differences in intercalation behavior of CP and CTA cations in montmorillonite. The experimental and calculated values of basal spacing were in good agreement for both intercalates: in the case of CP-montmorillonite d(exp) = 20.59 A, d(calc) = 20,60Afor CTA montmorillonite d(exp) = 18,00 A, d(calc) = 18,10 A. CTA-montmorillonite exhibits significantly higher total sublimation energy and higher host-guest interation energy than the CP montmorillonite. The main difference between both intercalates is in charge distribution on the host layers and guest species. The charge transfet from the guest species to the host layer is higher in CTA-montmorillonite than in CP - montmorillonite, and consequently the charge polarization between the host and guest layers is much higher in CTA-montmorillonite\This leads to the much stronger host-guest electrostatic interaction in the case of the CTA-montmorillonite

Analysis of nanostructured materials - Ph.D. course

    No full text
The Ph.D. student course includes four areas oriented on analytical training in the field of nano-scale materials. The first one is focused on the computer modeling of nano-structured systems using the molecular simulation in Cerius2 modeling environment, the second deals with nanoscale surface analysis using Atomic Force Microscopy, and the third brings advanced information about crystal structure analysis using single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction methods. The last area is oriented on analysis of materials by electron microscopy techniques. The Ph.D. student analytical course includes both theory and applications (training) of individual analytical procedures for various nano-structured materials (for example, nanotubes, intercalated and grafted clays, graphite, silicon wafers, polymer/clay nano-composites, and metalic thin multilayer materials)
