El 8 de septiembre de 2015, el Ejecutivo Federal envió a la Cámara de Diputados la iniciativa de decreto por el que se reforman y derogan diversas disposiciones de la Ley del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE). La iniciativa contiene como principal aspecto la trasformación de la Administradora de Fondos para el Retiro (AFORE) PENSIONISSSTE de órgano público desconcentrado a empresa de participación estatal mayoritaria. Deficiencia de zinc en los cultivos y correctores de carencia del micronutriente

Una gran cantidad de cultivos estan afectados por la deficiencia de zinc, siendo algunos de ellos los siguientes: cereales, leguminosas, algodón y tabaco. Debido a esta deficiencia se pueden tener perdidas de hasta un 30% en la producción de cereales de grano como el maiz, el trigo o el arroz sin la aparicion de síntomas visibles de estrés en la planta. Las deficiencias mas acusadas, manifestadas con sintomas en las hojas, pueden provocar mayores pérdidas en los cultivos, e incluso pueden llevar a la pérdida total de los mismos. La aplicación al suelo de productos fertilizantes que contienen distintas formas de zinc es una práctica habitual que tiene por objeto corregir dichas deficiencias. La efectividad de estos productos depende de numerosos factores, tales como el tipo de suelo y el tipo de cultivo

Measurement of Intrapreneurial Behavior In Mexican Trade Sector Companies

Currently, the topic of entrepreneurship seeks to understand entrepreneurial activity and the factors behind the generation of entrepreneurial activities. However, during the last decade a new construct known as corporate entrepreneurship (CE) or intrapreneurship (IE) is considered as a concept applied in different contexts and is not yet developed thoroughly within organizations. The objective of the study is to determine the validity of a measurement instrument, whose unit of analysis is focused on employees working in companies of the trade sector in the municipality of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, specifically aimed at administrative employees, middle and upper management in trade companies. For the content validity, a review by seven experts was applied, followed by a pilot test with a representative sample of 30 middle management employees, then a factor analysis and the validity of Cronbach's Alpha were developed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 software, resulting in the fulfillment of the criteria of both validity and reliability in the survey applied. Evaluación de algoritmos de detección de complejos QRS mediante las curvas de funcionamiento ROC, DET y EPC

Se presenta una metodología para la selección de modelos utilizados en detección de eventos, empleando las curvas de funcionamiento característica de operación del receptor (ROC - Receiver Operating Characteristic), compensación del error de detección (DET - Detection Error Trade-off) y curvas de desempeño esperado (EPC - Expected Performance Curve), las cuales asumen un criterio de mínimo error para evaluar modelos. Las curvas se evalúan sobre algoritmos de detección de complejos QRS en electrocardiografía utilizando la base de datos de arritmias del MIT [8]. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la mejor curva para representar el comportamiento de los métodos de detección es la curva EPC debido a que utiliza pruebas sobre conjuntos de entrenamiento y validación. Igualmente se obtiene que el mejor detector de complejos QRS es el basado en la amplitud y la primera derivada AF3.A methodology to select models used in detection is shown; it uses the performance curves named ROC, DET and EPC. These curves employ a criterion to evaluate the model based in obtaining a minimum error. Curves are applied over QRS complex detection algorithms using MIT Arrhythmia Database. Results show that the best curve for representing the behavior of the detection algorithms is the EPC curve, due to it uses training and test set. Validation of the Scale of Basic Psychological Needs towards Physical Exercise, with the Inclusion of Novelty

The purpose of this study was to validate and adapt to the Spanish context of Physical Education, the Spanish version of the Scale of Basic Psychological Needs in the context of physical exercise, with the incorporation of novelty to the scale. The sample that took part in the study was 2372 people from 16 to 48 years old from the province of Almeria. In order to analyze the psychometric properties of the scale, several analyses have been carried out. The results have offered support both for the eight-factor structure and for the higher-order double model where the eight subscales are joined into two constructs called frustration and satisfaction. The structure of both models was invariant with respect to gender and age. Cronbach’s alpha values were above 0.70 in the subscales and scales; and adequate levels of temporal stability. In addition, the subfactors pertaining to the satisfaction of basic psychological needs positively predicted the intrinsic motivation for physical activity, while each of the subfactors of the frustration of psychological needs predicted it negatively. The results of this study provide evidence of the reliability and validity of the BPNS in the Spanish context of physical activity

Current Stage of Marine Ceramic Grafts for 3D Bone Tissue Regeneration

Bioceramic scaffolds are crucial in tissue engineering for bone regeneration. They usually provide hierarchical porosity, bioactivity, and mechanical support supplying osteoconductive properties and allowing for 3D cell culture. In the case of age-related diseases such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, or other bone alterations as alveolar bone resorption or spinal fractures, functional tissue recovery usually requires the use of grafts. These bone grafts or bone void fillers are usually based on porous calcium phosphate grains which, once disposed into the bone defect, act as scaffolds by incorporating, to their own porosity, the intergranular one. Despite their routine use in traumatology and dental applications, specific graft requirements such as osteoinductivity or balanced dissolution rate are still not completely fulfilled. Marine origin bioceramics research opens the possibility to find new sources of bone grafts given the wide diversity of marine materials still largely unexplored. The interest in this field has also been urged by the limitations of synthetic or mammalian-derived grafts already in use and broadly investigated. The present review covers the current stage of major marine origin bioceramic grafts for bone tissue regeneration and their promising properties. Both products already available on the market and those in preclinical phases are included. La inserción profesional en el ámbito académico de los estudiantes avanzados de la carrera de Sociología de la UBA: ¿un sueño imposible?

En esta ponencia se analiza las expectativas de inserción en el ámbito académico de los estudiantes avanzados de la carrera de sociología de la UBA. Para ello se utilizarán los resultados provenientes del proyecto UBACyT “La enseñanza de metodología de investigación en sociología: una mirada desde los estudiantes”. A través de dicha investigación, se ha intentado reflexionar acerca de aspectos vinculados a la formación metodológica ofrecida por la Carrera de Sociología, desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes a medida que progresan en su cursada.
