MAPPING AND ANALYSIS THE OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTS AT PT DIRECT VISION
Carrying the “Astro” brand, PT Direct Vision (“PT DV”) provides subscription-based television access for homes and commercial establishments. PT DV transmits up-to-the-minute information and the latest in local and international entertainment to its satellite in orbit, which returns the signal to the Southeast Asia region. The transmission can only be translated into audio video using a digital multimedia system (“DMS”) made up of an outdoor mini-satellite dish, a decoder, and a smart card. DMS products are manufactured abroad and imported to be distributed to new subscribers. The purpose of this Final Project is to evaluate the current distribution system of DMS products and suggest alternatives to promote cost efficiency in the logistical operations. Overall cost of distribution was considered relatively high and opportunities to lower cost can be attributed to better planning and key performance indicators. The process reference model was used as an approach to evaluate the current distribution system and to present alternatives for improvement. Of the proposed alternatives, major points for improvement include utilizing regional distribution centers, appointing a third party logistics service provider, optimizing economic order quantity, and establishing key performance indicators

Investigation of The Influence of Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Mbnqa) On Health Service System Performance
Objective: The purpose of this research was to determine whether the application of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in health services can lead to efficiency in health services. Design/methodology/approach: This research explores the longitudinal outcome data of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in healthcare in terms of patient outcomes, as well as financial measures and healthcare efficiency and profitability. Increasing Higher Education Promotion Through a Coverage Focus Strategy for Mapping Characteristics of New Students
Nowadays, the promotion of higher education in Indonesia in attracting prospective students is quite intense. In the digital era, the role of digital media occupies the highest role in providing access to information and communication so that it becomes the most effective service used by universities. The coverage focus strategy is an option to incorporate digital media to find out the characteristics of new students. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. This study aims to determine the promotion strategy using the coverage focus technique and to determine the characteristics of prospective new students in tertiary institutions. The subjects in this study consisted of the college promotion team and prospective new students at Universitas PGRI WIRANEGARA. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires, then analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the promotion strategies carried out by Universitas PGRI WIRANEGARA are Advertising, Personal Selling, Publicity, and Word of Mouth. Management of five root canals in mandibular first molar tooth: A case report
The five root canals configuration is one of the abnormal morphology of molar teeth commonly found in the mandibular first molar. The treatment of mandibular first molar with five root canals, of which three were located in the distal root and two in the mesial root. A third canal was found between the distobuccal and distolingual root canals. Cleaning, shaping and filling the root canal system effectively is the basis of successful root canal treatment for aberrant canal configuration. The aim for this case report was present the importance of knowledge of the internal anatomy of five root canals for the success of endodontic treatment in mandibular first molar tooth. A 12 years old girl patient with dull pain in his right mandibular first molar since 5 days ago came to the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Trisakti Dental College and Hospitals. She left that his tooth has cavity since 2 years ago. Objective assessment showed a cavity extended to the pulp involving occlusal area (positive percussion test, negative palpation test). Radiographic examination showed cavity extended to the pulp with apical lesion and periodontal ligament widening on his right mandibular first molar tooth. A diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis with acute apical periodontitis was made for the mandibular right first molar. Pulpectomy treatment for 46 tooth was conducted. Endodontic success in teeth with the number of canals above that normally found requires a correct diagnosis and careful inspection. Morphological variations in pulpal anatomy must always be considered before beginning treatment. Although the incidence of root and canal variations is rare, every effort should be made to find and treat all canals for successful clinical results. Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Paztaholic Jl.cendarawasih 8 Demangan, YOGYAKARTA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, kualitas pelayanan yang dimaksud dibedakan menjadi 5, yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy.
Penelitian ini akan melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui beberapa metode pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Convenience Sampling. Semua data dianalisis dengan metode analisis persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari: 1) Kualitas pelayanan tangibles terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 2) Kualitas pelayanan reliability terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 3) Kualitas pelayanan responsiveness
terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 4) Kualitas pelayanan assurance terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 5) Kualitas pelayanan empathy terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 6) Kualitas pelayanan tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan
Respon Pemberian Pupuk Rock Phosphate terhadap Pertumbuhan Biji Kecambah Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk kimia rock phosphate yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) di pembibitan awal biji kecambah pre- nursery. Penelitian ini terdiri dari satu perlakuan yaitu pemberian pupuk rock posphate yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu P0: Dosis 5 g pupuk RP/tanaman, P1: 10 g pupuk RP/tanaman dan P2: 15 g pupuk RP/tanaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri 3 taraf dan setiap taraf di ulang sebanyak 20 ulangan (tanaman). Sehingga jumlah tanaman yang di amati sebanyak 60 tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengamatan waktu muncul tunas tidak memberikan pengaruh beda nyata pada semua perlakuan P1, P2 dan P3. Pengamatan Jumlah daun umur 30 hst tidak berbeda nyata sedangkan umur 60 dan 90 memberikan pengaruh beda nyata pada semua perlakuan P1, P2 dan P3. Pada dosis 10 g/tanaman untuk umur 60 hst rata-rata 2,65 helai, dosis 15 g/tanaman umur 90 hst rata-rata 3,93 helai. Pengamatan tinggi tanaman umur 30 hst tidak berbeda nyata sedangkan umur 60 berpengaruh beda nyata pada dosis 10 g/tanaman rata-rata 19,65 cm dan umur 90 hst berbeda nyata pada dosis 15 g/tanaman rata-rata 20,00 cm. Pengamatan diameter batang umur 60 hst tidak berbeda nyata sedangkan umur 90 hst memberikan pengaruh beda nyata pada dosis 15 g/tanaman rata-rata 0,30 mm
Pengaruh Latihan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai terhadap Hasil Smash Peserta Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli Pendidikan Olaharaga Universitas PGRI Palembang
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap hasil smash pada peserta ekstrakukikuler bola voli di Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas PGRI Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian One-Group Pratest-Posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler bola voli di Universitas PGRI Palembang. Instrument tes yang digunakan yaitu tes smash. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t-hitung (6,735) > t-tabel (2,405), hasil tersebut diartikan Ha: diterima dan Ho: di tolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh siknifikan latihan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil Kekuatan otot tungkai pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di Universitas PGRI Palembang, Pengaruh tersebut ditunjukan dengan meningkatnya kemampuan smash sebesar 30,35 %
