PERAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PEMBINAAN DAN PENGAWASAN PENYELENGGARAAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH DI SULAWESI SELATAN

Pendidikan merupakan elemen yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan oleh pemerintah, baik dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan maupun dalam pengawasannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan fakta dari penelitian secara deskriptif, yang diawali pada Analisa konteks kebijakan hingga penerapan kebijakan hasil wawancara tersebut akan dikaji dalam sudut pandang peran pemerintah dalam pelatihan dan pengawasan penyelenggaraan sekolah menengah di Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelatihan dan pengawasan penyelenggaraan sekolah menengah di Sulawesi Selatan belum maksimal jika dilihat berdasarkan indikator dalam kebijakan yang ada yaitu koordinasi lintas sektor Lembaga, fasilitasi dan penguatan kelembagaan, mencakup standar pelayanan minimal bidang Pendidikan, mendorong pemberdayaan dan peran serta masyarakat, pengawasan administratif, dan teknis edukatif

PELATIHAN PRAKTEK AKUNTANSI PERUSAHAAN DAGANG PADA SISWA SMK MUHAMMADYAH 3 TERPADU PEKANBARU

Tim PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) Politeknik LP3I Pekanbaru mengadakan Kegiatan pelatihan yang bertema “Pelatihan Praktek Akuntansi Perusahaan Dagang pada Siswa/i SMK Muhammadyah 3 Terpadu Pekanbaru”. Kegiatan ini ditujukan kepada para siswa/i SMK jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) . Lulusan SMK Selain bekerja di industri atau melanjutkan studi di jenjang pendidikan tinggi, juga diharapkan akan menjadi wirausaha kreatif hal ini disebabkan karena pengembangan minat kewirausahaan pada siswa/i Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dipandang strategis untuk menyiapkan generasi mendatang yang produktif dan berkarakter. Sehingga akan tercapailah   tujuan utama dari lulusan SMK  yaitu untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja, baik secara mandiri maupun bekerja pada orang lain. Peluang kerja SMK Jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) hingga saat ini masih banyak diminati, Untuk itu lah kegiatan ini dilakukan bagi siswa SMK jurusan AKL  agar semakin banyak nya para entrepreneur muda yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan para peserta lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan mampu membuat jurnal dan bahkan pembuatan laporan keuangan pada perusahaan dagang. Didukung dengan data Biro Pusat Statistik (BPS) dimana Pertumbuhan ekonomi di tahun 2022 mencapai 5,31% dan merupakan yang tertinggi sejak 2014.(Moegiarso, 2023

PENCAPAIAN KOMPETENSI LITERASI NUMERASI SISWA DENGAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING

Numerical literacy is an ability that needs and is very important to improve. So it is necessary to do research to improve students' numeracy literacy skills with the PBL model. This research is a quantitative research. The research method is pretest-posttest design with purposive sampling technique. Samples were selected randomly from the population. The population of this study were high school students in the South coast district. The sample was selected from schools that have A accreditation because seen from the data obtained, there are more schools that are accredited B and others. The conclusion is obtained by looking at the results of the given numeracy literacy skills which have previously been validated by experts in their fields. The conclusion obtained is that the achievement of the control class using PBL can effectively improve students' numeracy literacy skills, while the control class has not provided an effective increase in students' numeracy literacy abilities

Cause for optimism? Financial sanctions and the rise of the Sino-North Korean border economy

This article critically engages with recent arguments that financial sanctions are capable of overcoming the shortcomings of traditional trade sanctions as well as more targeted ‘smart sanctions.’ Much of the existing analysis of financial sanctions cites as evidence of their success the case of the US Treasury's 2005 accusations against Macao's Banco Delta Asia of facilitating North Korean money laundering. We argue, however, that analysis of the broader impact of financial sanctions on North Korea's principle bilateral economic relationship, namely the Sino-North Korean border economy, reveals that such measures have merely served to increase the scope of evasive economic activity. In particular, financial sanctions have meant that methods of trade settlement in the border economy are based primarily on cash and barter, with minimal recourse to the official banking system. This raises questions not only regarding the effectiveness of financial sanctions but also the degree to which they serve to provoke counter-responses that actively undermine the broader objectives pursued by sender states. Through examining the case of Sino-North Korean border economy, this article contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the shortcomings of financial sanctions as a tool of foreign policy

Perancangan dan Implementasi API PHP pada Sistem Autentifikasi Jaringan SMA N 7 Bengkulu Selatan

So using an authentication system using the PHP API can make settings or user management better such as speed settings, length of access time and other settings. Linux ubuntu server 20.04 is an open source operating system, this operating system is very good for use as a server because it does not require high hardware specifications and can also be obtained free of charge because it is open source. The authentication system is very well implemented at SMA N 7 Bengkulu Selatan, this is because SMA N 7 Begkulu Selatan already has and uses internet access and with an authentication system using the PHP API this can make network management better. Both in terms of user settings, time and speed. In authenticating using the authentication system with the PHP API, it does not require a long time to authenticate, which is less than 5 seconds, this time will also be affected by the conditions of the computer network and the devices used

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

Implementing the independent curriculum is a government policy in the development of education. Guidelines for the performance of the independent curriculum were socialized by the government to be understood and implemented by education units. This study aims to describe madrasa teachers' understanding of the independent curriculum guidelines, how to implement a separate curriculum, and the obstacles to implementing an independent curriculum in madrasas. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research narasumberts were 20 teachers participating in implementing the independent curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Blitar City, East Java. Data collection is done by questionnaire. The research instrument is uploaded in the Google form and sent via WhatsApp—data analysis with descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the independent curriculum guidelines have been adequately understood; the independent curriculum has been implemented in the pilot project madrasah ibtidaiyah, while in other madrasas, it has not been implemented. Planning and learning process according to the characteristics of the madrasah. There are several obstacles to implementing the independent curriculum: lack of socialization, teacher competence, facilities, and infrastructure. Pedoman implementasi kurikulum merdeka disosialisasikan oleh pemerintah untuk dipahami dan dilaksanakan satuan Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru madrasah terhadap pedoman kurikulum merdeka, bagaimana implementasi kurikulum merdeka, dan hambatan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di madrasah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Narasumber penelitian sebanyak 20 orang guru peserta pelatihan implementasi kurikulum merdeka Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kota Blitar Jawa Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Instrumen penelitian diunggah dalam google formulir dan dikirimkan melalui WhatsApp. Analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pedoman kurikulum merdeka telah dipahami secara cukup, kurikulum merdeka diimplementasikan di madrasah ibtidaiyah pilot proyek, sedangkan di madrasah lain belum diimplementasikan. Perencanaan dan proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan karakteristik madrasah. Terdapat beberapa hambatan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka yaitu sosialisasi yang kurang, kompetensi guru, sarana dan prasarana)
