Significados del amor e historias de infidelidad en parejas que inician un proceso de psicoterapia

Este artículo muestra los resultados del proyecto de investigación/intervención, denominado “Significados y Sentidos del amor en parejas con historias de infidelidad”, realizado en la Universidad Santo Tomas de Bogotá (Colombia). Se realizó una apuesta por la comprensión de los significados del amor en parejas que han tenido engaños y desilusiones amorosas asociadas a infidelidades, y la intervención psicoterapéutica para la reorganización de versiones novedosas del amor, la infidelidad y el ser pareja desde una perspectiva sistémica constructivista, socio construccionista y compleja. En esta investigación, participaron dos parejas cuyo motivo de consulta se relaciona con la infidelidad, se desarrollaron 5 escenarios narrativos conversacionales con cada una de ellas, empleando dispositivos de intervención tales como: la construcción de historias, las esculturas y las metáforas. Los principales hallazgos reconocen relatos matizados de los conyugues, por imágenes idealizadas de la pareja generando sentimientos de culpabilidad, historias asociadas al silencio y sometimiento como forma de solucionar los conflictos, la deconstrucción de historias de infidelidad para reconstruir la trama narrativa de la pareja desde aspectos particulares que conectan a los enamorados, y el acontecimiento de infidelidad como posibilidad de cambio

The new fashion in courtly culture during Philip III´s reign triggered a high demand for image creation and artistic representation, pieces of art that in turn constitute better way to understand the aforementioned changes. This is true for some of Luis de Góngora’s poems, which are dedicated to Margaret of Austria´s ladies-in-waiting at the beginning of the 17th century. Of particular significance is his insistence in presenting the ladies as seraphs, or human seraphs, immediately echoed by courtly poets such as the Count of Villamediana or Hurtado de Mendoza, to designate by antonomasia the ladies-in-waiting of the sovereign. The poems by Góngora and his imitators frivolously encapsulate the hopes of advancement at court from the ingratiation or courtship with the queen´s ladies, having evolved to a distinguished society of human seraphs, or coveted preys of amatory falconry, that convey to their suitors the regal mercy in the concrete form of dowries, appointments, or titles

La educación musical en el contexto de la escuela pública, una reflexión en torno a la motivación en la clase de música en el colegio José Joaquín Casas de Chía

El presente trabajo surge como una necesidad de dar respuesta a las distintas problemáticas que enfrenta el docente en el contexto actual de la escuela pública. La propuesta de investigación se dio producto de la inmersión en el aula por varios años en el colegio José Joaquín Casas de Chía, luego de ser testigo de los diferentes cambios acontecidos en el sistema educativo a partir de los años 90 en Colombia. El tema central es la motivación en la clase de música, así como los factores y estrategias pedagógicas que contribuyen a generar mayores niveles de comprensión de la práctica musical.The current paper it's an action research which main topic it’s the motivation in the music class. Factores and pedagogic strategies that contribute to achive better levels of motivation are discussed in the context of the public high school in Colombia. Appropriateness of antiplatelet therapy for primary and secondary cardio- and cerebrovascular prevention in acutely hospitalized older people

Aims: Antiplatelet therapy is recommended for the secondary prevention of cardio- and cerebrovascular disease, but for primary prevention it is advised only in patients at very high risk. With this background, this study aims to assess the appropriateness of antiplatelet therapy in acutely hospitalized older people according to their risk profile. Methods: Data were obtained from the REPOSI register held in Italian and Spanish internal medicine and geriatric wards in 2012 and 2014. Hospitalized patients aged 6565 assessable at discharge were selected. Appropriateness of the antiplatelet therapy was evaluated according to their primary or secondary cardiovascular prevention profiles. Results: Of 2535 enrolled patients, 2199 were assessable at discharge. Overall 959 (43.6%, 95% CI 41.5\u201345.7) were prescribed an antiplatelet drug, aspirin being the most frequently chosen. Among patients prescribed for primary prevention, just over half were inappropriately prescribed (52.1%), being mainly overprescribed (155/209 patients, 74.2%). On the other hand, there was also a high rate of inappropriate underprescription in the context of secondary prevention (222/726 patients, 30.6%, 95% CI 27.3\u201334.0%). Conclusions: This study carried out in acutely hospitalized older people shows a high degree of inappropriate prescription among patients prescribed with antiplatelets for primary prevention, mainly due to overprescription. Further, a large proportion of patients who had had overt cardio- or cerebrovascular disease were underprescribed, in spite of the established benefits of antiplatelet drugs in the context of secondary prevention
