We briefly summarize up-to-date results on the determination of the parameters of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix ∣Vcb∣|V_{cb}| and ∣Vub∣|V_{ub}|, which play an important role in the unitarity triangle and in testing the Standard Model, and recent results on semileptonic BB meson decays involving a τ\tau lepton.Comment: Plenary talk at 6th International Conference on New Frontiers in Physics (ICNFP 2017), 17-26 Aug 2017, Kolymbari, Crete, Greece. arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1612.0376

Decay widths of the spin-2 partners of the X(3872)

We consider the X(3872) resonance as a JPC=1++ DD¯∗ hadronic molecule. According to heavy quark spin symmetry, there will exist a partner with quantum numbers 2++, X2, which would be a D∗D¯∗ loosely bound state. The X2 is expected to decay dominantly into DD¯, DD¯∗ and D¯D∗ in d-wave. In this work, we calculate the decay widths of the X2 resonance into the above channels, as well as those of its bottom partner, Xb2, the mass of which comes from assuming heavy flavor symmetry for the contact terms. We find partial widths of the X2 and Xb2 of the order of a few MeV. Finally, we also study the radiative X2→DD¯∗γ and Xb2→B¯B∗γ decays. These decay modes are more sensitive to the long-distance structure of the resonances and to the DD¯∗ or BB¯∗ final state interaction

    Global fit to b→cτνb \to c\tau\nu anomalies 2022 mid-autumn

Recently, the LHCb collaboration announced a preliminary result of the test of lepton flavor universality (LFU) in B→D(∗)B\to D^{(\ast)} semi-leptonic decays: RDLHCb2022=0.441±0.089R_{D}^{\rm LHCb2022} = 0.441 \pm 0.089 and RD∗LHCb2022=0.281±0.030R_{D^{\ast}}^{\rm LHCb2022} = 0.281 \pm 0.030 based on the LHC Run 1 data. This is the first result of RDR_{D} for the LHCb experiment, and its precision is comparable to the other BB-factory data. Interestingly, those data prefer the violation of the LFU again. A new world average of the data from the BaBar, Belle, and LHCb collaborations is RD=0.358±0.027R_{D} = 0.358 \pm 0.027 and RD∗=0.285±0.013R_{D^{\ast}} = 0.285 \pm 0.013. Including this new data, we update a circumstance of the b→cτν‾b \to c \tau \overline\nu measurements and their implications for new physics. Incorporating recent developments for the B→D(∗)B \to D^{(\ast)} form factors in the Standard Model (SM), we observe a 4.1σ4.1 \sigma deviation from the SM predictions. Our updates also include; model-independent new physics (NP) formulae for the related observables; and the global fittings of parameters for leptoquark scenarios as well as single NP operator scenarios. Furthermore, we show future potential to indirectly distinguish different new physics scenarios with the use of the precise measurements of the polarization observables in B→D(∗)τν‾B\to D^{(\ast)}\tau \overline\nu at the Belle II and the high-pTp_{\rm T} flavored-tail searches at the LHC. We also discuss an impact on the LFU violation in Υ→l+l−\Upsilon \to l^+ l^-.Comment: 38 pages, 5 figures, 6 Tables; v2: references adde

The purpose of this article is to present some of the most important aspects of this work, referring to the key areas of research covered and future trends. We have grouped the subjects being researched according to their contribution towards establishing the legal statuses of businesses in the social economy, work on social economy enterprises within the constitutional framework, commentaries on the laws that regulate the different legal statuses of businesses in the social economy, establishing the responsibilities of the State and Autonomous Regions, studying the nature, purposes and characteristic features of social economy enterprises, and the key issues to be considered with regard to the legal system that governs them. Having analysed works published on such matters, we have outlined some possible ways of further developing the research that has been studied. Semileptonic BB and BsB_s decays involving scalar and axial-vector mesons

We report our theoretical calculations on the branching fractions for the semileptonic BB and BsB_s decays, i.e., B(Bs)→(P, V, S, A)ℓνℓB (B_s) \to (P,\, V,\, S,\,A) \ell \nu_\ell, where PP and VV denote the pseudoscalar and vector mesons, respectively, while SS denotes the scalar meson with mass above 1 GeV and AA the axial-vector meson. The branching fractions for the semileptonic B→PB\to P and VV modes have been measured very well in experiment and our theoretical values are in good agreement with them. The ones for B→SB\to S and AA modes are our theoretical predictions. There is little experimental information on the semileptonic BsB_s decays although much theoretical effort has been done. In addition, we predict the branching fractions of B→D0∗(2400)ℓνˉℓB\to D^*_0(2400) \ell \bar\nu_\ell and Bs→Ds0∗−(2317)ℓνˉℓB_s\to D^{*-}_{s0}(2317) \ell \bar\nu_\ell as (2.31±0.25)×10−3(2.31\pm 0.25)\times 10^{-3} and (3.07±0.34)×10−3(3.07\pm0.34)\times 10^{-3}, in order, assuming them as the conventional mesons with quark-antiquark configuration. The high luminosity e+e−e^+e^- collider SuperKEKB/Belle-II is running, with the data sample enhanced by a factor of 40 compared to Belle, which will provide huge opportunity for the test of the theoretical predictions and further help understand the inner structure of these scalar and axial vector mesons, e.g., the glueball content of f0(1710)f_0(1710) and the mixing angles for the axial-vector mesons. These decay channels can also be accessed by the LHCb experiment.Comment: final version, will appear in EPJC, one more reference adde
