Yaitu dengan perhitungan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria seperti penjualan, kehadiran, kualitas pelayanan, tanggung jawab dan disiplin. Sistem ini dapat membantu bagian SDM dalam melakukan pemilihan karyawan terbaik dan karyawan dengan predikat terbaik memperoleh sertifikat penghargaan karyawan terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan terbaik ini dapat dikembangkan seiring perkembangan kebutuhan penggunaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja sistem

    In recent years, shipyards have been facing difficulties in controlling operational costs. To maintain continual operation of all of the facilities, a shipyard must analyze ways of utilizing present production systems for assembling interim vessel products as well as other types of industrial constructions. In the past, new machines continuously improved shipbuilding processes, including software and organizational restructuring, but management continued to search for a modern technological concept that will provide higher productivity, greater profit and overall reduction in costs. In the article the authors suggest implementing Design for Production, Design for Maintainability and Group Technology principles using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to apply to multi criteria decision making methods as an efficient tool for maintaining international competitiveness in the modern shipbuilding industry. This novel methodology is implemented through four phases. In the first phase, the present situation analysis is suggested for a real shipyard by establishing closest relations among production lines. The second phase presents a constraint analysis that must be evaluated when developing the design solution. The third phase involves generating a typical number of selected alternatives of the Design for Production, Design for Maintainability and Group Technology principles. In the fourth phase, the optimal design solution is selected using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The solution incorporating this modern methodology will improve productivity, profit and lead to decreasing operational costs

    Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskriksikan bagaimana penerapan sirkular ekonomi pada Badan Layanan Umum Daerah  di SMK Negeri 2 Ciamis. Mengingat  pentingnya implementasi ekonomi sirkular pada BLUD untuk mendukung program pemerintah sesuai dengan master plan implementasi ekonomi sirkular hingga tahun 2025. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena keberadaan BLUD diarahkan pada pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis industri. Oleh karena itu, model administrasi BLUD harus dikenal sebagai model  lembaga  lain yang ingin mencapai status ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena sifatnya yang studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis ini menggunakan konsep dasar analisis  Miles dan Huberman. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini : Implementasi sirkular ekonomi dalam mejalankan BLUD memberikan kejelasan dalam perencanaan dan penganggaran oleh sekolah sehingga dapat memaksimalkan pendapatan yang diterima agar bisa memberikan kesejahteraan terhadap warga sekolah dengan adanya pemberian remunerasi berupa pemberian gaji, honorarium, tunjangan tetap, insentif, bonus atas prestasi, pesangon, dan/atau pensiun dengan berorientasi pencapaian sasaran kerja dan kinerja sesuai jabatan yang diembannya.  Pengelolaan lingkungan dan limbah di Lingkungan Sekolah menerapkan prinsip Reduce dengan Mengurangi penggunaan energi, Reuse dengan menggunakan bersama-sama aset yang ada, Recycle dengan menggunakan kembali material yang ada, Recovery dengan memanufaktur ulang produk atau komponen serta Repair dengan mengganti kemasan plastik dengan yang berbasis kertas

    Garbage is a difficult problem to solve. Data in the Environmental sector still uses traditional or manual methods in processing. Data processing needs to be done to get accurate data and spreading the information more effectively and efficiently. Traditional or manual methods are irrelevant. It needs a system that makes data processing more effective, efficient and accurate.Simple Multi Attribute Ranking Technique (SMART) is one of various Decision Support System methods that can provide assistance, efficiency and accuracy when processing of data. This method will be implemented in data processing to determine the best Final Disposal Areas (FDA) in the districts and will showing visually using a Geographic Information System (GIS). With the presence of this system, it will provide an overview of the best areas for final disposal areas to be built in the districts. In this case, data processing is carried out in Pemalang District, Central Java Province.The fundamental difference between the SMART Method and the other methods is its simplicity and efficiency in processing multi criteria data. Parameters that greatly affect the ideal or are Land Use and Hydrogeology. This Geographic Information System provides the main menu, criteria weight values, relative weight values, alternative values and criteria, assessment and mapping factor values.

    PREDICTION OF THE CHANGE IN NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN SERBIAN COMPANIES BASED ON CONTINGENCY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT FACTORS

    A company’s development performance and growth may be impacted by a wide range of different factors, which unquestionably affect number of the employees in the loop. Taking into account all influencing factors, companies would benefit if have possibility to predict the degree of change in the number of employees in future period in order to adjust their internal strategy or to make appropriate decisions that enable the survival and progress of the company in the market. The aim of this research is to predict the change in number of employees based on current state of contingency and quality management factors, using information obtained from a survey of 67 different companies from Serbia. In the first part of the research, a correlation analysis is used with the aim to identify the specific contingency and quality management factors that are most closely associated to the subject of interest, which is, in this case, degree of change in the number of employes. The second part of the research involves feedforward neural network training for prediction of the degree of change in number of employees based on feature extraction of main factors. The training accuracy that proposed network achieved is 77.36%, while testing accuracy amounts 71.43%
