EVALUASI PENENTUAN TEMA PADA WEBINAR SERIES UPT PERPUSTAKAAN UNDIP TAHUN 2023

AbstrakEvaluasi kegiatan webinar series tahun 2023 bertujuan untuk mengetahui judul-judul yang diangkat dalam kegiatan webinar, persentase narasumber berdasarkan jenis kelamin, persentase narasumber dari dalam dan luar Undip serta kuantitas peserta masing-masing webinar. Selama tahun 2023 telah dilaksanakan 11 kali kegiatan webinar dengan topik penulisan riset ilmiah. Satu kali kegiatan off line bedah buku dan satu kali yang mengangkat topik riset kepustakawanan pada webinar ke-5 tanggal 4 Juli 2023. Narasumber yang menyampaikan materi dalam kegiatan tersebut wanita 18% dan pria 82%. Pemateri atau narasumber dari luar Undip sebanyak 55% dan dari dalam Undip 45%. Kuantitas peserta yang mengikuti webinar terbanyak dari 11 kali kegiatan yaitu diikuti 845 orang pada webinar 3, kemudian webinar 1 diikuti peserta 700 orang dan webinar 5 dengan jumlah 566 orang.Kata kunci : judul-judul webinar, kegiatan, materi, narasumber, penelitian, riset ilmiah,webinar

Webinar Description: Digital scholarship is a growing trend across a range of higher education institutions, from research-intensive universities to small liberal arts colleges. Many academic libraries are responding to the trend by creating services and spaces to support digital scholarship. But how do smaller institutions with limited resources provide broad support, particularly when there\u27s little-to-no expectation of hiring multiple experts to provide services and support across a range of areas (e.g. data services, GIS, data visualization)? This webinar will explore approaches for mid-size and smaller libraries and library experts to support digital scholarship given staffing and other resource limitations

Improving Performance, Knowledge, and Methods to Provide Quality Service and Products

The objectives of this study were to educate staff about the impact of research in Alaska, enhance communication and coordination amongst stakeholders, and formulate a long-term research and implementation research plan for pavement and materials. Education begins with an overview of pavement design, construction and maintenance in Alaska since the 1900’s through a series of webinars. Interviews with five state materials engineers were used to explore best practices. Finally, a workshop focused on developing a coordinated research program and improve implementation activities. Meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan melalui Webinar Online untuk Pekerja Outsourcing PT PKSS Banjarmasin

Tujuan Webinar ini untuk memberikan edukasi dan solusi kepada para karyawan dan pekerja outsourcing yang bekerja di PT PKSS Banjarmasin tentang bagaimana memaksimalkan motivasi dalam bekerja. Webinar ini dapat mengedukasi para karyawan bagaimana cara menjaga motivasi itu agar tetap stabil dan bahkan terus termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih giat dan memberikan yang terbaik untuk pekerjaannya disamping tujuan pribadinya, bahkan bisa meningkatkan karir dan prestasi masing-masing, tentunya hal ini juga berasal dari dalam diri individu masing-masing. Motivasi yang paling baik adalah berasal dari diri sendiri bagaimana caranya untuk terus termotivasi untuk melakukan sesuatu, menjaga semangat itu, bekerja secara maksimal melakukan pekerjaan dengan sepenuh hati sehingga hal ini akan mendekatkan pada tujuan-tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Metode dalam pelaksanaan acara Webinar ini agar menarik minat sasaran adalah dengan cara mengundang beberapa narasumber yang dinilai memiliki berbagai pengalaman di bidang Psikologi terutama motivasi kerja, serta mampu memberikan motivasi kepada peserta Webinar untuk meningkatkan semangat dalam bekerja walaupun di era persaingan dunia kerja yang semakin tinggi. Webinar dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 20 Agustus 2022, pukul 09.00-11.00 WITA dengan melibatkan pekerja outsourcing PKSS Banjarmasin. Peserta dalam Webinar ini terdiri 86 orang pekerja outsourcing dari berbagai daerah di Banjarmasin, turut pula karyawan di PT PKSS Banjaramasin. Berdasarkan hasil daripada pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk Webinar online ini para pekerja outsourcing lebih aktif dan komunikatif terhadap pemateri, para peserta Webinar sangat antusias dalam mengajukan pertanyaan untuk pemecahan masalah yang dihadapinya, dalam Webinar ini tidak hanya memberikan edukasi saja tetapi para peserta dapat berkonsultasi langsung dengan ahlinya. Dan setelah Webinar ini pekerja outsourcing dapat langsung menerapkannya dalam kehidupan nyata.The purpose of this Webinar is to provide education and solutions to outsourced employees and workers working at PT PKSS Banjarmasin on how to maximize motivation at work. This Webinar can educate employees on how to maintain that motivation to remain stable and even continue to be motivated to work harder and give the best for their work in addition to their personal goals, and can even improve their respective careers and achievements, of course this also comes from within. each individual. The best motivation is coming from yourself how to keep motivated to do something, keep that spirit, work optimally to do the job with all your heart so that this will bring you closer to the goals you want to achieve. The method in implementing this Webinar event to attract the target's interest is by inviting several resource persons who are considered to have various experiences in the field of Psychology, especially work motivation, and are able to motivate Webinar participants to increase their enthusiasm for work even in the era of increasingly high competition in the world of work. The Webinar will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 09.00-11.00 WITA by involving outsourced workers from PKSS Banjarmasin. Participants in this Webinar consisted of 86 outsourced workers from various regions in Banjarmasin, as well as employees at PT PKSS Banjarmasin. Based on the results of community service in the form of this online Webinar, outsourcing workers are more active and communicative towards presenters, the Webinar participants are very enthusiastic in asking questions to solve the problems they face, in this Webinar not only providing education but participants can consult directly with experts. And after this Webinar outsourced workers can immediately apply it in real life

The Legalities of Caring for Homeless Youth

Presented to the Faculty of the University of Alaska Anchorage in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of MASTER OF SCIENCEHomelessness is an ever-present social and economic issue worldwide that affects the healthcare field. The United States Housing and Urban Development (U.S. HUD) (2015) reported that there were 578,424 homeless people in the United States during the 2014 Point in Time count. Almost one quarter of that number was children under the age of 18 and 10% were ages 18-24 years (National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH), 2015). Alaska has a higher rate of homelessness at 24.3 per 10,000 people compared to the national average of 18.3 per 10,000 people (NAEH, 2015). Although there is a decreasing rate of homelessness in the United States, Alaska has experienced an increase of 1.73% from 2012-2013 and a 4.06% increase from 2013-2014 (NAEH, 2013 & 2014). Homeless youth were reported to be 10.9% of the Alaskan homeless population (NAEH, 2015). The purpose of this project was to educate Alaskan healthcare providers on the legalities of caring for homeless youth. A webinar, with continuing education units, was developed and made available online to Alaskan healthcare providers. The focus of the educational presentation was on common situations healthcare providers are confronted with when seeing homeless youth in a clinic and if parental or guardian consent should be obtained. Evaluation was conducted via pre and post webinar testing to measure knowledge change. Developing a curriculum of open educational resources for Linked Data

The EUCLID project is developing an educational curriculum about Linked Data, supported by multimodal Open Educational Resources (OERs) tailored to the real needs of data practitioners. The EUCLID OERs facilitate professional training for data practitioners, who aim to use Linked Data in their daily work. The EUCLID OERs are implemented as a combination of living learning materials and activities (eBook, online courses, webinars, face-to-face training), produced via a rigorous process and validated by the user community through continuous feedback
