This bachelor's thesis deals with vision system implementation on bipedal humanoid robot made of the Bioloid assembly kit. The vision system is composed of a wireless camera, mounted on the robot and the controlling computer. The goal of this work was to construct and vitalize the humanoid robot, to establish the vision system and to create a wireless communication system. The center of this system is the robot, which wirelessly sends and receives data simultaneously. This system offers great capabilities for further expansions.

In the research, an analysis of the impact of the photovoltaic systems installed in two islands of the Galápagos archipelago is made. In this sense, a series of calculations has been used to find the significant values that have allowed us to choose the specific devices for this project. A modeling study was analyzed to quantify the total energy of the system, the number of possible modules to be installed, the amount of energy to be stored according to the type of batteries and the ampere-hour (Ah) that the regulation set must support of the electric current. The socio-economic and environmental impact of the system on Baltra Island was assessed with an example and estimations to make it explicit, the results of the surveys used are shown through which the most significant results were exposed, exposing that the photovoltaic systems in stage of implantation do not affect the environment, flora and fauna, its greatest impact is in the use of land

Satellite-aided land mobile communications system implementation considerations

It was proposed that a satellite-based land mobile radio system could effectively extend the terrestrial cellular mobile system into rural and remote areas. The market, technical and economic feasibility for such a system is studied. Some of the aspects of implementing an operational mobile-satellite system are discussed. In particular, two key factors in implementation are examined: (1) bandwidth requirements; and (2) frequency sharing. Bandwidth requirements are derived based on the satellite antenna requirements, modulation characteristics and numbers of subscribers. Design trade-offs for the satellite system and potential implementation scenarios are identified. Frequency sharing is examined from a power flux density and modulation viewpoint

Abstract. The aim of the thesis is to implement Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to cover the operations of the target company as widely as possible within the schedule. The ERP system will be utilized in areas such as purchasing, warehousing, manufacturing, product development, and documentation. Based on the literature review, the scope and the schedule of the implementation is defined and a plan for the implementation process is created. The scope of implementation is defined by identifying the most important functions and processes in the target company and getting acquainted with the new ERP system. The transition plan consists of customizing the new system to suit the operations of the target company, transferring data between the old and the new database, and training employees to use the new system. ERP implementation was carried out on time after an early adjustment of the implementation schedule. The implementation process required in-depth studying of ERP system and reviewing of company’s processes. Document management was improved, and company’s stock can now be managed through the ERP system. The implementation process had little disruption on operational activities. The results of this study can be used to further develop the ERP and the company’s processes, and the plan is to continue to develop the ERP system to integrate more of the company’s processes into the ERP
