Internet-Based Teleoperator System for Remote Video Monitoring

The presented robotic system has been designed and dedicated to remote controlvideo cameras away from monitoring workspaces. The idea of the system is that the camera is installed on the flying platform of the cable driven manipulator. The manipulator is the slave part of the robotic system similar to the standard inverted Stewart platform that features six degrees of freedom. The presented manipulator has been extended with additional three degrees of freedom to increase maneuverability of the camera. The system can be employed in two basicmodes, both as an autonomous robot and as a teleoperator instrument

The present paper addresses the design of a sustainable green hosting website powered by solar energy as a type of renewable energy. Two websites are designed: a static website with a carbon dioxide-free address and a dynamic website with an organic address. The server used in the design process uses solar energy as a source of electricity

IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI SURAT KETERANGAN PENDAMPING IJAZAH BERBASIS WEB DI UNIM

Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI) tidak lepas dari Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI). Sebuah dokumen yang disebut SKPI mencantumkan keterampilan yang dimiliki lulusan. Pemangku kepentingan dan calon lulusan diasumsikan mengetahui keterampilan (kompetensi) yang dimiliki oleh calon lulusan melalui penggunaan SKPI. Berdasarkan hasil survei, masih banyak perguruan tinggi yang masih menggunakan manual untuk menelusuri atau mengumpulkan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki calon lulusan untuk masuk dalam SKPI.Tentu saja, masih ada masalah dengan pendekatan ini, seperti menunggu lama bagi calon lulusan untuk merespons dan potensi hilangnya dokumen yang diserahkan. Implementasi SKPI di UNIM telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2000. Namun masih memuat masih terdapat banyak masalah, salah satunya masih manual. Oleh karena itu, penyusun membuat aplikasi SKPI yang bertujuan untuk Membangun aplikasi Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah berbasis web di Universitas Islam Majapahit yang dapat mempermudah mahasiswa dan bagian akademik dalam proses pengolahan data mahasiswa untuk memperoleh informasi terhadap capaian pembelajaran, aktivitas, organisasi dan kegiatan mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara Aplikasi SKPI berbasis web di UNIM telah berhasil dibangun dan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL

MEMBANGUN ALGORITMA RULE BASE UNTUK SCREENNING HAPPY HYPOXIA TERINTEGRASI INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT)

Abstrak Salah satu gejala Covid-19 yang sangat berbahaya sekarang adalah penurunan saturasi oksigen tanpa menimbulkan sebuah gejala pernafasan seperti sesak nafas ataupun gangguan yang semestinya. Karena adanya penurunan saturasi oksigen tanpa diikuti gejala pernafasan yang semestinya. Banyak dokter yang salah menangani pasien. Dapat diketahui bahwa sebenarnya pasien tersebut sedang dalam masa kritis karena penurunan saturasi tanpa diikuti dengan gejala yang semestinya atau nama lain dari fenomena ini adalah “Happy hypoxia”. Dimana Happy hypoxia ini adalah kejadian saturasi yang turun tanpa gejala dan seringkali menimbulkan lompatan tahap evolusi klinis yang menyebabkan seseorang serangan jantung dan kematian yang mendadak dengan tidak ada gejala dan hanya penurunan saturasi saja. Dengan penelitian ini dihasilkan sebuah alat screening Happy hypoxia dengan menggunakan Internet of Things sebagai pendeteksi saturasi dan detak jantung kemudian diolah dengan algoritma di dalam web kemudian menghasilkan kemungkinan objek tersebut termasuk gejala Happy hypoxia atau bukan. Perancangan alat ini menggunakan Nodemcu dan sensor oximetry atau MAX30102 serta menggunakan website dengan menggunakan algoritma Rule Base untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. A New Oceanographic Data Portal: Padjadjaran Oceanographic Data Centre (PODC)

Understanding the physio-chemical oceanic and atmospheric processes is critical in monitoring climate change. Archipelagic and Small Island countries are vulnerable to the detrimental effects of climate change, and open access oceanic databases can solve data limitations leading to further development of action plans and government policies. A website was developed (www.isea-podc.org) to distribute and augment free oceanographic data based on various in-situ sampling instruments. Oceanographers review the data collected and stored in the portal. It is led by the Marine Research Laboratory (MEAL), Padjadjaran University, in partnership with Marine Science Institute (MSI), University of the Philippines. This framework supplements information that can support marine ecosystems, fisheries, and climate science studies. Furthermore, all data are accessible to not only the academe but also decision-makers in all aspects. The data sources are student research and the new instruments (RHEA and ARHEA) developed by MEAL. In the future, the portal will be integrated with other government institutional data to provide other functional features and can yield network-wide analyses. In the next phase, collaboration from ASEAN countries should be conducted to gain more impact and provide robust datasets

Performance Comparison of AHP and Saw Methods For Selection of Doc Broiler Chicken Suppliers

Choosing the most suitable day-old chick (DOC) broiler chicken supplier is currently one of the most important issues that must be addressed. This is because selecting the most suitable supplier can reduce the amount spent on purchases and the risk of sick chickens being delivered by the supplier. Another problem related to supplier selection that has been happening so far is the quality of products that are not following company standards or rejected products. The number of products provided does not match what was ordered by the company. The decision support system (DSS) can evaluate and select suppliers using multi-criteria characteristics related to the solutions offered based on parameters quality, price, delivery, supplier certificates, and death claims after the chickens have been delivered. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods are used in this study as a comparison to produce the best-recommended accuracy value to get the best decision results based on ranking. The test results state that the AHP and SAW methods go well. The test was carried out using a dataset of the last ten months of history of purchasing docs broiler chicken from suppliers. The comparison of the results of the F1-score value between the AHP and SAW methods is 94% and 87%, respectively. Pengembangan Aplikasi Ubl Apps Untuk Mempermudah Pengajuan Bebas Administrasi Dengan Metode Extreme Programming (XP)

Abstrak – Pengembangan dan implementasi konsep kampus digital sebagai model pembelajaran dengan teknologi berhasil diterapkan di kampus Universitas Bandar Lampung. Sebagai kampus digital dengan menggunakan sistem aplikasi berbasis web dan android, Universitas Bandar Lampung memiliki UBL Apps yang berguna untuk implementasi model pembelajaran, model pengajaran, arsip, sistem portofolio, perpustakaan digital, absensi hingga sistem administrasi akademik. Sebagai bentuk implementasi kampus digital, UBL Apps dituntut untuk memenuhi semua kebutuhan dan aktifitas mahasiswa, dosen, dan karyawan secara digital. Salah satu sistem yang penting untuk terdapat di UBL Apps yaitu pengajuan surat keterangan bebas administrasi yang dilakukan secara digital. Sebanyak 4874 mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Bandar Lampung pada Semester Ganjil TA. 2021/2022 dan penulis mengambil populasi sebanyak 400 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Bandar Lampung untuk memperoleh data pre dan post dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem ini. Pengembangan sistem ini ditujukan untuk digitalisasi sistem pengajuan bebas administrasi serta mempelajari metode pengembangan yang penulis gunakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian terapan dengan metode pengembangan aplikasi yaitu Extreme Programming. Sebanyak 58 sampel mahasiswa didapat dari perhitungan dengan rumus Isaac dan Michael dan kesimpulan dihitung menggunakan skala likert, serta wawancara kepada staf terkait. Інтеграція даних Європейського Порталу Даних

Мета роботи: створення зручного для користування застосунку для інтеграція даних з відкритого Європейського порталу даних. У результаті виконання роботи було створено систему для інтеграції даних з Європейського Порталу Даних. Проведено аналіз декількох, вже існуючих порталів відкрити даних. Проведення проектування застосунку, використовуючи уніфіковану мову моделювання UML, розроблено веб-систему, використовуючи технології React, Material UI, Symfony.Purpose: to create a user-friendly application for data integration from the open European data portal. Sistema web para el control de incidencias de los terminales de radio de la DIVTEL PNP

En devenir del tiempo las organizaciones han optado en realizar mejoras a sus procesos, automatizándolos con tecnología con el objetivo de obtener resultados e índices de producción y calidad con eficacia. La presente investigación, comprende la implementación de un sistema web para el control de incidencias de terminales de radio en la División de Telecomunicaciones de la Policía Nacional del Perú, encargada de administrar los sistemas de comunicaciones integradas que utiliza la PNP, para el cumplimiento de su función policial de garantizar, mantener y restablecer el orden interno, así como las tareas de seguridad ciudadana. Luego de realizar un análisis de la problemática en el área de sistemas de la institución, se plantea la implementación de un sistema web para el control de incidencias de terminales de radio de la DIVTEL PNP, estableciéndose como objetivo general implementar el sistema web para mejorar el control de incidencias de los terminales de radio de la DIVTEL PNP., para esta investigación se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada y con un nivel pre - experimental, y el método deductivo. La población para ambos indicadores fue de 390 incidencias, cuya muestra se estableció en 194 incidencias, en 22 estratos, representados en las fichas de recolección de datos, los cuales fueron validados por expertos Los resultados obtenidos, demuestran que el sistema web logro mejorar significativamente el nivel de incidencias atendidas, aumentando un 23.80%, asimismo mejoro el nivel de reincidencias disminuyendo a un 26.21%. Por lo tanto, se afirma que el sistema web mejoro el control de incidencias de terminales de radio en la DIVTEL PNP
